    Análisis de alternativa de bajo impacto ambiental para las viviendas del Centro Histórico de Cartagena

    This article presents the results of the research on the energy consumption present in a typology of colonial housing: high house with mezzanine, case study of the Casa del Consulado in the historic center of Cartagena; who seeks to give an answer to the problem of deficit of thermal and light comfort existing in some spaces of these homes, which in the vast majority, in the restoration processes choose to provide solutions through mechanical lighting and ventilation systems and equipment, which any generators have higher energy service costs than natural ventilation systems, generated by the excessive use of these systems. The investigation is of an explanatory and exploratory type, the quality part of the realization of the architectural survey, environmental measurements of temperature and relative humidity in different spaces of the house, the results that are considered as a higher incidence of temperature and humidity in the lateral bays, in which the following research is done. This problem is not only reflected in the colonial and republican homes in the historic center, but also in neighboring neighborhoods, in which an architecture little thought and misguided in relation to environmental and physical determinants is seen, aside from the context in the that these can be developed.

    The United Nations (UN) has policy guidelines for international cooperation in solving social, economic, cultural and humanitarian problems where the foundations were cemented to discuss corporate social responsibility. Its discipline is taking a boom growing day today in Colombia, which is why it becomes necessary to address the issue by putting the practice of companies and through this into account to apply what is Corporate Social Responsibility in Colombia arguments in practice according to the arguments given and /or found in reports development of enterprises taken into account for the development of the current investigation.

    La protección de la biodiversidad en el marco de los procesos de integración regional: análisis en la CAN, la OTCA y la UNASUR

    La diversidad biológica o biodiversidad es considerada un bien de suma importancia en el derecho internacional ambiental, tan es así que su protección jurídica se ha venido garantizando de manera multilateral –como a través del Convenio CDB- e incluso, en los procesos de integración regional como la Comunidad Andina de Naciones y la UNASUR, y en espacios de cooperación como la Organización del Tratado de Cooperación Amazónico, de los que hace parte el Estado colombiano, pues en ellos han dispuesto desde sus tratados fundacionales la preservación del medio ambiente como objetivo y han generado estrategias, programas y en algunos casos, normas puntuales para la protección de la biodiversidad.

    Resignificación de los proyectos de educación ambiental a Partir de las características del paradigma del cuidado de Leonardo Boff

    The care of the environment from school requires constant reflections that provide alternatives for the conservation of the life of man and the other species with which the planet lives. In this sense, the present investigation raises the care from the perspective of Leonardo Boff, as a possibility of strengthening the ties and relationships of people with nature, in school environments. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the elements that structure the care paradigm from the perspective of Boff, followed by the analysis of national regulations regarding educational environmental projects, and finally achieve an environmental pedagogical proposal based on the dimensions of care that the author of reference suggests. From the methodological point of view, the research is placed in the light of the qualitative approach, in a type of hermeneutical research in which it is attempted to address the understandings and interpretations of care in school.
