- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAcompañamiento familiar en el proceso de formación integral de los niños y niñas desde lo académico y comportamental, en la Fundación Hogar Juvenil Programa de Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia, IE Los Araujos y José Acevedo y Gómez(2018) Luna Fernández, Arlet Evelin; Peña Castro, Claire; Vargas García, Sol Ángel; Sierra Pineda, Claudia MaríaIn the present work of investigation it was tried to analyze the accompaniment that the parents of families and caregivers have, like fundamental part in the scholastic performance of the boys and girls in the initial and basic primary education within their integral development; in the educational institutions the Araujos (Monteria), José Acevedo and Gómez (Medellín) and the youth home foundation comprehensive early childhood care program (Cartagena). With the purpose of determining what are the accompanying practices and strategies in each one of the institutions; Regarding the methodological design, the qualitative, research-action approach was used, carrying out a type of research by means of sample groups, making a description of the family environment, communication in the family and personal experience of the child. The sample of the study was 15 families, with children between 5 to 10 years old, 3 teachers of grade 2, 4 and early childhood. The instruments used were interviews with the students, parents and teachers, questionnaire for the entrance to parents, direct observation of the students and parents and a field diary of the accompaniment made by the parents regarding the tasks of your son in the classroom. According to the analysis of the applied instruments, the following data were visualized; 50% of the parents respond to all the commitments, participation about school tasks and visits to the institution when they are called the other 50% of the sample population do not respond, are absent in front of their duties with their children
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis comparativo de los niveles de Deserción Escolar en la IED San José de Barranquilla y la IED Luz Haydee Guerrero Molina de Cali teniendo en cuenta la Encuesta Nacional de Deserción - ENDE realizada en el año 2009-2010.(2017) Racines Arcos, Leiby Jimena; Bretón Villabona, Shirley; Sierra Pineda, Claudia MaríaTo the interior of the schools different situations appear problems that affect the suitable Education-Learning process. The desertion is one of those problematic ones that composes the complexity of the educative task and it is like a multi-cause phenomenon that has several edges and perspective of analysis. By such reason the objective that oriented this investigation was: to elaborate a comparative analysis between two schools located in different social contexts: the IED San José de Barranquilla and the Luz Haydee Guerrero of Cali, from which the similarities and differences can be defined that exist in each institution with respect to the abandonment of the scholastic activities on the part of certain students. Therefore a methodologic triangulation took to end that combined techniques of qualitative investigation as the interviews and quantitative like the Questionnaire on scholastic desertion which they threw important results; to a great extent, the desertion in the mentioned establishments was due to a decision that appeals more to the individuality of the students who to problems in the family and of the establishments. Also, it demonstrated a coherence with the found thing in Survey ENDE realised in 2010 by the Ministry of Education, with the obtained thing as a result of the research process. Therefore, to the interior of the I.E. San José de Barranquilla the pregnancies and the search of use, mainly the mototaxismo is one of the causes of scholastic desertion, while in the I.E Luz Haydée Guerrero the demotivation leads the list of factors associated to this phenomenon.

Said instruments are for four courses in the component in professional formation and the ministry practicum, which covers a total of 33 credits distributed in the following manner: Pastoral Counseling (3 credits), Church Outreach (3 credits), Church Administration (3 credits), Theology of Mission (3 credits), and 21 credits of ministry practicums. In the same proposal it is recommended that for the eight (8) courses with additional possibilities for recognition and the five (5) electives, the validation take place through a sufficiency process

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa re significación de la pertinencia y la flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar, desde las capacidades y habilidades de los niños y niñas(2015) Ramírez Sánchez, Deicy; Sierra Pineda, Claudia MaríaEl presente texto cuestiona y propone un análisis a la re significación de la pertinencia y la flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar, desde las capacidades y habilidades de los niños y niñas; teniendo en cuenta la gerencia educativa como eje transversalizador desde la gestión del currículo. La re significación al currículo desde las perspectivas presentadas ha sido relevante; puesto que, es un eje que atraviesa las prácticas que se llevan a cabo día a día, tanto en las instituciones públicas como en las privadas. Además, resalta la importancia que tiene la gestión educativa en el desarrollo de los procesos pedagógicos y curriculares, especialmente, en el nivel preescolar. En el primer núcleo temático, se desarrolla toda la parte legal y conceptual del currículo, enfatizando las miradas desde la pedagogía y la psicología en educación inicial. El segundo núcleo, ahonda en la conceptualización de lo que hace referencia al nivel de educación preescolar, es decir, lo que lo conforma desde los antecedentes históricos, orientaciones curriculares, pedagógicas y su normativa desde sus inicios. En el tercer y último núcleo temático, se conceptualiza la gerencia educativa y la relevancia de esta en el quehacer cotidiano de las instituciones educativas. En adición, se incorpora una mirada socio antropológica que permite una visión holística desde el ser; para concluir con una reflexión en torno a la pertinencia y flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoRelaciones entre las aspiraciones de educación técnica, tecnológica y profesional universitaria, y las necesidades ocupacionales de las empresas afiliadas a Comfamiliar Risaralda(2017) Valencia Hernández, Jesús Maurier; Sierra Pineda, Claudia MaríaThis research project identifies the relationship between the business sector´s occupational requirements and the choice of higher education studies of final year secondary school students in the year 2017 – 2018. In the metropolitan area of Pereira and Santa Rosa de Cabal in the Department of Risaralda, Colombia. As a result of the application of various research tools, the final reading of the research probes into the veracity of the hypothesis, the existence or not of the correlation and, or the articulation of the occupational requirements of the local business sector, the regional educational offer and the educational preferences of students pursuing higher education studies. The research project was based on the methodology proposed by the University. Here, the project background, definition of the objectives and the methodological design are recorded. This makes use of the scientific method and later analysis of the results, to finish in the chapters namely conclusions and recommendations. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews and surveys. The selection of the variables that construct the occupational profile was adapted to the central purpose of the project. However, it does not necessarily cover all the components that the occupational characterization should have. The creation of the research model followed different phases, from planning, verification, monitoring and control of the sample. In addition to this, the analysis of information was carried out by univariate and bivariate reading, such as the evaluation of qualitative information. For the interpretation of the results, the triangulation method was used as an element that leads to multiple views of the research problem.
