    Alternativas de fuentes de financiamiento en las Microempresas del Barrio Ternera, Calle Real de Ternera (Cartagena)

    Al hablar de las fuentes de financiamiento, se empezara por decir que es la manera de como una entidad puede obtener recursos financieros para cumplir sus objetivos de prosperidad. Por lo mismo, antes de adquirir un financiamiento la empresa interesada debe hacer un estudio a su entidad, en sus balances generales, ya que es este el estado contable que refleja en su momento la estructura financiera de la entidad y por medio de eso tendrán una fecha específica en el que expresará para cuando se necesitará el recurso. Además del estudio, suponiendo que ya se tiene la fecha se debe verificar el monto necesitado, que tipo de financiamiento se requiere, los intereses, flexibilidad en el pago, capacidad de pago, etc., para que así se tome la decisión correcta y se logre el objetivo deseado. Es por eso que en éste trabajo tratará acerca de aquellas fuentes de financiamiento más usadas, junto con éstas sus ventajas y desventajas, su forma de utilizarlo, etc., para saber qué tipo de fuente se adapta a las necesidades de la entidad

    Análisis de los riesgos laborales y ambientales del transporte marítimo de hidrocarburos en Colombia

    This article seeks to outline the various labor and environmental hazards encountered in the maritime transport of hydrocarbons in Colombia, the relevance in this constant use of maritime activity, as well as the positive involvement of hydrocarbons in the life of man is established, but on the other hand, and with a high degree of concern a number of occupational hazards and environmental impact that not being handled properly can cause a major disaster on marine and terrestrial biota, so preventive strategies are discussed arise to control and minimize both labor and environmental incidents, one of the tools involved is representing occupational health or safety of workers handling these vessels. This work is theoretical and reflective type and is based on a documentary and descriptive study, with both texts and specialized reports, theses and refereed journals. The analysis of labor and environmental maritime transport of hydrocarbons in Colombia risks, makes evident the current problems of the whole process that is subject to this trade by ship from the port to the start point of arrival, both the environment external (environmental) and internal (working environment).

    El comportamiento de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia se ha estudiado en varias ocaciones, sin embargo el periodo 2005-2015 no cuenta con un análisis claro, por lo anterior se busca identificar el día a día de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia durante este periodo especifico, esto mediante un enfoque cualitativo reuniendo información y datos estadísticos, con el fin de conocer y describir el comportamiento de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, identificaran las tendencias y comportamientos existentes dentro de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia en los siguientes ámbitos: Aspectos Generales(Capítulo I), Análisis del Mercado de Renta Variable en Colombia (Capítulo II), Análisis del Mercado de Renta Fija en Colombia (Capítulo III), Análisis del Mercado de Derivados en Colombia (Capítulo IV), Através del anterior análisis se pueden identificar los movimientos más importante y sus posibles causas, esto con el fin de estudiarlas y mostrarlos buscando levantar el interés en aquellas personas que no tienen el conocimiento de las ventajas que brinda invertir en la Bolsa de Valores y cómo puede afectar de manera positiva en el nivel de vida y desarrollo de los colombianos.

    This article pretend to illustrate the level of risks and accidents that exist in educational institutions in the city of Cartagena taking as an example the case of School Mercedes Abrego in order to highlight the current state of school infrastructure and at the same time is trying to present possible solutions to minimize risks and help to keep the welfare of students, teachers and support staff within the institution. This Work is type is descriptive because it is based on the argument of a problem that is based on articles, publications, news, research, etc. The analysis of this problem shows the poor state in which school facilities are today; increasing the risks to which they expose those who work there.

In order to perform an analysis of this sector in the city of Cartagena de Indias during the period 2010-2014, in this order was demonstrated with reliable data concerning tourism indicators for the industry during the aforementioned time, they met the conditions in which the port was and answered the following question ¿What is the real impact that generate the cruise tourism industry in the city of Cartagena? To develop this article, documentary research was used, based on documentary sources found on the websites of the entities involved with the tourism product and electronic databases.     This article seeks to demonstrate how the conditions of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) influence their competitiveness, in the city of Cartagena, through an analysis of existing markets and a comparison of the potential that each of them presents in terms of innovation, quality of its products, services, training and motivation of its employees; because this can generate added value in their products and services and therefore increase competitiveness. The research is of a descriptive type and arises from the visible needs of the markets and the behavior of its officials. This research analyzes the competitiveness of SME in the city of Cartagena.

    This paper attempts an analysis demarcated in iso 9001:2008 of the problems related to the public transport service in the city of Cartagena generated great dissatisfaction to the users, and in this study the same way Transcaribe service implementation as a solution to improve this sector that affects the welfare of the population of Cartagena. The following work is a reflection mode, was based on a type of descriptive analysis of literature sources for information that shows the poor service provided by public transport in the city of Cartagena. Through the results of this research also suggests that with the completion of Transcaribe it can achieve the optimization of this service, incorporating processes faster mobility, use of best routes and new technology looking for the comfort of the user in order to improve quality of life Cartagenero.

    The present article intends to reflect on the importance of the implementation of social responsibility in the indicated work when necessary for business growth and breaking down the three dimensions to which it is addressed. For this, an exploratory research was carried out, a descriptive approach research with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The main conclusion of this article is that corporate social responsibility activates the growth of the company, because it significantly improves the reputation and credibility, and thereby achieves recognition before its stakeholders, especially when the commitment with the development of the RES strategy is accepted by the community

    Hay un análisis que requiere de mucha atención, cuando hablamos aplicación de estándares internacionales de contabilidad en Colombia, existe uno que es muy importante principalmente por las empresas, y es el que se relaciona con los efectos que pueda generar en los estados financieros la aplicación de la Norma Internacional al Impuesto a las Ganancias – NIC 12. Es por eso que el objetivo de este articulo además de analizar la importancia de la implementación de las NIIF en la determinación del impuesto a las ganancias, en busca del análisis de los aspectos más relevantes correspondientes a la aplicación de un modelo contable que esté acorde a todas las exigencias internacionales.     This research project seeks to inform and analyze the adverse environmental effects and impacts of non-implementation of the ISO 14001 standard in the development of artisanal mining on water resources in the region due to mercury pollution and its effects on food chain in fish, human health, land degradation, indiscriminate felling of trees and destruction of fertile soil, destruction of flora and fauna. It seeks to highlight the social consequences of this region because for centuries its economy has been linked to the exploitation of gold by its inhabitants but turn in recent decades has had interference from illegal armed forces that hinder its development and this same it becomes a big problem for social welfare in which the Colombian state has been unable to control despite their struggles and efforts.

    In order to establish an idea ofthe conditions and processes necessary in the Faculty of Management and Accounting from the University of St. Bonaventure Cartagena, for assuring quality management program in Business Administration, from a critical perspective agreed reflect on the current situation of the same, by performing based on student attrition suffered by the program, taking as reference diagnosis desertion specifically understood from 2010 to 2014, through which highlights the need to improve the quality processes in the academic programs of the faculty and the institution as such to achieve customer satisfaction. The work is framed in quality management processes, which highlights the importance and necessity of implementing the NTC-ISO 9001; 2008 in the academic programs of the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena and all universities in Colombia. The same is intended to contribute to the success of the faculty and the institution in general, through basic propositions and current concepts about proposed research.

    This article aims to demonstrate the importance of the protection elements staff (EPP) in the metalworking industry, which are described in detail taking into account the risk factors that impact most often in the metalworking activities such as physical hazards (noise and welding), mechanical hazards and finally working at height. Considering the above, as a measure for risk reduction referred to in the implementation of a safety management system and occupational health described in NTC-OHSAS 18001: 2007. The methodology used in this research is analytical and descriptive, based on the collection of information and data from secondary sources that make it possible inference of PPE in the metalworking sector describing its use, prevention and guarantees given to employees against the imminent risks labor in order to counteract them.

The main result found out on this articule is the growth evinced on principals economic variables during the period 2012-2017 right after the beginning of the peace process, which is gonna bring along more employment, more opportunities and more equity

    The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of strategic planning in organizations that seek long-term stability; In this case, strategic planning is applied in a SME provider of automotive services, which is called Total Car Center S.A.S. Its main problem is the lack of planning and organization both internally and externally, to help solve it, a general objective was set which is the formulation of the strategic plan of the organization starting from its current situation, to reach this objective, the conditions were diagnosed current business, strategies were proposed and an action plan was developed, finally proposed an organizational system supporting the strategic plan, after doing this it was concluded that strategic planning is a fundamental tool for the organization, in In this case it was observed how this allowed to determine the objectives and the strategies for its fulfillment, at the end of this investigation the organization is recommended to put into practice the aforementioned suggestions since they will bring notable benefits in the short and long term.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a social policy framework that allows implement public policies that guarantee strategic leadership gradually reduce the high rates of poverty, illiteracy, inequality, socio-economic marginalization and social exclusion. The development of the Millennium Development Goals are part of the operational plans of the States and the organization of today, so that administrative and strategic to meet the environment and context imposed by the development trends leads to performing actions and investments that create new opportunities and improved quality of life of vulnerable populations in order to ensure social benefit. Today it is a necessity in business management as a mechanism of recognition and positioning. In this article thoughtful, through an investigation of descriptive and documentary, an analysis of Social Responsibility in companies of Colombia and the introduction of information in the financial statements of these is performed, for which two companies take large experience in the market and recognized investments in Social Responsibility, not only investors, but also with its stakeholders.

    Riesgos laborales en empresas productoras de cementos

    In this article occupational risks are analyzed which are found in companies that produce cement in Colombia, mainly focused on the production area that generally presents chemical, ergonometric and mechanical risks. Also the different preventive measures are determined and the strategies that can be used to reduce these risks and preserve the health and the welfare of workers to perform their job in this industrial sector. The article is documentary, and it was based on several studies, informed both specialized reports and official figures. The results show that through the strict implementation of preventive measures and compliance of the regulatory policies of safety and occupational health of companies, promotion and maintenance of the highest possible level of physical, mental and social development is achieved these cement industry workers

    El sector asegurador en Colombia en el marco del tratado de libre comercio con los Estados Unidos entre el año 2008 y 2012

    El presente artículo tiene por objetivo principal analizar la incidencia del tratado de libre comercio con los Estados Unidos en los servicios del sector asegurador colombiano para determinar ventajas y desventajas para Colombia en el sector asegurador del país. Así mismo, se establecen los retos que deberá observar Colombia en el marco de este Tratado, para ello, se elaboró un marco contextual a fin de evidenciar la dinámica de la negociación del comercio de servicios en los mercados globales, identificando la modalidad de servicio a que se refieren los transados en materia de seguros. La metodología utilizada fue de carácter descriptivo, recurriendo a fuentes de carácter primarios realizando análisis e interpretación de la información recopilada. El principal resultado encontrado se enfoca en los cambios al sistema nacional de seguros permiten regular la actividad de los prestadores de seguros del exterior de manera transparente y clara fortaleciendo de las políticas de protección al sector asegurador colombiano, sobre todo a los consumidores nacionales; así mismo, se concluye que el sector asegurador ha sido base para el ahorro nacional y fortaleza financiera en el país con retos que han de ser objeto de estudio para el desarrollo del sector.
