- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoBlockchain como herramienta para el mejoramiento de los procesos de comercio exterior en Colombia(2020) Zapata Arias, Camila; Ocampo Arredondo, Camila Andrea; Restrepo Marín, JanethAt the present time, Colombia has a low logistics point index in comparison to other countries of the region and members of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), this is a result of long, expensive, insecure, inefficient and vulnerable processes. An innovative tool was found to be successful alleviating similar problems: blockchain, thus though document tracking, the present investigation was made to determine how to implement blockchain in Colombia to improve the logistics point index in matter of supply chain, customs management and international payments. A relevant result was the successful function that the blockchain has achieved by improving the supply chains and document processes of many companies around the world, as well as facilitating payments internationally, bearing in mind that some of those companies are Colombian, we conclude that Colombia is ready to take steps towards the modernization and digitization of processes to improve its levels of competitiveness and that blockchain is the optimal technology to achieve these objectives

Este texto es el tercero de una secuencia de publicaciones realizadas en la modalidad de red que ahondaron en la problemática de las victimizaciones, destrucción del tejido social, control territorial y su derivado cultural publicadas entre 2009 (Victimas violencia y despojo) y 2010 (víctimas en contexto de violencia e impunidad caso Medellín). Cada una de las investigaciones parte de las reflexiones y hallazgos de las anteriores.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoExploración de mercados para la confección textil de Antioquia-Colombia en los países Nórdicos(2020) Domínguez Osorio, Juan Pablo; Murillo Vidal, Maria Camila; Restrepo Marín, JanethThe general objective of the following research is to explore the different opportunities that the textile sector of Antioquia-Colombia has in the market of the Nordic countries, the idea of this research arose from a problematic that involves the Colombian exports, these are mainly directed to Latin American countries leaving behind opportunities like treaties and alliances that we have with Nordic countries. The Nordic countries are distinguished because his HDI (human development indexes) are the highest and also for having one of the wealthiest economies in the world, his consumption level is also higher in comparison to the other European countries when we talk about what their population spend in fashion, they are part of economic integrations like AELC (European Free Trade Association) and some of them of the EU (European union) which offer benefits for the entry of textiles into their territories with tariffs from 0%. With the help of different bibliographical sources and a market preselection matrix we collect information that allow us to determinate in which of the five Nordic countries the textile sector has greater export opportunities. Denmark stands out among all Nordic countries because has it has a good qualification in terms of quality in its customs processes, it is also the Nordic country where fashion and the textile sector in general have a great role.

The majority of which are international brands that captivate the attention and funds of the consumer. The prevalence of multinational brands serves as a clear indicator of their competitiveness, innovation, and technological edge. In comparison to the international brands, there are national producers that prioritize establishing a name for themselves in the market. However, they aren’t as fortunate to have the same advantage as foreign brands. This study aims to identify the opportunities and the full potential of the body soap industry in the Valley of Aburrá with goals of contributing to its success. By virtue, this study requires the identification of producers, distributors, and the market structure of the geographic location in focus. Our methods resort to qualitative fundamentals which are descriptive, thorough, and focus on the analysis of information. Several data bases were accounted for along with relevant papers and literature, similar case studies, surveys, and the utilization of Mic-Mac Software. Ultimately, our results indicated that although there are potential opportunities in the market, national corporations do not have the tools to compete against international name brands

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoImplementación de la tecnología 4.0 en las pymes colombianas del sector textil(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2022) López Ángel, Sebastián; Restrepo Marín, JanethEn este trabajo de grado se investiga de una manera profunda las tecnologías que en la actualidad están cogiendo mucha fuerza, como son las tecnologías 4.0, también se analiza la importancia que están teniendo las mismas en el mundo empresarial y de qué manera estas podrían ser de gran ayuda para las pymes colombianas que representan un alto porcentaje de las empresas del país y que tienen un gran número de empleados. Por medio de estas tecnologías tanto las pequeñas como medianas empresas pueden entrar a competir de una manera diferente y poder incrementar su competitividad en el mercado frente a las grandes corporaciones empresariales que forman parte del mismo sector económico, de esta manera obtener una porción del mercado y por ende consumidores Si las pymes colombianas empiezan a implementar este tipo de tecnologías en un periodo de tiempo corto o mediano pueden ver resultados significativos, ya que es algo común que dichas empresas no lo hagan o simplemente no lo conocen.

The proposal is to apply this strategy in business tourism based on Bleisure. To this end, the research focused on exploring two cities with similar potential in the tourism industry such as Medellin, Colombia and Quito, Ecuador. The methodology focused on the bibliographic review of reports that described the potential of both cities in business tourism, complemented by the application of interviews with experts. It was found that both cities have similarities in competitiveness in business events. As a conclusion, and without taking into account the sector's outlook in the post-covid 19 era, Medellin and Quito have important possibilities to articulate business proposals that strengthen business tourism
