- PublicaciónRestringidoFormación de los cadetes mercantes desde las voces de sus egresados una experiencia de vida(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cartagena, 2013) Molano Dueñas, Fernando Enrique; Aviléz Bohórquez, Enrique Javier; Bolaños Torres, Bertha Isabel; Sierra Castro, Maribel; Grupo de Investigación Interdisciplinario Educación y Pedagogía (GIEP) (Cartagena)El objetivo de este trabajo es el procurar interpretar desde las voces de los egresados de Marina Mercante de la Escuela Naval de Cadetes Almirante Padilla, sus propias experiencias, a fin de proponer alternativas a la visión colectiva de la baja calidad de formación de los estudiantes (cadetes) mercantes y futuros egresados y contribuir a mejorar el nivel académico y su formación en competencias Para la sistematización de esta experiencia utilizamos el método hermenéutico y cualitativo de investigación. En el primer caso, se tomaron como referente trabajos de investigación que impactaron en procesos de formación, así como en la búsqueda de transformación dentro de IES y que aportaron esa experiencia enriquecedora a este trabajo. Para el segundo, los sujetos en este proceso que coadyuvaron a recuperar las experiencias significativas son los propios actores que fueron formados en la academia, participando ya como estudiantes, egresados o docentes en diferentes periodos de tiempo. Se quiso de nuestra parte indagar, y así mismo reconstruir e interpretar experiencias y significaciones desde las voces de sus actores dentro de un marco dialógico, para reflexionar, creando relaciones colaborativas entre el investigador y quienes viven estas experiencias. La recuperación de estos testimonios se efectuó por medio de fichas de recolección de información con preguntas orientadoras (son preguntas abiertas que permiten al individuo identificar el objeto de estudio, gracias a sus propias experiencias significativas), con las cuales se busca el obtener una respuesta a manera de relato. Los resultados, gracias al levantamiento de esta información y la interpretación de las matrices, se realiza por medio del análisis crítico y objetivo de dichas respuestas que se compartirán con la academia, donde se hacen referencias a la calidad de los maestros, de la docencia misma y su marco curricular. Esto con el único interés de enriquecer este espacio dialógico para hacerlo dinámico y productivo en busca de transformaciones estructurales concretas en la ENAP, con miras a mejorar el nivel de formación en competencias de los estudiantes (Cadetes) mercantes
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCausas asociadas al resultado de las pruebas saber pro escuela Naval De Cadetes “Almirante Padilla”.(2015) Landino Orozco, Héctor Fabio; Bolaños Torres, Bertha IsabelLa presente investigación analiza las causas asociadas al resultado de las pruebas SABER PRO presentadas por los estudiantes del programa de Ciencias Navales para Oficiales de Infantería de Marina de la Escuela Naval de Cadetes “Almirante Padilla”, en el año 2013. La metodología utilizada para su abordaje del tema se circunscribe dentro de un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, tipificado como un estudio diagnóstico, utilizando como técnicas el análisis documental, la entrevista y la encuesta. Para concretar el trabajo investigativo, se plantearon dos fases, la primera se concreta a partir de la necesidad de interpretar los resultados de las pruebas SABER PRO y conocer el nivel académico de los estudiantes al momento de presentarlas; la segunda se desarrolló para identificar los aspectos del régimen interno que afectan el resultado de las pruebas, y con ello determinar a partir de un análisis documental y de la actitud de los actores, las condiciones que se dan dentro de la organización de actividades, horario de régimen interno, aplicación de hábitos y técnicas de estudio, y el contexto de estudio académico en el que se desenvuelven.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa sociedad de consumo en la conformación de las subjetividades juveniles en la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría Las Américas(2015) Martínez Moreno, Dionicio; Villorina Regino, Jhon Jairo; Jiménez Montealegre, EdnaEn el presente proyecto de investigación se reconoce las incidencias que tiene la sociedad de consumo en la conformación de las nuevas subjetividades juveniles que transitan por la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría las Américas. Para la obtención de la información se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa aplicando técnicas de recolección de datos como la observación participante y los grupos focales, y reforzando el estudio con la utilización de una técnica cuantitativa como la encuesta, sin que el estudio pierda su carácter hermenéutico interpretativo. Las técnicas han sido aplicadas a un grupo muestra conformado por estudiantes con edades que oscilan entre los 13 y 18 años. Además se realizó un rastreo documental para mostrar la evolución de la sociedad de consumo hasta llegar al modelo consumista actual. La sociedad de consumo aparece en la era de oro del capitalismo (1950 – 1973) en los países desarrollados del mundo occidental y evoluciona con los sistemas de economía de consumo y se consolida con las políticas neoliberales actuales. Las regiones que han recibido la influencia del mundo de occidente se encuentran atrapadas en las dinámicas de la sociedad de consumo y en especial la población infantil y juvenil Fe y Alegría.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEl saber pedagógico del maestro de básica primaria en la clase de educación física(2016) Jiménez Salcedo, Paulo Cesar; Martínez Villa, Edinson Segundo; Garzón Galindo, PilarThe main objective of this project is to examine the pedagogical knowledge of elementary school teachers in physical education from official educational institutions in the District of Cartagena. For this, the technical training that physical education teachers in primary education had was recognized, then their pedagogical knowledge taken into account, finally the project recognizes the knowledge that is acquired on a daily basis in the quotidian environment of the primary physical education classroom. We chose the methodology of qualitative research with a focus on the descriptive interpretive hermeneutic approach. The thesis behind the project is based on claims that the teacher builds his pedagogical knowledge from their everyday experience and training in the exercise of its educational work along with their professional development. Therefore this aspect requires a rethinking towards institutionalized educational practice and a creative approach with pedagogical purposes grounded in the variety of methods, procedures and ways of teaching led by the knowledge and attitude of a creative teacher. A range of possibilities can be used in activities used for reflecting on body and motor development of children before, during and after the motion activity.

It also outlines the curriculum from the practices generated by the findings of its participants, which promotes engagement and participation of each ethnic education processes in the institution, to set a curriculum that values the identity of black community and Nozzle producing significant effects within the African culture of the population.

With the population subject-object of the sample developed an interview structured to a group of four teachers of the mathematical area, who work in the institution where the investigation was realized. The results of the interview were contrasted with the findings by the document review and the elements that characterize the guidelines and mathematics curriculum standards proposed by the MEN, which provided significant elements in a comprehensive analysis of the collected information. The previous thing allowed inferring the reality in which develops the pedagogical practices of teachers of mathematics, emphasizing the need to implement a curriculum proposal based on the ministerial proposal.

(Investigative model, contextualized and interdisciplinary), pedagogical practice of teachers in TOSH (technology in occupational safety and hygiene) of the FITCO, for this purpose the research was mixed. We used the survey as a technique for our research. The instrument we used was the questionnaire, which was applied to 21 of 60 teachers. The research results were compared with some others documentary reviews results , which facilitated to make a comprehensive analysis of information. The above comes to the need to make a proposal of monitoring of teacher education, which is divided into two cycles: the first consists in a teacher training, and the second one is to make follow up to the learning processes.

In a University community, well-being takes this responsibility and is requiring efforts that enable the articulation of the actions of wellness exercise teacher to provide the student the educational tools and emotional conditions relevant for effective development. This paper proposes actions of institutional welfare for the teaching exercise in the construction of happiness in the community of the University of San Buenaventura. The previous identification of the perception of the sense of well-being and happiness that teachers and students have, allowed the formulation of specific welfare actions which seek to influence the plans for institutional development and training and favor in the educational community the implementation of programs of high levels of satisfaction, autonomy and freedom, leading to experience feelings of happiness and well-being therefore. The study concluded that both teachers and students tend to ascribe to the institutional welfare unit aimed at the welfare actions and do not conceive them as a shared responsibility of the entire academic community, while few.

In this sense, this research raised general objective to characterize the pedagogical practice of teachers programs Health Sciences of the sectional USB Cartagena from elements of the Franciscan Pedagogy. To obtain the results was necessary to identify the elements present in the PEP and syllabus; describe the pedagogical practices of teachers in relation to those elements, taking into account the purposes of training methodologies and learning assessment; and finally, propose lifelong learning strategies for teachers to recognize their identity based on the Franciscan Pedagogy. The methodology was descriptive with analysis results under qualitative and quantitative approach. Among the key findings are evident emphasis discipline, teaching low spaces for reflection and contextualized environments is prioritized, and fraternal dialogue relationship and creative, as elements of the Franciscan pedagogy present in the pedagogical practices of teachers vivencian
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoConcepciones y prácticas de los docentes sobre evaluación de los aprendizajes en la educación media de las I.E. rurales del municipio de Magangué.(2017-01-30) Mejía Gamarra, Lucy Inés; Morales Castilla, Nancy Margarita; Martínez Susa, ShirleyThis research work sought to analyze the relationship between the conceptions and practices of teachers on the evaluation of learning in the secondary education of rural educational institutions in the municipality of Magangué. During the process, the shortcomings and limitations in terms of inputs, technological tools, and those corresponding to the rural context faced by teachers in their daily practice were observed. The research is based on the interpretive hermeneutic paradigm, and its methodological design is of the dialectical hermeneutic type. A representative sample of ten teachers was used, of which five were men and five women, with whom a self administered questionnaire, a focus group and two class observations. The results conclude that the more traditional positions are present in the conceptions of teachers, while their pedagogical practices are in accordance with the new pedagogical trends, where it is reflected that the evaluation is an additional tool of the learning process.

The research was carried out based on young people´s experience interviewed, and through a qualitative approach - interpretative that led us to understand the meaning that students have about using of tattoos and piercing, the reasons that lead them to make tattoos and piercings, as also the importance which they have the body, it could also reveal the meanings that students have about the concepts of those who judge the use of these practices.

This one appears from the observed difficulties in students in which appear the academic ones such as low reading comprehension, unselfishness and a little. Importance to read narrative books by students and some other aspects in the educative community it was found that reading narrative books help and motivate students to read, besides let them improve their reading comprehension and also writing process likewise it contributes to recognize their world and help them in their social, familiar and personal growth.

Both processes generated profound transformations by weakening the social tissue, perpetuated manifestations of segregation, discrimination and social fragmentation. The challenge of the school is to contribute to the progress towards a true social inclusion, so that it must maximize and maximize the skills and capacities for the enrichment of life, the extension of freedoms, the solidarity and sense of belonging of Each and every one of the subjects impacted by it. For this an intercultural school urges. The present work has as objective to analyze the life stories of the subjects in situation of displacement of the Educational Institution Manuela Vergara de Curi with the purpose of identifying their needs and expectations as cultural subjects. It is necessary to propose new methodologies that allow to relate their life experiences with the enrichment of the intercultural process in the school and the community.

However, a review of Colombian situation shows that many public policies have been designed in order to achieve quality with participation of evaluation systems in schools. These institutional evaluation systems are meant to be designed according to the needs that are present on the context where schools exist. However, progresses does not comply with This research is designed as a study case in order to determine how these public policies are being implemented in the Educative Institution San Felipe Neri, specifically the 1290 Decree stablished in 2009. This approach contained document analysis, surveys and focus group, and according to the results, the global analysis detected improvement opportunities in the organizational processes that interfere with the design and implementation of the Institutional Evaluation System (SIE) in the classrooms.

The study population ranges between four, five, eight and nine years of age, respectively. The parameters of this research were focused on the search and implementation of pedagogical strategies that allowed to make sense to the processes of reading in the children's school setting and to overcome the reading deficiencies of the mentioned population. The design and methodological definition was guided by the qualitative research, ethnographic, which is based on the interpretative approach, using as participatory observation, survey and individual semistructured interviews as instruments for data collection. The data revealed allowed us to explore and learn the pedagogical discourse from the subjectivities, outlining concepts such as: reading, reading with sense and children's school setting, where they unveil the conceptions or criteria in which the practice of teaching, learning and Evaluation of reading in the children's school setting and how to confront and assume these realities leads us to propose new pedagogical strategies relevant to overcome difficulties in the reading process of these children, as well as more relevant learning and development of Concepts, change of perspectives on the part of the authors as a conclusion of all the way forward in research, relationships and innovations of knowledge realized on the reflection of the pedagogical work that involves the interactions of the subjects that teach and the subjects that learn. In order to address future research on the topic in question, it is recommended to take into account the anchorage that must be weaved between one level of teaching and another, as well as between courses to maintain and enrich the expected results during academic life.

Taking into account not only the disciplinary approach of the educational administration, but extending the horizon of the autonomous problem object advances to the paths of educational policy reform and the way it empowers participation by multiple institutional actors. - PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSistematización de experiencias: la práctica educativa de un maestro de filosofía(2017-07-18) Ruiz Ríos, Wilfrido; Garzón Galindo, PilarThe present work of degree gives account of the way and the acquired learning about the process of systematization of the pedagogical experience encounter of philosophy, carried out in Cartagena in the period from 1990 to 2016; With the purpose of making an epistemological and methodological journey that make this process viable. For this, it contextualizes the systematizing practice, it makes methodological memory not only of the systematization itself but of the development of the meetings and their evolution from the organizational, methodological and even the widening of the spectrum in terms of participations. This action allows the subjects to re-read the past actions in search of feedback of the process and the disclosure of a praxis that otherwise proves that it is possible to design a pedagogical device that leads to social transformation. The process developed at the time of systematization has been considered as a second-order research experience, which in some way frames actions as self observation devices; Generating transcendent questions of reflection on the conceptions and methods of application of the social and human sciences. In this way the participants participate in the re-contextualization and problematization of the social-educational action that is generated from the experience mentioned, underlining in the organization and staging the achievement of subjectivation, cultural negotiation, empowerment, Reflective thinking, which enhance the experience in the field of the transformation of thought and the actions of the population impacted by it. This is a pedagogical experience enriched since its beginnings with the contributions of the participants and permeated by local, regional and national events that converge in the thought of society according to the role played at the time of it.
