    The volatile reality which the current human being is immersed in, blurs apart the apparent dichotomy that may be thought between human development and productivity, man increasingly requires to reach an integrality that makes him more competitive to face the market demands and, the organization, in turn, also needs to guarantee a response to the demands of the increasingly changing world; it´s then when training becomes necessary and arises as a strategic response. The training must respond to a context demand and requires to be thought as a formal process. This article focuses on thinking the initial phase of the training process, namely: the diagnosis, which will give all the tools to proceed to structure a training plan that fills the real needs of the organization

    La siguiente monografía es el resultado de observar, durante nuestro proceso de formación, la rapidez con la que se produce nuevo conocimiento en las empresas, y también prestar atención como este conocimiento trasciende los muros de las organizaciones y se aplica en otros escenarios de la vida de las personas. Las organizaciones para permanecer en el tiempo deben enfrentar y generar grandes cambios que les permitan responder proactivamente a las nuevas exigencias del mercado, y las personas deben estar permanentemente incorporando nuevas habilidades y saberes, para relacionarse de una mejor manera consigo mismo y su entorno. Es reconocido que las organizaciones, públicas o privadas, son realmente estructuras humanas, y una de las estrategias utilizadas en la actualidad para que las personas puedan abordar estos cambios es el Coaching, el cual ha expandido su marco de aplicación a diferentes escenarios de la vida de las personas, como son: relaciones de pareja, proyectos de vida, ambientes organizacionales, etc.

Also, the fact of be in front of an contemporary CF empowered with social media and social networking through internet, makes the relevance of universities pass from being traditional players moving forward to become more important with the possibility of complete their own circle in the role of support platform of their entrepreneurships and become more influential than ever thanks to the holistic empowerment of their own processes. Through the integration of processes related to entrepreneurship (ideation, development, promotion, acceleration and support), and the strategic use of social media and social networks, universities are faced to a support scenario to its projects from their stakeholders scaled with the more interest, visibility, risk reduction and a consequent increase in the indicators of sustainable as productive units in time.
