    Accounting tools play an important role in the realization and strengthening of business ideas in future endeavors. In this sense this essay's main objective is to identify the importance of accounting in business ideas. the benefits of using the most important accounting tools in training related company, the current problems with entrepreneurs in seeking to formalize company arises. On the other hand the difficulty that the university of St. Bonaventure in providing appropriate work practices for your professional future is exposed. It is therefore concluded that the University of San Buenaventura must create an accounting and legal laboratory that develop practices to their students and solve social problems currently facing entrepreneurs of our country.

    This research focuses on the design of a strategic plan for the company Minvalley Entertainment, which is focused on organizing electronic music events, is a pioneer in this type of event and takes four years on the market, is located in the city Roldanillo, Northern Valle del Cauca.Using different theories proposed by professionals a series of methodologies and administrative tools to obtain quantifiable, measurable results for the subsequent execution of the plan will involve direction.The design is proposed to establish an environmental analysis to determine the market and its competitiveness in which the company is located and an internal analysis of all the variables that affect or have an impact on the processes and operations of the company, These analyzes are performed in order to implement the main strategies and plans within the organization by developing the mission, vision, values, strategic objectives, tactics and activities, which define their rationale, philosophy and organizational culture and be located economic activity in the sector during a certain time.From the wording of the previous organizational structure, strategic objectives, strategies and plans of action to be defined and implemented to achieve the goals efficiently using the balance scorecard.

    Different factors over time and the rapid apogee of digitization have caused social networks to become a massive means of disseminating information and interaction, considering that, in recent periods these platforms have become scenarios not only of personal accounts but also of business users, thus allowing the appearance in digital media of companies and entrepreneurs, in addition to allowing the heyday of entrepreneurships and virtual commerce. This project aims to demonstrate how social networks become tools for companies and entrepreneurs when it comes to internationalizing their products and markets and the advantages they bring. Based on the above, it is intended by means of a bibliographic review technique, to concisely capture the concept of social networks and the internationalization process of companies and the consequences that the interaction of both actors entails, this technique allows a detailed review of these concepts and identification of various related examples of the competitive advantages that arise with the use of social networks.

The type of study is descriptive that served to measure the state of innovation in the service companies in the city of Cali, through a survey segmented by type of business, product and number of employees.     The present work of degree is the development of a business model where the basic and fundamental processes for undertaking the same are evidenced under primary and secondary investigations which provide key information for the project. Initially the business model defines key concepts of the project both in preamble and in justification of the design problem, showing references of existing brands. Then the objectives of the project are defined and based on this, methods of market research are developed to achieve closeness with potential consumers. Finally, some results are recorded by the questionnaire method used to collect qualitative and quantitative information, and then develop the value proposition.

    Oportunidades, sostenibilidad y riesgos de los negocios informales de la comuna 10 de Cali

    Esta investigación se desarrolló con el propósito de analizar los negocios informales que se llevan a cabo en la comuna 10 de la ciudad de Cali y cumplen con la condición de tener baja inversión inicial, ser autosostenibles en un futuro y estar en capacidad de trascender responsablemente hacia la formalidad. La metodología se fundamentó en juicio de expertos y en el diseño y aplicación de una encuesta, teniendo en cuenta el último censo del Sector Industrial, Comercial y de Servicios realizado por el Dane y Cámara de Comercio de Cali en el año 2005. Se encontró que el 40 % de los microempresarios encuestados realizan actividades en la División 15 Elaboración de Productos Alimenticios y Bebidas como elaboración de productos de panadería, lácteos, molinería. Entre tanto, el 17 % en la División 19 Curtido y Preparado de Cueros, como fabricación de calzado y el 10 % en la División 20 Transformación de la Madera, como fabricación de muebles para el hogar. Se concluye que el instrumento diseñado permitió identificar cuáles de los microempresarios cumplen con la condición de bajo costo y autosostenibilidad para trascender a la formalidad.
