    El emprendimiento en la transformación digital en Colombia

    The digital transformation is trending nowadays in colombian companies, yet they still lack of the knowledge, capacities and required resources to face this fourth revolution. The current managing generation of colombian companies is passing through a transition process from the baby boomers and millennials with very different mind sets. This is the reason why the digital transformation is not going the way it should be inside the companies and it definitely goes much further than a simple digital product (website, mobile app, software) as a tech habilitator so that it can create value for users. The purpose of the present work is to analyze if Colombian companies are prepared to adopt the necessary changes to be able to make a digital transformation, offering efficient channels that optimize the operation and make it more accessible for their customers. The idea is to highlight which should be the knowledge, capacities and resources that they must gain to achieve this project

    Digital marketing has become an important management tool to project business and generate value to reach different markets and understand the needs of society, that is why the objective of this article is to verify which has been the investigative production in topics of digital marketing and how this tool marketing contributes to the management of organizations, to achieve this is a review of literature on some databases such as Biblio Technia, Digitalia, ebooks, EBSCO, Scopus, and Google academics, it is concluded that the concept of digital marketing is the correct use of digital media to develop commercial communications much more direct, interactive and personal that capture the attention of the customer who It wants to achieve, as well as there are some companies like Airbnb, Rappi, Uber, Amazon among others, that have applied digital marketing actions and have increased their revenues with amazing figures, possession their brand and are valued in the market in billions of dollars
