    Caldas Medina real estate agency is located in the city of Santiago de Cali, despite his many years in the sector and the knowledge gained during these, its growth has not been the ideal as the owners have complied with the income generated by the leasing of the real estate of the founding family.Through internal and external research they could find many factors that did not help the smooth running of the process and the evolution that every company must pass to remain alive in the sector.Strategies were developed in order to streamline internal operations, to take advantage of strengths and opportunities, and to venture into business directly related to real estate not yet explored by the company.
