    La autoridad como eje de la subjetividad desde el psicoanálisis

    La autoridad imbrica un orden social que se establece en el vínculo más íntimo del sujeto, la familia. Por ello, este trabajo profundiza en el orden estructural que la constituye en el plano subjetivo, trazando a la par como lo subjetivo también hace obstáculo para que se funde en el sujeto. La reflexión pasa por la mirada histórica del concepto haciendo un contraste con la contemporaneidad, señalando el tiempo como el aspecto fundamental en el sentido que configura dicho término en la infancia y la adolescencia.

    In this paper we tried, by reviewing a clinical vignette, to identify the manifestations of maternal havoc, and the effects of the havoc and the possible relationship with acting out and passage to the act. In this perspective the Oedipus complex was considered as the core of the relationship between mother and daughter, the characteristics that behaves and where the mother lies havoc in a woman's subjectivity

    Estructuración subjetiva de la perversión

    This text corresponds to an article of theoretical reflection in which it pretends to track down conceptually those elements imbricated in the subjective structuring of the perversion. In the theoretical elaboration of Lacan's first teaching on perversion, it sites the implication of the Oedipus complex and paternal function, thus addressing the psychic mechanism in correspondence, denial; Putting this in relation to the Gide case. Thus, it attempts the clarification of the question "How to understand the relationship of the perverse subject with castration in the light of psychoanalytic theory? It is concluded, then, that perversion introduces us not only in infantile sexual theories, but even more generally in the question of the difference of the sexes that it poses.

    The following article pretends to explore why the relationship between the States –family post-modernity appears to be a problem that should be reflex on. For that, it’s necessary to go over the different disciplinary speeches as social, juridical and especially psychoanalysis speeches; that start with the exploration of Oedipal Theory, discomfort of the culture among others, subjectivity construction and filiation process that are established from the familiar context to the cultural political. According to that, the kids notion is question as a subject of rights, as is established in the childhood and adolescence code. Finally, it´s set how the States is recognizing the must do of the family in the education of their child.

    Función paterna en jóvenes con uso elevado de las redes sociales desde una perspectiva dinámica y psicoanalítica

    This research, search to analyze the influence of the paternal function on young people with high use of social networks. A clinical design will be used through the case study, with the hermeneutical psychoanalytical foundation, of qualitative type, since it is intended to understand and identify, what are the characteristics of the phenomenon that is attempted to study. In this case it will be about those young people with high use of social networks; situation that directly affects its relationship with the external world and its object relations .The reasons are multitudinous and do not occupy the central axis within this research, what takes on a real importance is to know what are the characteristics of the paternal function in these young people. The chosen participants will be five young people, with characteristics of a high use of the social networks, in the first instance they are required to score severe on the screening test. The instruments to be used in this research are semi-structured open interview, the application of two tests of projective type, Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Drawing of the Corman Family Test, and the instrument Internet Addiction Test (IAT), with which it is tried to obtain the necessary information to reach the objectives of this investigation.

    Función paterna en la estructuración de personalidad de mujeres adolescentes con hijos

    The paternal function, which refers to the symbolic father of whom Lacan speaks (quoted in Baptiste, J., 1993) lies mainly in imposing paternal law and regulating desire in the Oedipus complex. This function is of vital importance in the process of structuring psychism and symbolic order. Taking into account the importance of the role of the father, this research will determine the dynamics of this function in the structuring of the personality of adolescent women with children. The national demographic survey shows scandalous figures directly related to the rate of adolescents who have given birth to their first child. This leads to a social problem in which the negative repercussions in the social sphere of these adolescents as it would represent many difficulties both for the new mother and for the son of this This is confirmed by the publication made by the virtual news center of The education on November 22, 2011, With the purpose of amplifying and complementing the studies carried out, we allowed to proach this subject by means of the psychodynamic posture, in order to allow new points of view in relation to the different projects that are carried out at national level and thus to be able to find a possible solution To the problem. In the end the results will be presented, products of the execution of the semi structured interview the human figure of Machover and the thematic apperception test of Murray applied to the adolescents of the foundation Juan Felipe Gómez Escobar and taking into account the relevant data of the clinical histories of both subjects.

    La paradoja de la ley

    This article comes to present a way to reflection going through some clinical bullets about the enforcement of law and also the paradox of itself in a particular man , whom is representing it acting as a cop in the city of Buenaventura; to reach this goal we present two different kind of aproachment to the concept that even being oposite runs together in this scenario, one is the law and jurisprudence and the other is the concept of law in psychoanalysis based on Sigmund Freud postulations. The result of the theorical revisions and my own clinical experience working in the case presented here, shows that even being the same concept, the specificity of psychoanalysis shows the subjectivization among the individual and invite us to the knowledge of his function, going through his own psychic training; the case of this cop called L, whom has being choosen by the questions coming to me on our clinical sesions, allows me to conclude that even when “L” doesnt relate in a healthy way with society uses the investment as law officer to create an agresive hostil bridge with it. Being a cop doesnt build the person carrying the uniform, to represent the law doesnt destroy his strongest pulsions making him an offender. Being a cop doesnt mean he is not a subject

    ¿Qué es ser madre para una mujer? puntuaciones psicoanalíticas de la maternidad

    The present paper arises from the interest on the motherhood subject, including some of his subjective positions. It’s done to answer the following question: What would be to be a mother for a woman? To answer this question is considered the conceptual frame of Freud, Winnicott and Lacan psychoanalytic theory, authors who are going to raise different positions to each other; but that, however, allow to glimpse the motherhood concept in the psychoanalytic theory. To approach this topic it proposes to work the Freudian statements respect to the Oedipus Complex in women, which is essential to present the pre-Oedipal link in mother-daughter relationship, because here is set a way to be women, as well as a way to understand the motherhood. Later, some conceptual reviews are realized concerning Winnicott's theory, for who the maternal care is a nodal topic in the subjective structure, and for who the relation of mother - member of the primary familiar group is determinant in the way of being a mom in the future generations. And, finally, there are studied Lacan's conceptual elaborations in his first education, who takes again the Freudian expositions of the feminine sexuality but who distance of the maternity conception that Winnicott raises. Finally, in the conclusions, a reflection is realized about to what this brief theoretical tour contributes in relation the psychologists of educational institutions that work with vulnerable and disabled children.

    Rasgos clínicos en la práctica de sexting en una universidad privada

    En este estudio se determinaron los rasgos clínicos relacionados en la práctica de sexting, desde una perspectiva dinámica, teniendo en cuenta las características de la personalidad del ser humano y el desarrollo psicosexual en el marco del uso de las redes sociales como medio para realizar esta práctica con un posible trasfondo de búsqueda de la necesidad de aprobación o desaprobación como reacción en el otro. El proyecto estuvo fundamentado en el tipo de investigación hermenéutica que busca interpretar o comprender un fenómeno. Concluyendo se determinaron rasgos clínicos como rasgos narcisistas y rasgos histriónicos, además en los 5 sujetos se observó la búsqueda de aprobación en el otro sin tener un resultado muy significativo.

    The following degree work entitled object-like association of children with cancer who aimed to see how the mother-child relationship and father-child relationship during the treatment of chemotherapies, also how they form structures and psychosexual stages in children suffering cancer in FUNDEVIDA Foundation. the object-like relationships of children with cancer were studied because it is essential to observe how it is given his mother-child, father-child and sibling relationship. The importance of this issue has served as the foundation for the development of certain lines within psychoanalytic theory, it has highlighted a particular relationship that the child sets in the environment he has to live in. These theoretical lines refer to the child and the bond with their mother and intrapsychic structures deriving from the internalization of that bond, called: Theories of object-like relationships. The methodology had a qualitative approach, hermeneutical of Psychoanalytic court, by studying clinical cases. They were used with informed consent signed by parents, medical records, semi-structured open interviews and projective tests.
