    Development of a comparative biomechanical analysis in two dimensions (2D) of the tennis court service, using a low-cost free access motion analysis tool (skillspector 1.3.2). The population used were 2 subjects which were classified by their years of competitive experience where, the subject of low experience had few years of experience while the subject of high experience had many skills which raised their performance and high quality of skill, in the following analysis was made an angular comparison of two subjects which one is subject of high experience (S.A.E.) and the other subject of low experience (S.B.E.) when making the observation of the graphs in the skillspector, significant differences were detected with respect to the angles

    This report compiles the evidences and conclusions of an analys done to the 2019's archaeology data model from the Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia, an colombian governamental institution wich Is responsable of the archaeological heritage protection. Through the use of shapefile and geodatabase formats its components we're tested, as well as we analyzed it's methodological and theorical implications for the archaeology. Among the conclusions, we highligth favorable and nota favorable aspects and some methodological elements in the data registration that should be implemented.

    Análisis de la prefactibilidad en la creación de una inmobiliaria para la empresa Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A

    La investigación se realizó en la empresa, Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, una empresa dedicada al diseño, construcción, remodelación e interventoria, durante 24 años consecutivos. A lo largo de estos años de trabajo la empresa, ha recopilado un importante record de obras, además se ha caracterizado por tener una amplia gama de servicios y se propone ser una empresa integral desarrollando los dos grandes campos de acción dentro de la propiedad raíz, que son: la construcción y la comercialización de inmuebles, adicional a esto, la empresa busca producir unos ingresos adicionales a los generados por los departamentos de diseño y construcción. Es por esto que se realizó una investigación para analizar la prefactibilidad de la creación de una inmobiliaria dentro de la empresa de arquitectura y construcción Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, con el ánimo de generar más ingresos a esta compañía. En búsqueda de desarrollar la idea principal del presente trabajo, se analizó el comportamiento del mercado inmobiliario, datos de otras inmobiliarias y empresas de construcción que tienen dentro de sus características la venta de inmuebles, y la evolución de la empresa Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, ante los cambios.

    El dibujo como herramienta de investigación cultural: las casas y sus habitantes - Barrio Juan XXIII

    This work deals with drawing as a tool for social research, as an aesthetic experience that allows the recognition of the houses of the Barrio Juan XXIII of the commune 13, in order to carry out a cultural analysis from the drawing of the neighborhood, which entails to address three key issues; Urban landscape from a cultural aspect, social issues and drawing as an investigative tool. From these 3 themes, pedagogical strategies are proposed from the arts (drawing), to address an analysis of inhabited and inhabited spaces, in order to generate a reflection of aesthetic character with respect to everyday actions that affect the territory. The final reflection allows us to understand the different ways of experiencing our spaces and its construction and of the people who inhabit it, analyze our daily life and how they affect or benefit our habits in the inhabited place. This is approached from the drawing as a research tool. The pedagogical process that can be derived from this experience resembles the methodology used in the process of elaboration of the artistic product of this work, this exercise of recognition of the inhabited place helps to understand the drawing as a tool for understanding, reflection, awareness, analysis and action, through the observation of each aesthetic component of the space drawn

    Diferencias cognitivas entre los pacientes con migraña episódica de alta frecuencia y migraña crónica con y sin sobreuso de analgésicos

    Introduction. Migraine is a neurovascular alteration, the causes of which are unknown, with several theories trying to explain it without reaching any of it to a consensus, the ignorance of its origin does not allow a solution to be discovered. Some experts have argued that one of the biggest risk factors, but not the only one, for a chronic stage of migraine to be generated is the excess in drug use. Objective. Identify if there are cognitive differences in patients with high-frequency episodic migraine and chronic migraine with and without overuse of painkillers from the Headache Unit of the Colombian Neurological Institute. Subjects and methods. An observational, analytical, transverse, retrospenctive study is carried out, in which it seeks to describe and compare the clinical, sociodemographic and cognitive profile of 60 people, diagnosed with chronic migraine and high-frequency episodic migraine between 18 and 59 years of age, belonging to the headache unit of the Colombian Neurological Institute (INDEC) of the city of Medellin Antioch and who met the inclusion criteria for the study. Results. A total of 60 patients were included divided into two groups 18 patients with high-frequency episodic migraine and 42 patients with chronic migraine. When performing comparative analysis between groups, sociodegraphic characteristics show a significant difference between groups in disease evolution time as shown in Table 1. (M.E. 6 (9) M.C. 20 (19) Ub 112.5 P. 0,000), significant differences were also found in the group of patients with high-frequency episodic migraine with and without painkiller overuse (C.S. 5.50(3) S.S 9.00(-) U to 6 P. 0.01). Conclusions. There is a greater cognitive complaint in the female gender than in the male gender, and the complaint is also greater in people with episodic migraine, on the contrary, in men, the cognitive complaint in those diagnosed with chronic migraine is greater

    This text describes the procedures and results to analyze, based on market research, the viability of the Tronex RC line internationalizing its products on Amazon offering the TBPM business unit a market opening. the different prices offered by the current market of lithium polymer batteries, the best selling products that have characteristics, opinions of people who have tried or are already selling their products on the platform, the ways to sell the products according to Amazon and how profitable is to have the products on the platform according to the margins that Tronex company handles, to achieve this application project a documentary type study was made, this is based on collecting information through reading bibliographic materials, newspaper archives, interviews with Tronex employees , statistics; where internal and external information was collected, it concludes a value that will be momentarily taken to a state of analysis, due to the fact that the area is not able to perform the introduction of Tronex RC batteries in Amazon, since a study of Certifications of the products and the value is not bearable at the moment for the business unit of TBPM. The prices handled by the competition in the Amazon platform are lower than the retail prices of the Tronex RC line, which is why it is advisable to conduct a price analysis. The characteristics of the current market were described through a Pestel Analysis; taking into account the importance of internationalizing an area such as TBPM (Tronex Battery Pack Manufacturing) by making visible the company Tronex SAS in Amazon in turn implementing digital marketing strategies and uploading the Tronex RC battery line to TiendaTronex to see how it is the behavior of these batteries in a national platform as a first instance.

    La felicidad en el trabajo: Investigación en una empresa de Medellín

    In the present study, it is evident that the collaborators of the Liberator Medellin are happy at work. Through the results given by the application of a questionnaire shows what are the psychosocial factors associated with happiness, then develops a theoretical description of each factor found and demonstrate the relationship that exists between happiness at work and optimism. The research is mixed, quantitative method where statistical and qualitative analysis will be carrying out an analysis of content and the triangulation of information according to the theory. The main results of the quantitative analysis were: the 100 % of the people surveyed are happy at work, 92% of the people feel valued at work, 48.6% of the people the work means welfare, 94% considered that it has improved their quality of life by working in the Libertador S.A., 84% think that their happiness impacts the results of strategic indicators and the 100% of the collaborators are considered optimistic, strong and persistent in their work. 31 people feel happy and optimistic. In the analysis of content made to the open question was able to give an answer to the question of research, what are the psychosocial factors associated with happiness at work?, 7 were found registration units which 3 of them respond to positive emotional states, based on the theory of Seligman 1998.     At present, companies must take into account a factor of vital importance to ensure the proper management of their suppliers, which is the procedure of selection and evaluation of the provider. Through this important factor, companies can choose the supplier that best fits their strategic policies, and, therefore, have control over customer satisfaction, reputation and the quality of their product. The objective of this project is to formulate strategies to support and strengthen the supplier selection and evaluation process, which increases the efficiency of the supply area in companies and, consequently, contributes to reinforce the integrated management of all the links in the supply chain. The process of selection and evaluation of suppliers in companies requires the use of tools that provide support and facilitate the process of multicriteria decision making, allowing to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness of this process. Therefore, in the present project, the use of the hierarchical analysis process, AHP, was considered, which is a mathematical model that considers a series of criteria on which to base the decision-making that is desired to be carried out, in order to choose one among several alternatives. It is important to highlight that the decision criteria used in the present project were selected under a previous literary review, they made a document that implements the AHP tool for the management of suppliers in companies

    He investigation consisted of a cross-sectional analysis in which it was intended to examine the levels of physical activity of the population who entered the first semester of the different programs offered by the University of San Buenaventura sectional Medellin by means of the questionnaire short IPAQ validated version for Colombia. The tests were carried out in the spaces arranged by the university in the week of induction of the year 2019-1. The participants, all of them of age, were informed of the objective of the investigation, had a brief description of how the questionnaire was filled by the investigators and signed an informed consent authorizing the management of the Information.     Cuando se establece relación con el mundo a través de la ciencia, se potencializa el pensamiento científico, el cual permite comprender el entorno, desarrollar la capacidad crítica, reflexiva y analítica a través de la socialización y experimentación del medio. La educación indiferentemente del contexto necesita del reconocimiento y la aceptación de los estudiantes tal y como son y no como quisiéramos que fueran, porque conociendo y aceptando sus habilidades y realidades, aptitudes e intereses partiremos hacia el potenciamiento y desarrollo de competencias, reconociendo y destacando cada uno de sus logros , porque los niños y niñas necesitan de estímulos y motivación para evolucionar y elevar la curiosidad que los acompaña siempre y les permite enriquecer su modelo de vida. “Todos los niños y niñas tienen sus propios conceptos sobre las cosas, pero en la medida que el maestro, la maestra y la familia le permitan interactuar con él, se verán los resultados esperados para su ciclo vital”.

    Este trabajo tiene como objeto mostrar la intervención que se realizó a la Droguería JJ vital por medio del asesoramiento. La práctica empresarial que se desarrolló con la Fundación Coomeva se centró en ayudar mediante asesoría profesional a pequeños empresarios que decidieron tomar la iniciativa de montar su propio negocio. Durante las visitas se explicó al empresario el desarrollo de las fases en donde por ciclos se manifestó detalladamente los pasos que se llevaron a cabo para ejecutar el proyecto. Esto incluye la aplicación de algunas pruebas diagnóstico y un estudio de costos, en donde permitieron encontrar, evaluar y analizar el área que realmente se encontraba afectada dentro de la Droguería JJ vital y así mismo conocer si estaba en un su punto de equilibrio. Una vez obtenida la información de las pruebas, se exponen los resultados en donde se determinó con el empresario aportar un mayor conocimiento en el área contable y financiera, a fin de generar valor agregado de tal forma que se vean resultados esperados y un giro positivo al proyecto planeado. Una vez ejecutado todo el proceso se aplicó el plan de acción y mejoramiento, en donde por etapas se realizó seguimiento y control a cada una de las actividades y estrategias previamente planeadas, notando de esta forma el haber reflejado resultados favorables

    El objetivo del presente trabajo es el diseño de un procedimiento para la medición y control en los procesos de desencalado, purga, pique, curtido y basificacióndel cuero en la planta Curtipieles Ltda. El enfoque de investigación es cuantitativo de tipo transversal descriptivo. La metodología utilizada se fundamentó en la realización de un diagnóstico del actual procedimiento de medición y control de los procesos de desencalado, purga, pique, curtido y basificacióndel cuero a través de una lista de chequeo adaptada de diferentes autores. Acorde con la revisión bibliográfica, se elaboró el diseño de un procedimiento para la medición y control en los aspectos anteriormente mencionados, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad vigente para la medición y el control de procesos. Posteriormente, se diseñó el instructivo correspondiente para la inspección, medición, control y análisis y se estableció un plan de acción para su implementación.

    Practices teaching, they are conducted in the Faculty of education of the University of San Buenaventura and the coherence of the rules of practice with interventions in the classroom. This situation developed a research biographical - narrative in education, which focuses not on a propositional perspective, but it is configured from a viewpoint of analysis and interpretation, so were the experiences and conversations hermeneutic of teachers what developed in the Research Center. The article sought to investigate and analyze the different regimes of truth underlying in the pedagogical practices and speeches of teachers in training, taking away and without judgment, to find a more coherent truth regime. The truth is that for Foucault is talking about Frank and compelling.
