    The main objective of INAP is to establish a link between the entrepreneur and public or private organization that supports entrepreneurship to strengthen the culture undertaken in Colombia, providing the connection to the entrepreneurial and management of resources for the organization. This graduation project contains a business plan for the development of INAP and its establishment in the market. To achieve from market research performed by analyzing various sectors and choosing one in particular as they are institutions of higher education in Colombia, in order to analyze the state of competition and INAP on the market; decisions as to the market entry strategies, operational aspects and finally a financial analysis to assess the feasibility of taking INAP platform.
