    Análisis de mercado para una empresa de comercialización textil para una tienda multimarca

    The present work talks about the study made to the final consumer and to the micro companies located in one of the distribution channels of the textile sector which is, the multi-brand stores. Taking qualitative research as the main tool of this study, an observation exercise is carried out to determine in a real scenario, how consumers react to the natural movement of this type of company, the daily and weekly flow of people in three of the most representative companies belonging to this guild in the city of Cali. Without leaving aside the qualitative research, by means of the sample size formula of the finite population, there is the exact amount of micro-enterprises and final consumer to interview. Based on the responses and behavior of the interviewees, important data are found such as the frustrations of the brands when using this distribution channel, the perception that the final consumer has towards this type of companies, which is what really means a brand for multi-brand stores, among others.

    Coexistence means living with others within a framework of social relations and the use of codes and subjective assessment in a particular social context. School settings have changed. Harassment and intimidation that students face today are different from those School population lived five or ten years ago. Therefore, it is strictly necessary to identify the factors that affect school life so that appropriate training and prevention plans can be designed. It is very common nowadays to hear and talk about peer harassment or bullying. This second term comes from the English word which means “thug”. The term means abuse of power by a student against another who becomes a victim. The attacker is also supported by a group. The whole situation includes violent behaviors such as teasing, threats, intimidation, physical assaults, insults, isolation, among others. Peer harassment, is characterized by repetitive, ie, it is maintained over time (Montañés et al., 2009). Violence is considered behavior that affects a human being in its essence both physically and mentally. Violent acts affect the integrity, rights, freedom and morality of the individual. Episodes of violence occur in specific areas and educational contexts are one of them. This research project is a part of the line of educational management Esined research group, which aims to analyze the factors that may affect student behavior in school life. The population analysis was conducted using data collection instruments, interviews, observation, role play and appreciations and details of the participants.

    This project's main objective is the description antisocial behavior of adolescents of Renewal and Hope Foundation of the City of Cartagena, located in the neighborhood Torices. Therefore it is interesting to describe the Antisocial Behaviour which can reach running adolescents aged between eighteen and twenty years of age. This research is structured based on the guidelines of the Quantitative Research also is governed by the non-experimental design under the mainstream, promising to meet the overall objective prevails therein. Three instruments (Salamanca Questionnaire Personality Disorders (Violence Risk Scale Plutchik, and impulse control scale Ramón y Cajal), for the description of Antisocial Behaviour in young people (male and female) were used belonging to the foundation. the sample consists of twenty five young Renewal and Hope Foundation.

    This project was conducted in the city of Cali in order to design a tool that contributes to the prevention of harassment and sexual predation on Facebook , Proposing an option for early detection of such risks . This project contains a key research for the characterization of users on Facebook , and a complete description of predators users, their behavior and characteristic patterns in the modus operandi , also has the description of the design of the proposed tool , performing a prototype and evaluation of the results .

    In the definitions of the career plan and in some researches, motivation, development and professional projection are common elements from the point of view of the employee. Just like companies consider so important to develop skills and abilities in the employee to improve work, promote and train the key people in the organization. The permanence of worker in the company, the consolidation of values and competitiveness are considered too as some outstanding issues. The both views requiring the involvement and commitment of the organization, this can be assumed as a win-win where the process becomes bidirectional benefit. The aim of this design is to demonstrate and identify development of a career plan based on the superior executive functions in the behavior of the operational profile, through an instrumental study. The sources of information that support this academic proposal are electronic and documentary. This design shows the career plans in the operative positions and each one of the higher executive functions that are needed to generate mobility or dynamism in the decision making regarding the succession or transfer of personnel

    Evaluación de competencias directivas y de liderazgo en la Empresa Social del Estado San Antonio de Padua de La Plata - Huila

    In this estudy an evaluation of managerial and leadership competences in the San Antonio State Social enterprise of the Plata-Huila is developed from of the transversal competences wich are corresponding to the leaders of the organization according to its manual of functions. This study fas carried out to identify the breach between the behavioural competences laid down in this manual and the institucional reality to complete with the proposal of an improvement plan for leaders. At total with nine participants of the managerial level the study was carried out using primary and secundary sources int the process. Competences were evaluated as a responsability towards at the making administrative decisions, iniatiative and innovation, estrategic value and the effect of the leadership responsability. For each participanting is present the test result and the strengths and weaknesses analysis. At the end the recomendations for improve the organization are made.

    This research seeks to broaden the understanding regarding the working dynamics that have to do with the leadership styles and the motivation at work, in order to identify whether there is a relationship between them. The study addresses these categories from the employee perception, with the aim of achieving a better understanding from the worker´s perspective, who is truly the one that interprets the working reality and gives it meaning. Consequently the research was performed using a qualitative reasearch approach supported by the focus group technique for data collection. It was possible to identify in the study, the existence of relations between the perception that employees have of their bosses leadership styles and their motivation at work, finding that there are behaviours that enable and favour the working motivation or that are detrimental to it, according to the perceived leadership styles.     Manifestaciones de agresividad en niños de cuarto de primaria de un colegio de la ciudad de Armenia

    It is undeniable recognize that the presence of manifestations of aggression in schools are advancing every day and it is likely to get worse. Speaking of aggressiveness is talking about doing both physical and emotional harm; it is to be aware that a pain is being caused to someone, that is to say, pre-meditated actions, where there is the presence of scratching, kicking, hitting, pushing, etc. It's worrying now, how these behaviors are so common, especially within educational institutions, the big questions we ask ourselves after seeing this type of situation are: which are the affective bonds these children have? Where does such aggression come from? This is why the idea to carry out this study begins, which aims to analyze the prevalence of aggressive manifestations in the educational institutions in Armenia, from the students point of view. To conduct the pilot test, a sample of thirty (30) children attending fourth grade, Gustavo Matamoros School is chosen. The design of the research is descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional. First of all, it is made a revision of the prior art and after that, the respective field work can be performed.
