    This article seeks to demonstrate that the dry car wash service is an alternative to reduce the environmental impact and we save water through measures aimed at saving because they are exposed to lack of this natural resource in the future. In the city of Cartagena has always been characterized by high levels of pollution , is the case of car washes , as when washing their cars while consuming large amounts of water , create a polluted effluent , which does not receive treatment wear suitable generating the environment of the city. It should be noted that by using amounts of water are affected workers with colds and flus, as in Cartagena autolavado works late into the night. Furthermore, this article is based on the ISO 14000 and ISO 14001, to propose the automated teller dry as a viable option for the protection of the environment.

    El capital social en universitarios de Cartagena: confianza, acción colectiva, empoderamiento y acción política

    El estudio indagó las características del capital social en universitarios (N=353), con base en la confianza, la acción colectiva, el empoderamiento y la acción política, mediante el cuestionario integrado para la medición del capital social (Inquesoc) del Banco Mundial. El comportamiento predominante es no confiar en la mayoría de las personas, entre las que se cuentan funcionarios del gobierno local y nacional y quienes conforman las relaciones en el barrio, y sí en profesores y profesionales de la salud. La solidaridad se refleja en la construcción de relaciones de intercambio recíprocas, mientras las relaciones colectivas son débiles para el trabajo conjunto y muestran desinterés en un bien colectivo que les haga movilizar. Se evidenció una disminución para reconocerse como sujeto activo y de cambio, y poco compromiso en aspectos de la vida política. Estos hallazgos son una contribución significativa en cuanto indicadores de baja asociatividad, conciencia política y empoderamiento colectivo, lo que hace que se vea disminuido el capital social.

The project’s approach arises from the variables studied at the site, based on the city’s POT as the main axis of the legal framework.     Plan especial de manejo y protección (Pemp) como herramienta de sostenibilidad turística en Cartagena de Indias D. T. Y C.

    El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en analizar el papel del, Plan Especial de Manejo y Protección, en adelante (PEMP) en la Sostenibilidad Turística de los Bienes de Interés Cultural en adelante (BIC) de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias. El trabajo a realizar es de carácter analítico, crítico, descriptivo y cualitativo porque estudia los principales factores que intervienen en la manifestación del fenómeno objeto de estudio, a su vez busca desarrollar una imagen o fiel representación (descripción) del PEMP y encontrar su mejor fundamentación para las nuevas o futuras actualizaciones y tengan en cuenta una mejor determinación de estos elementos patrimoniales, donde se tiene que pensar en visión de futuro con un buen equilibrio entre conservación y desarrollo, articularlo con el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, en adelante (POT) para garantizar una visión largo plazo, teniendo en cuenta que sea un plan armado colectivamente con la comunidad, gremios empresariales, universidades y el distrito, logrando un buen trabajo para la ciudad de Cartagena, como punto de sostenibilidad y desarrollo ya que estos grupos de interés se preocupan por la conservación del patrimonio cultural, social y distrital. Dentro de las conclusiones se indaga que se debe implementar una mayor información de parte de las entidades gubernamentales con el fin de publicitar e instruir entre los ciudadanos el uso del PEMP, y con esto atenuar el turismo voraz, para posteriormente transitar a un turismo sostenible capaz de proteger el uso de bienes de interés cultural.
