Cada empresa es diferente y actúa de manera disímil tanto en lo interno como en lo externo, por lo tanto la cultura también lo es en cada organización y por ende se da una gran variedad de componentes que conforman la organización que son difíciles de determinar, razón por la cual se requiere una investigación profunda para identificarlos .

The records were revised; the fundamental characteristics of the teamwork, the strategies, requisites and benefits that the high performance teamworks offer in any organization and how does it become an advantage difficult to be replicated. It was found that this management tool not only achieves to reveal individual and organizational improvements, because through it the goals are reached and in many occasions, the standard is surpassed. The existence of these teams may help the organizations to become more profitable, to sustain themselves in time and also permits the development of their staff. The former concludes after realizing an exhausting bibliographical research, revising the existent models and mainly the exploration of real cases of organizational success based in high performance teamwoks like Quala, Crepes and Waffles, Ecopetrol, Apple, among others.

South Korea is a bridge to enter the great Asian market with more than two billion people, being very attractive for a country like ours that produces a large amount of agricultural products, manufacturing and textiles, which are the sectors where Colombia They have a competitive advantage over other Latin American countries. A mixed, descriptive methodology was finalized, since the macroeconomic and statistical data of trade relations between South Korea and Colombia and its variables were analyzed. Leaving as conclusion the economic sectors more profitable for SMEs to export their products to a large market such as Asia.
