- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAproximación a la educación para la paz en la enseñanza universitaria: algunas actividades prácticas(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2014-01) Martínez Lirola, MaríaEste artículo presenta una propuesta pedagógica basada en la educación para la paz en una clase de lengua inglesa en la educación universitaria, en concreto en el Grado en Estudios Ingleses. Se presentan algunas actividades cooperativas (análisis de textos escritos, escritura de un ensayo y participación en debates cooperativos) y se relacionan con algunos de los principios de la educación para la paz. Además, se señalará la pertinencia de las actividades propuestas para trabajar distintos tipos de competencias que sean de utilidad para el alumnado en el mercado laboral como el respeto a la diversidad, la cooperación y la resolución pacífica de los conflictos. Se incluyen los resultados de una encuesta con el fin de conocer la opinión del alumnado sobre la educación para la paz y las competencias y destrezas que ha desarrollado. Una de las principales conclusiones es que las actividades propuestas contribuyen a potenciar las relaciones interpersonales pacíficas entre el alumnado. Además, las actividades presentadas establecen relaciones entre lo que se enseña en el aula y la vida real.

This, in order to understand that the economic context has had a significant impact on the direction of the organization. From this socioeconomic point of view, the second chapter shows that the productivity and profitability of the organization depends on the way in which the senior director impacts on the staff of his organization, which is why it is necessary to differentiate the skills that characterize the work of the senior director (Leader) the managing executive (manager) in order to motivate the reflection of why the having to be of the mastery will be related in senior management and not in upper management. Finally, to present in the third chapter how the Senior Director uses his skills and competences to lead the organization from a humanizing treatment that inspires the organization to be profitable and sustainable.

It is about a qualitative focus investigation, where is investigated the conceptual fundamentation of the learnings evaluations the part of theachers and their assimilation to pedagogy integrated model based on Institution competences. At the same time, the general legislation recognition is investigated and the particular normativity about this learnings evaluative process, the daily evaluative strategies in the classroom are identified and the succesful practices in relation with the learning-teaching process. Based on the recolected information, trhough the observation guides and the teachers and students intervews about concepts and real classroom practices, the triangulation analysis with the documentary review, there are recommendations and management intervention proposals integrating the four PEI gestion areas.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEducación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano: una lectura desde la formación (Bildung)(2017) Muñoz Moncada, Nory Erlay; Gómez Montoya, Víctor DanielWorking and Human Development Education (WHDE), has achieved to be under the idea of “training for competences” representing an institutionalized answer to social needs; and the vision about a society routed to the progress and the technological advance. However, since the classic concept “Bildung” (training), which is also complex for the semantic diversity that means for the pedagogical thinking, and for the challenges that it proposes to the education. In contrast, the “WHDE” is based on instrumental and instructive dynamics oriented to a procedure or task that allow to the individual his/her social integration through the work. The current socio-politics and pedagogical-educational realities build the necessity to actualize this dialogue between WHDE and Bildung concept. For this reason, it is important to re-mean the “Competences” concept, through the contributions on the Development on a Human scale of Max –Neef, in order to comprehend this educational practice as a process in which own abilities and dispositions will be developed, with the intention of promoting social, cultural, and familiar possibilities, from the reflection of his/her function as builder of society, and the reasoned critic towards the exercise of his/her “do activity”; allowing to read the term education as a possibility of training.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEvaluación de competencias directivas y de liderazgo en la Empresa Social del Estado San Antonio de Padua de La Plata - Huila(2017) Muñoz Muñoz, Weymar Fernando; Gómez Suárez, OrlyIn this estudy an evaluation of managerial and leadership competences in the San Antonio State Social enterprise of the Plata-Huila is developed from of the transversal competences wich are corresponding to the leaders of the organization according to its manual of functions. This study fas carried out to identify the breach between the behavioural competences laid down in this manual and the institucional reality to complete with the proposal of an improvement plan for leaders. At total with nine participants of the managerial level the study was carried out using primary and secundary sources int the process. Competences were evaluated as a responsability towards at the making administrative decisions, iniatiative and innovation, estrategic value and the effect of the leadership responsability. For each participanting is present the test result and the strengths and weaknesses analysis. At the end the recomendations for improve the organization are made.

Facilita la planificación micro y macroeconómica, promueve la creación y colocación eficiente de capitales y hace posible el correcto funcionamiento de las instituciones y unidades económicas. El contador juega un papel importante en la toma de decisiones de los entes económicos y cuenta con amplia confianza social y normativa. En Colombia, según la Ley 43 de 1990, el contador público da fe pública, cuestión que simboliza la confianza total de su palabra sobre su trabajo. El mundo empresarial está experimentando cambios drásticos en la forma de hacer negocios, motivo por el cual el profesional contable debe tener formación integral global. Colombia se encuentra actualmente en convergencia con las normas internacionales de contabilidad, auditoría y aseguramiento (NIC/NIIF; NAI-NIA) y, en este sentido, los procesos educativos son vitales en la implantación de las normas internacionales. A nivel mundial, dichos procesos están planteados por los IES (estándares internacionales de educación), promulgados por la Federación Internacional de Contadores (IFAC) y nacen de la necesidad de formar profesionales competentes, hábiles y experimentados, capaces de actuar de forma ética.

The skills and competencies that the teaching director must have in the management of a school organization, with the purpose of achieving continuous improvement and strengthening the spirituality that leads to the integral formation of the student within the educational establishment, implies a great knowledge of the institution. In the educational organization, the role to be assumed by each actor in the community must be determined, but we are going to refer to one in particular, the Educational Manager. The perception of the different levels: Directors, administrators and teachers of the managerial processes developed by the teaching director, brings us closer to the reality that is closest to the processes carried out (competences and skills). Over time, educational models have been transformed, observing an evolution that day by day, according to the context, the investigative process that is being managed by the Educational Manager to innovate and improve the quality of education, must formulate strategies that strengthen the process of integral formation in the establishment, taking as a foundation the spiritual orientation and of the ethical and moral values.The research carried out in this specialization project, and which is done in a controlled interview way, by the IAP method (research, action and participation), using as an instrument the focal group, to seek to collect experiences perceived by different active actors of the institution, such as: Members of the board of directors, academic council and quality committee; It is necessary to clarify that the aim is not to quantify the sample, but to make an exhaustive analysis of the opinions obtained from the aforementioned population. In the genesis of the research, is observe the conceptual and theoretical part on which the project is based and will be developed. Followed is the reference to the methodology used, to progress gradually, following a methodically designed model that allows knowing the thinking of the focal group; As a third part of this process, the aim is to demonstrate that the Educational Management Specialist must be clear about the skills, responsibilities and competences to be developed, in view of the strengthening of spirituality in the integral training processes. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations and observations made by the working group and the project advisor will be presented.
