- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis de la variación de las construcciones de la comuna Belén en el área urbana de Medellín a partir del modelo digital de superficie y la ortofoto de los años 2016 y 2019(2020) Ramos Patiño , Ricardo Andrés; Garcia Vivas, Leidy Viviana; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaThe real estate dynamics of the main cities of the country means that the cadastral databases are constantly out of date. In addition, CONPES 3958 establishes that at present the Colombian cadastre maintains a traditional fiscal approach, which fails to meet the information needs for the formulation and implementation of various public policies, given that haven´t efficient updating processes, it does not allow its integration with other sources of information and it´s not complete. With cut-off as of January 1, 2019, 66.00% of the national territory has outdated cadastral information, 28.32% do not have cadastral information and only 5.68% of the national territory has updated information (IGAC, 2019). The same situation affects various areas of public administration, from the collection of property tax; fundamental for the finances of the municipalities, up to urban planning. Although the cadastre offices tend to keep this information up-to-date, the speed with which it changes means that more resources are needed every day to meet this objective. Thus, this project presents the implementation of a new process using photogrammetric tools (Ultramap and INPHO Software), data analysis and geoprocesses (Arcgis Software) that allow identifying with high certainty in which properties the Medellín Cadastre Directorate will focus its means.
One of these conditions is the set of skills, knowledge and personality characteristics of each individual. During the development cycle of the Geographic Information System (GIS) projects, the intervention of different people is evidenced, which individually or in groups have certain roles and specific tasks within the work team in the development of the phases. Therefore, it is important to consider the different characteristics of each individual (personality, skills, knowledge), because these characteristics guide teamwork and how they complement each other. In addition, better technical cooperation and work agility is presented. Semat (Theory and Method of Software Engineering) includes a core of accepted and proven elements of good software development practices, including the competencies of members of the GIS project development team. Regarding the use of Semat in the formation of work teams for the development of GIS projects, use should be made of a dictionary characterized within Semat, which allows recognizing the skills sought in each individual for a specific position within of the team, this in order to get more benefit in terms of the personal skills of each member, which will increase the ease with which teams are formed to develop GIS projects that meet the characteristics you need and allow more results efficient and higher productivity
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoImplementación de CRISP-DM como herramienta de apoyo para la toma de decisiones en análisis descriptivos de contaminantes del aire y variables meteorológicas(2021) Monsalve Cardona, Marcela Cristina; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaBusiness intelligence better known as Business Intelligence is the set of methodologies and techniques for exploring data. The CRISP-DM methodology provides the necessary steps to carry out a data mining project. Data mining attempts to discover information in data sets and air quality is the levels that indicate the pollutants present in the air. To analyze air quality monitoring data, different countries have been applying data analysis methodologies and techniques, this has allowed them to have useful information to create pertinent actions. These actions are becoming more and more necessary, especially in urban centers where more and more problems with air quality arise for reasons such as overcrowding. In order to have useful information to support these actions, the CRISP-DM methodology guides through a set of sequential and dynamic steps, the way in which the application of data mining techniques should be carried out, with which possible relationships are obtained between pollutants and also meteorological variables. For all of the above, it is necessary for the university to begin in the study and application of data analysis methodologies and techniques and this is what in this work will be done to the air quality data published on the SIATA website.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoIngeniera del software aplicada al desarrollo de aplicaciones con realidad aumentada(2018) Vanegas Cerra, Juan Carlos; Zapata Uribe, Sebastian; Castro Castro, Carlos Arturo; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaAugmented reality (RA or AR for its acronym in English) is the system that consists of increasing the perception of reality through the implementation of virtual elements. The adaptation of the model of objects in third dimension (3-D) to the traditional software engineering model requires the implementation of a methodology, which for this case is under the development processes oriented to allow agile iterations. The software engineering that is applied to the development of augmented reality mainly in mobile environments. However, this tool can be used in Mobile-D, creating applications with requirements for corporate environments. The development of applications of augmented reality was carried out by methods and models without standardizing, for this reason it is wanted to implement a software engineering to guarantee good practices in the development of applications
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoModelo 3D como herramienta de apoyo para la prestación de servicios básicos de acueducto y alcantarillado, basado en información catastral y ordenamiento territorial(2021) Londoño Pérez, Orley Felipe; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaIn this degree work, a 3D model of the aqueduct and sewerage is developed to improve the geospatial analysis of the chosen area in the municipality of La Ceja, Antioquia. The result helps in the elaboration of new urban projects and the feasibility of exploring new technological horizons in the face of decision-making, guaranteeing the proposed fulfillment is the development of new technologies that are availableto people and are developed within the framework of the required compliance. There are different investigations related to the topic of 3D design which broaden the areas of knowledge in geographic information systems, but regarding the construction and design of sewer and aqueduct networks, none were observed. The geodatabase resulting from this work is created using the information from the different databases and the information collected in the field. The use of tools such as GIS, allows obtaining the result proposed in the degree work, allowing to observe the different variables used in the GDB to save the required information and that corresponds to the scope that we provide to the degree work. The result will be of great importance for decision-making, both for public administrations and in other sectors, and thus promote the development of a region by improving its social and economic well-being.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoModelo para calcular la impedancia en tiempo real en una malla vial, integrando variables dinámicas(2020) Velásquez Vélez, David; Salcedo Álvarez, Kelly Johana; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaImpedance refers to the opposition that a certain road segment presents to vehicle traffic. Usually, this value is determined by characteristics of the segments, such as slopes, permitted speeds and number of lanes, among others. However, at certain times,a segment whose impedance value is low, considering the static attributes mentioned, may increase due to a huge influx of vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate dynamic variables that include time periods and help to understand the behavior of these segments. The average speed of transit through a segment, provided by users of collaborative platforms, is one of them, because it is changing according to the time and day. Therefore, this project proposes a model to represent the behavior of a subset of segments that make up the road network of the municipality of Medellin. In addition, it should involve the static and dynamic attributes that affect impedance and a layer that contains the geographic information and reflects the variable behavior of these segments, seeking to contribute to the understanding and improvement of the city's mobility problems. Finally, to compare a route between an origin and a destination thrown by the routing algorithms of Pgrouting with a route thrown by the Open Street Miew.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta de un modelo de integración BIMSIG para estudios preliminares de interventoría de vías de cuarta generación(2021) Murillo Redondo, Yohonnis Davith; Hernández Ojeda, Luis Gabriel; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaThe construction times of public works in the country demarcate the real operation of the concessions in Colombia as well as the optimization of the resources used in the development of the construction. Therefore we propose to make a model in which the construction processes are integrated in the preliminary stage of a road design through a collaborative work under the BIM360 platform and geographic information systems with 3D modeling viewers offered by the INFRAWORKS program, linking a GIS exercise to this platform created in ARCGIS online and integrating it to the construction results through the quantity quantifier of the NAVISWORKS program, demonstrating that using a methodology that integrates BIM and GIS in the preliminary stages of the construction designs can optimize the times implemented in the construction stage, allowing decision making in early stages of the road concession project.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta de un WebGIS como herramienta de apoyo para la gestión y organización del minero de subsistencia en el departamento de Antioquia(2021) Fernández Moreno, Fernando; Castro Castro, Carlos Arturo; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaThe subsistence mining is developed with brute force and non-mechanized mining processes by socially vulnerable population, as scrap dealers, handcrafted miners of gold, sand, and clay. It is possible to see all over the national territory the absence of a SIG map that support and manage the information of these miners, which register the execution of their activities and presence in the territory. For this reason, the proposal of this work is to develop a WEBSIG about a prototype architecture that manage and collaborate with the organization and access to the information of the subsistence miners of the Antioquia department. The methodological chart conceived for the execution of the proposal is composed of three phases that involves the definition of primary information to consult, the storage in a database of the collected data, the development of the prototype, its publication, validation and finally the verification of their functioning by the client. Once the solution is executed in pro of the answer of the investigation problem, a product with a web or URL domain is obtained hosted in a web server hosting type, which allows anyone free access and provides the final user all the functions and tools available, as are the web page (menu) and its relation with the database, when the user interacts with the service of geolocation and the diligence of the suggested forms. The subsistence miner would be able to visualize its needs and the social gaps through the use of informatic tools that manage their activity.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta de una herramienta de apoyo para una investigación de mercado sobre el precio de venta de vivienda nueva en el municipio de Rionegro(2020) Mejía Vásquez, Juan Alberto; Durango Vanegas, Claudia ElenaIn our current times, when a person has the need to purchase a home, time must be invested researching magazines, web pages, and even through family and friends with the end goal of identifying specific areas where different alternatives can be explored and evaluated. One way to approach this topic is to perform a geostatistical analysis with the purpose of identifying housing prices as well as their spatial distribution by using maps that allow us to visualize supply and demand within the urban area in the town of Rionegro. This also allow us to identify clústeres of houses that fall within determined values, using house sale price as a variable. Furthermore, secondary information will be utilized as well as interaction with software GIS, which allows access to refined information. As result of the job performed, four maps of the geostatistical analysis are obtained with information on price, square meter, supply and demand according to geospatial location
