    Autoevaluaciones institucionales de Buenaventura, entre la realidad y la incertidumbre

    The main objective of this work is to conduct a comparative analysis of institutional self-assessments in the official educational establishments of the district of Buenaventura, carried out in the years 2014 and 2015, to determine their contribution to the evaluation process and to the improvement of the educational quality region of. The existence and development of this activity was based on the quantitative methodology and the use of technology, for the processing and systematization of the data, as the basis and starting point of the inquiry exercise. An analysis of the status of self-assessments at the local level was carried out, comparing total results, averages and percentages, based on the different approaches of the IEP, its processes and their respective components. In this way deductions are inferred that provide realities of the school management and allow to show in which situation the different educational institutions are. It is then sought to reflect on how the self-evaluations, are carried out within institutions; And the relevance of these, both in bad and good educational results; In addition, how much the high director of educational services leads this type of processes, how they respond to each component evaluated, what appropriation they make of them and how the continuous improvement is perceived.

    This document is a Community Science and Technology Center in the city of Armenia in the department of Quindío. The present work proposes the design of an architectural project of a community-educational and technological nature, of municipal administration and whose emphasis is to provide complementary equipment lacking the current educational infrastructure. The project aims to create spaces for the social construction of public space, citizenship, sustainability through an urban facility for the development of the links that people establish with the spaces of daily life in the community, main concepts that address processes that account for the interaction of people with the surroundings and their main effects, maximizing the use of available land, providing security to the area, including a concrete form of participation, a new perspective on reading and appropriation of the territory by part of its inhabitants from a community perspective that highlights the social, cultural and environmental component

    El trabajo es, a grandes rasgos, un balance y valoración de la experiencia de un programa de cultura ciudadana implementado por la Alcaldía Mayor de Cartagena de Indias en los años 2008 a 2011. Muestra la manera como se dio la apropiación de unos valores ciudadanos impulsados por unos agentes sociales en situación de vulnerabilidad y cómo surgen otros en medio de la transformación, reconocimiento y visibilización de esos agentes sociales, reconocidos por la ciudadanía como “Vales del Almirante Padilla”.

    Academic plagiarism: legal illegality, is a text where are collected varied points of view of authors who have managed to make recognizable this practice, today very widespread in institutions and educational sectors, in which, if their use remains, deslegitimaría mission, vision, policy and philosophy of the, in this case higher education establishments. It can be said that this form of fraud, dishonesty or illicit academic university life permeates and transcends it, however organizations, institutions and the State seek to put a stop to such abnormal behaviors and as response to these violations set forth penalties for which doctrine and jurisprudence have contributed. Another relevant aspect is plagiarism in relation to copyright, which is provided for in the Constitution, the legislation, as well as looks political, economic and cultural ethics. Also put in evidence the fragility of academic and curriculum of universities to these anomalies, which take measures social, cultural, promoting the clean work and a great boost to the field of ethics and politics to get to working life and the professional field to morally valid individuals for this society.

    El uso y la apropiación del espacio: referente para el diseño de futuros espacios públicos en la ciudad de Medellín

    This investigation makes reference to relationships and behaviours of the human: an activator of the dinamics of the citizenship, respect of the phisical characteristics of the public space and in consecuence of the sociocultural fabric, civic and architectural of itself. They were approached three thematics: transient, public space and their physical elements, considering those ones a set of topics of great relevance for a completely and adapted scattering, interaction for a collected an individual delight of the human being in the space. Later of the exploration of the subject matters to exhibiting established five cases of studies in Medellín: Parque Boston, Parque del periodista, Boulevard Carlos E. Restrepo, Parque lineal de la Presidenta and Parque lineal Ciudad, emphasizing in each of these the particular characteristics that makes those places a high level of appropiation in the present. This in order to establish a relation on the apropiation of these public agents of socialization, owing to is important understand that the conditioning of the public spaces and the phisical characteristics that compose it must be planned and executed been conscious of the dinamics and functionalities of the individual and/or collective in the space. It is for the previous thing that one proposes a work metodology that allows a direct approximation with the phisical and social space of all these places, with the intention of use the conclutions of these inestigation, to establish a parallel that allows demonstrate the way that they relate, raising some limits to an aproppiate design of the public spaces that were mentioned before and that will be worked in the investigation.
