In this research process, the activities carried out with the children, the guiding activities were taken into account as didactic strategies that favor the learning of literacy. Therefore, the methodology of participant observation research was used as a qualitative intervention strategy in the Villa del Sol Educational Institution, in the transition grade, before which as a result the children of the transition grade, enjoyed this process very much, since it was evidenced in their participation the interest and motivation to carry out the proposed activities

The project in the application implements a series of activities that are based on education, peace and art as change managers capable of developing coexistence habits, integrators within the community. In the moment the project is carrying out, it's intended that the children of "Preschool José Miel" are protagonists of their personal and social development, through participation, communication and integration. Having art and peace as articulating elements, boys and girls are inculcated in norms, behaviors and concepts based on values that assimilate and reject actions that generate violence, pretending with this to form worthy people at the service of society. The approaching to a state of art on the process of socialization of the child, through the teaching of peace in the "Preschool José Miel", tackles the proposed topic from a qualitative focus in a line of analysis and interpretation of the data in accordance with the objectives that dynamize the project, emphasizing that children should be actors of peace, in an emotional environment, guided and orientes by parents and teachers in the first instance

For the development and execution of this work, we agreed to carry out a non-participant observation process, having as an instrument an observation guide and a structured interview guide. The type of research is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach and the type of study is unique, the aforementioned allowed us to participate to analyze, observe and enter the preschool and in this way identify the strategies used by the teacher. To finalize our research, a structured interview was conducted with a teacher with open questions that will fulfill the objective of the research

Universidad de San Buenaventura, Facultad de Educación, Medellín, 2021) Espinosa Bedoya, Laura Mercedes; Torres Restrepo, Carolina; Aguinaga Carmona, Danely Esneidy; Gallego Tobón, CatalinaThe Hidden Curriculum: Teaching Attitude and Strategies to Prioritize the Non-linear Evolutionary Processes This undergraduate paper was carried out in order to characterize the attitudes and strategies that were implemented from the hidden curriculum to prioritize the evolutionary processes of Children for Kindergarten in La Salle school, Envigado. During this research, a structured non-participant observation process was developed, also, a rubric as an instrument for observation and a semi-structured interview. It was a qualitative research with a narrative hermeneutical approach. This allowed it to identify, analyze and record the conceptions about the non-linear evolutionary development of the hidden curriculum on the kindergarten teachers’ strategies and attitudes. To conclude this thesis, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the kindergarten teachers and non-participant structured observations during the meetings in grade B. Some categories were structured and taken into account in order to respond to the research objectives, where through a narrative, the obtained answers were reflected.

The qualitative methodology was used to investigate phenomena with the purpose of understanding and knowing aspects of reality, information was obtained through tests, questionnaires and experiential workshops that allowed identifying different positions on the subject of emotional intelligence, a link was made with the narrative methodology because it intends to achieve that the work carried out takes into account different experiences taking into account each one of the points of view allowing the researcher teacher to question and make visible a problem in this case in the classroom. During the research process that was carried out in the Padre Ramon Arcila Ramirez School, it was possible to evidence that children in early childhood, and especially children from 5 to 6 years old, are very sensitive and empathic with others. This allowed the identification of this previous knowledge through the participant observation that was carried out in a virtual way through the experiential workshops, tests and family interviews, being this an essential process for the collection of information of this work

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa importancia del juego como agente motivador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los niños(2021) Duarte Molina, Andrea; Ortiz Bedoya, Mariana; Aristizábal Silvera, Karina de la Luz; Ruiz Bran, Luisa Fernanda; Gallego Tobón, CatalinaEl presente trabajo busca reconocer la importancia del juego como agente motivador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los niños para que los maestros puedan implementarlos como estrategia didáctica alejándose un poco de la educación tradicional para que los niños se conviertan en agentes activos de su conocimiento y puedan comprender que aprender no tiene que ser aburrido sino divertido y placentero. Este trabajo está sustentado con una base teórica de varios autores que hablan sobre la importancia del juego y la motivación en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, y como estas dos están relacionadas, además de buscar trabajos de grado que se realizaron sobre estas dos grandes categorías del juego y la motivación. Asimismo, para demostrar esta importancia se escogió la metodología cualitativa más específica el enfoque de investigación acción participativa donde se pudo intervenir y observar una seria de secuencias didácticas basadas en el juego en el grado prejardín de un centro educativo, además a través del diario pedagógico plasmar los importantes hallazgos los cuales demuestran que el juego es una gran estrategia pedagógica para motivar a los niños para conseguir aprendizajes.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa inteligencia emocional infantil, un compromiso entre familia y escuela(2021) Espinal Orozco, Carolina; Zapata Cataño, Keidy; Gallego Tobón, CatalinaThis degree project aims at demonstrating in what perspective the family and the school, influence the emotional intelligence of children from 4 to 6 years old, at the Ingeniosos Educational Center. Data were collected using journals, participant observation, and structured surveys. Results showed the interpretation of the way in which boys and girls promote emotional intelligence was acquired, and how this allows them to carry out in a linear way the obtaining of knowledge of multiple intelligences; which helps the boy or girl to develop their needs. It is also identified that teachers and parents have enough knowledge of children's emotional intelligence, know its importance, and apply this intelligence to their children and students every day. In conclusion, it can be identified that the importance of children’s emotional intelligence is not only knowing what emotions are or what they are, but also learning how to understand and control them, to be able to overcome and acquire problem-solving easily, when facing negative emotions, and thus obtain better health, both physical and mental, therefore greater common sense and sanity, can be experienced.

Using the description as an approach that implies first of all, an identification or delimitation of the problem, that is, discovering what the problem is that you want to investigate and what kind of questions you are trying to answer, and according to what It is intended to investigate different techniques and instruments are used for data collection, in this investigation the survey, the field diary and non-participant observation will be used This allows us to conclude that development goals and social skills are enablers for a pleasant development in the face of development in society. Allowing constant interaction with different agents and learning environments, thus allowing the strengthening of yourself. Without failing to bear in mind that development goals do not serve to guide and direct this process of social formation. Therefore, if we take advantage of all stages of life for the metal strengthening of development, the positive consequences will be the final result for children in training.

Contact with reality is essential to assertively attend to the diversity of learning, since doing so allows the training activity to be one for everyone. The purpose of this investigative exercise is, firstly, to broaden the concept of diversity so that, based on the needs, interests and concerns of boys and girls, a greater participation, appropriation of the contents in the learning processes, and to make teachers more aware of the importance of teaching processes in the particular life of each of the students present in the classroom. The research is carried out from a qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach and the results showed, among other things, that understanding diversity, allows us to create bridges in which what is seen in the classroom can be applied to daily life.
