Abstract
The International Financial Reporting Standards, stablish principles for the measurement of financial assets, that will present relevant and useful information to users of financial statements for their assessment of the amounts, timing and uncertainty of an entity’s future cash flows. The assertive recognition and measurement of financial assets are closely interlinked with analyze about intention of financial asset and business model for managing the financial assets, characteristics, active market and other events or conditions on the entity’s financial position; unless that the intention or classification are not as financial assets, the company should be evaluated other rules for recognition and measurement.

Las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera, establece principios para la medición sobre activos financieros, cuya finalidad es la presentación de información útil para la evaluación de importes, calendario e incertidumbre de los flujos futuros de la entidad. El reconocimiento inicial y posterior de los activos financieros, están estrechamente relacionados con el análisis sobre la intención del activo financiero, modelo de gestión, características, mercado activo y otros eventos o condiciones de la posición financiera de la empresa; a menos que la intención o clasificación no sea como activo financiero, la compañía deberá evaluar otras reglas para su reconocimiento y medición.
