This, in order to understand that the economic context has had a significant impact on the direction of the organization. From this socioeconomic point of view, the second chapter shows that the productivity and profitability of the organization depends on the way in which the senior director impacts on the staff of his organization, which is why it is necessary to differentiate the skills that characterize the work of the senior director (Leader) the managing executive (manager) in order to motivate the reflection of why the having to be of the mastery will be related in senior management and not in upper management. Finally, to present in the third chapter how the Senior Director uses his skills and competences to lead the organization from a humanizing treatment that inspires the organization to be profitable and sustainable.

Nowadays, the information presented in profiles of senior managers of educational services in digital social networks could be wasting opportunities and strategies in organizational communication, marketing, and leadership amongst others due the absence of effective implementation of digital skills for using the same technology (ICT). For this reason, it is proposed to address how these profiles may be presented in digital social media using measurement tools that show degrees of influence in certain digital networks and could expand the concept of "management oneself" in the digital picture of the services of education.

The document was initially sustained on a theoretical conceptualization supported with concepts important foundation where experts and authors such as Harald Braun, LP Matveev, Barbero JL Hernandez and MJ and others who have written on the subject were taken. Since pedagogy, methodology and sociology. - PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDiscursos que se gestan y circulan en la Maestría en Alta Dirección de Servicios Educativos en torno al alto director(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2017) Piedrahita Peláez, Juliana Vanessa; Montoya Sánchez, Martha Lucía; Jiménez Bonilla, ArmandoThis research exercise presents a curricular analysis of the Master's Degree in Higher Education Department (MADSE) curriculum in search of the speeches that are generated and go around the high director. Based on the analysis of the documentary record and the systematization of the information found, a series of findings about the program´s curriculum coherence is presented, some suggestions and action are listen to aim at the consolidation of an ideal classroom community, allowing the concretization of the MADSE formation spirit. Thus, this exercise was constituted as a study of the critical relationship between foundational documents, analytical programs and speeches and practices experienced by the authors, As students of MADSE cohort VII. The analysis is oriented to the identification of the speeches that are generated and circulated in the Master, through the revision of the documentary record of the same, making a curricular reading with the intention of reviewing the interference of the discourse in the formative processes and establishing the connection that exists between the structures that this context provides to the exercise of the formation and its linguistic image.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoGesta del magister en alta dirección de servicios educativos para la creación de una escuela de idiomas en la ciudad de Guadalajara de Buga, departamento del Valle del Cauca, Colombia; de la teoría a la práctica(2015) Valencia Ospina, Jaiber Adrián; Ariza Ariza, Carlos Andrés; López López, Jhair Fernando; Jiménez Bonilla, ArmandoEste trabajo busca mostrar el desarrollo de una idea llevada a la realidad mediante un proceso de Alta Dirección de Servicios Educativos, proponiendo el proyecto y desarrollo de LA ESCUELA DE IDIOMAS DLS “DISCENTER’S LANGUAGES SCHOOL” como nueva unidad de servicios de la IFT DISCENTER’S, además de establecer y ejecutar un plan de marketing adecuado, utilizando la herramienta “EXPO EDUCACIÓN DISCENTER`S 2014” como base y elemento innovador en el marketing de servicios educativos para la región centro del valle. El trabajo se desarrolla dentro de los lineamientos del Marketing de Servicios Educativos, con el diseño y ejecución de un Plan para la apertura y puesta en marcha de una escuela de Idiomas. Se indagó sobre la alta Dirección que se requería para determinar la viabilidad de la idea , y lograr su ejecución para hacerla realidad, desde la Lógica Occidental de la sostenibilidad económica y la competitividad frente al mercado específico, con la convicción que las competencias en el manejo de más de una lengua, impulsa el intercambio cultural entre civilizaciones que permita mejorar la visión del mundo de la población regional.

Monseñor José Manuel Salcedo(2014) García Chará, María Eufemia; Jiménez Bonilla, ArmandoEl presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio de caso de la I. E. Monseñor José Manuel salcedo que describe analíticamente el impacto del sector oficial, empresarial y religioso sobre dicha institución. A nivel macro el sector estatal impacta desde los altos índices de desempleo, la violencia. En la escuela impacta con, la presencia de dos estatutos docentes que generan inequidad, la remuneración docente con respecto a la inflación, la solución de los conflictos, la presencia de una organización autoritaria, estandarizante, generando inconsistencias crasas en el estilo organizacional y los objetivos pedagógicos trazados que se persiguen. Concluye que el sector estatal genera grupúsculos políticos que reproducen su poder, y permanencia en el estado local a través de la escuela y que esta misma es impactada por el sector empresarial de manera subsidiaria mostrando vacíos en el management frente a la globalización. En contraste a lo anterior, en la escuela los estudiantes consideran que el estado se preocupa por la educación, mucho más que los padres y profesores quienes tienen la tendencia a opinar que no. En lo empresarial concluye que esta impacta de manera subsidiaria y con educación, pero que adolece de diálogos y potenciación de ambas partes en la consecución de objetivos. Los estudiantes ven positivamente la participación de la empresa, al igual que padres de familia y profesores. Se describe una clara tendencia en padres y profesores en ver la educación de estado y la privada de la misma calidad. Los estudiantes perciben que en la privada no solamente se gradúan de bachilleres. Concluye que ambos sectores adolecen de una visión de futuro claro, en objetivos y efectividad y que a este nivel, el management ser convierte al recurso administrativo idóneo para precaver las consecuencias y estrategias para enfrentar un mundo globalizado. Muestra a través de la literatura, la propuesta de trabajo para generar estrategias, desde la alta dirección, para enfrentar un mundo globalizado, donde la equidad, las oportunidades de empleo, mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, con protección y cuidado de los recursos naturales, formación de generaciones emprendedoras y protección de las expresiones culturales como ejercicio de identidad son acciones por fortalecer. El impacto de la iglesia se analiza desde la descripción de la población, a través de las uniones de libres, la presencia de 6 iglesias distintas. En algunos casos los estudiantes de estas iglesias renuncian a sus prácticas de danza y canto. La iglesia deberá intervenir desde la perspectiva de una ética del amor donde no sea necesaria una religión en común sino una experiencia espiritual en común, que sea activa que regule las deficiencias generadas por la corrupción en el estado y uso del poder, aporte en lo espiritual al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida.

To fulfill this purpose, specific objectives were raised directed to identify the pedagogical strategies used by teachers in their academic classes, meet their technological mastery, and identifying the technological tools the school is provided with. All of this is aimed to implement activities to improve academic performance at this school. This is a mixed and quantitative study because throughout statistical procedures there are ways to identify how teachers at I.E. Jose Maria Cordoba do perform. A survey is also applied, processed and quantified. This study is qualitative as well because it describes the school atmosphere, and its relationship with education and the use of ICT. It was concluded that the low use of technological tools by teachers affect the development of classes, therefore, it also affects their professional performance, and diminishes the attention span of students in class. These are tools that develop the visual language of students, and makes learning more comprehensible for students since topics become easier to be understood, thus improving the teaching - learning process.

Organization Cali program seeking to identify and measure the inclusive teaching and teaching of this organization, to assess the impact on the educational environment the same practices. To answer our question, once observed the teacher action in the field, and suggested some needs updating teaching regarding the inclusion in the classroom, a survey was developed whose categories are educational inclusion, classroom practice and environment which yields results relevant to the preparation of this document. It was identified that 43% of teachers surveyed Organization of SOS Children's Villages S.O.S. Cali program, do not have clarity regarding the concept of ethnicity / race, in contrast identifies that 93% is clearly against being inclusive, it is to work a minimum percentage of the equipment, which could strengthen the concept and practices to through which it is transformed into the classroom. We found that a high percentage of teachers recognize the law against inclusive education to finish allowing the recognition of children from diversity and difference, respecting their beliefs and culture.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPromoción de la motivación desde los directivos hacia los docentes de la institución educativa politécnico “Marcelo miranda” de Ipiales Nariño para mejorar el desempeño docente(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2016) Jiménez Bolaños, Carlos; Jiménez Bonilla, ArmandoThis research is based on the need to analyze the motivational strategies applied by managers which are aimed at teachers of the educational community of the Polytechnic Educational Institution “Marcelo Miranda" in the city of Ipiales, Nariño; to improve teacher performance. This reflection involves a basic diagnosis about how the theories of motivation are exercised within the responsibilities of the directors of the educational institution taking into account the review and determination about what is the perception of teachers in relation to the motivational role of managers, the review of the way how the managers understand the motivation within Senior Management. And finally, it is important to establish obstacles which complicate the exercise of motivational strategies for teachers in the Polytechnic Educational Institution “Marcelo Miranda". In this research, it is essential the process from the qualitative paradigm that allows to investigate the relationship between subject - subject; and from the hermeneutical epistemological approach that leads to the understanding of reality through theories. On the other hand, it is used as a method the “Teoría Fundada en el Dato”, developed by Dr. Carmen de la Cuesta. This method allows a triangulation for analysis, where the edges of the geometric figure are represented on one hand by the actors in the research who are the teachers, by the authors of those psychological theories of motivation are articulated and the theories administrative applied to educational services offered by the Polytechnic Educational Institution “Marcelo Miranda”. And finally, the researcher with assessment, reflections, conclusions and recommendations constitutes the third edge of the triangle. The research establishes a second triangulation which is constructed from the categories of analysis that are the result of the application of research instruments. On the one hand, the administrative tendency of assertiveness in Senior Management is analyzed based on an administrative view from the Human Development. The obstacles for a democratic direction are the second element integrated for analysis. And the spiral of the direction ends which aims to create a dynamic that it has as condition: action, reflection and action, which ultimately seeks to construct a proposal for the administrative management of the motivation of managers aimed at the teachers of the institution with the ultimate aim of generating excellent performance of teachers in their efforts to provide educational services. The research addresses one of the current problems and the most important in the provision of educational services understanding the need to seek an alternative solution for improving teacher performance, from which an educational service is achieved that encourages integral development of those who receive and crystallized from the perspective of human development with profound ethical sense as a fundamental contribution.

Understanding that marketing is not a proper business process of administrative management but intervenes in all organizational processes. Thus, from a systemic exercise it aims to visualize the implementation of educational marketing from practical experience that realizes the process of administrative transformation into a bilingual school in the city of Cali. This process resulted in a fairly clear picture of where lead efforts and work plans, especially regarding the issue of loyalty. That, coupled with institucional evaluation allowed to review the level of quality offered for each of the steps, processes and components of each. It is thus how to design a roadmap to implement, evaluate and improve educational marketing plan emerges. This route is intended to provide tools to the highest director of educational services that allow them to ensure customer loyalty, attracting new users to improve in all areas of management, providing service with high quality standards. Thus the educational Marketing constitutes an educational service culture of excellence that all your customers think and work on continuous improvement of all processes to work systemically, holistically and generate added value in its results.
