For this, a documentary-type investigation was carried out supported by legislative, academic and, press sources that were analyzed using a comparison matrix. As main results, similar obstacles were evidenced in the studied countries related to high implementation costs, misinformation in taxpayers and resistance to change from workers and employers. The research allowed concluding that electronic invoicing is an important element for tax administrators; being relevant the evaluation of the experienced processes in each country to understand the nature of the presented obstacles and strengthen their overcrowding process
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoExploración de tendencias en turismo urbano y protocolos internacionales poscovid para el fortalecimiento de los tours urbanos en Medellín, Colombia, durante la pandemia(2021) Cardona Gómez, María Paulina; Restrepo Marín, Janeth del CarmenThe present thesis seeks to explore the impact of the coronavirus pandemic in urban tours, applying the strategy of exploring urban tourism trends in three touristic powers such as Spain, France and Turkey; including the tracking of postcovid international protocols that were created in these countries for the reactivation of urban tours. The above with the purpose of identifying elements which contribute with the strengthening of urban tours in Medellin city, Colombia. Methodological, it was followed by the document review technique supported with academic sources, websites specialized in urban tourism and government documents of a public nature that were analyzed through synthesis and comparison matrices. As main results it was evidenced that urban tours in Medellin must continue improving in planning, transport, technology, offer and protocols structuration terms, so that it would be competitive at the moment of complying with the new tourist postcovid requirements. The investigation allowed to conclude that Medellin urban tours comply an important role during the postcovid economic reactivation, being in charge of providing valuable strategies to regain the new tourist confidence who has emerged after the coronavirus pandemic. Also it was concluded that the biggest challenge facing urban tourism will be to adapt its tourist products to international tends where the nature tourism, local tourism, use of technologies and strict compliance with biosafety protocols predominates

Generally, the main difficulties are financial, marketing and sales, and internal, related to development and survival; in this last aspect, the problems are in project management, unqualified human talent and inadequate infrastructure to perform the company's activity. The objective of this research is to design and work on a basic guide for the planning of human talent for the management of infrastructure projects of SMEs in Colombia in the growth phase. Methodologically, it starts from a literature review, where the project management guide developed by the Project Management Institute was analyzed, serving as the basis for the development of the guide for SMEs in the growth phase
