- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis de conectividad estructural en el corredor kárstico del oriente antioqueño : un análisis exploratorio para el manejo ambiental del territorio(2019) Martínez Castaño, Daniel Augusto; Pérez Garcés, HelenaBiological corridors are those linkages that connect two or more remnants of one original habitats within a studied landscape. For example, they tell us about how forest patches can be connected in a fragmented matrix in order to allow wildlife flow throughout their habitats in an evaluated landscape. Thus, these kind of GIS explorations become relevant in conservation projects or in spatial planning. Also, connectivity can be seen from two non-excluded perspectives: functional connectivity, which focuses on how plants or animals move between natural habitats in a landscape; and structural connectivity, which only calculate how natural habitats can be connected in the evaluated matrix. Here I present a structural connectivity analysis in the karstic corridor of eastern Antioquia, in order to define which sites of this zone are better for conservation purposes, and with the interest to bring GIS tools for the environmental corporation of this zone. It is expected that this kind of studies provide a baseline information for other explanatory or scientific studies in the zone, as well as giving some basic tools for other academic studies in biological corridors
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoContradicciones y conflictos en la implementación de figuras de planificación ambiental del territorio, caso: formulación e implementación del sistema local de áreas protegidas-SILAP del municipio de santa rosa de osos(2020) Ramírez Bedoya, Paulina; Herrera Mejía, Jhonny AlexánderSanta Rosa de Osos, a place for research, is located in the northern subregion of the department of Antioquia. The analysis of contradictions and conflicts are located in the figures of territorial planning and management using the proposals of Milton Santos in his book The Nature of Space (2000) as a theoretical basis, where main elements to be taken into account are mentioned, such as horizontalities and verticalities of a territory, and how these particularities when analyzed together allows to reveal the contradictory elements in the delimitation of the SILAP of this municipality. Maps were drawn up from the cartographic information obtained from the territorial planning figures, SILAP of the Municipality, CORANTIOQUIA, SIAC, l POMCA, PBOT, PCA, PORH, IGAC, SIRAP and POTA, based on the information collected from the aforementioned sources. Some conflicts emerge from the contradictions in the country's conservation processes, however, this does not always happen, sometimes some contradictory events are identified that do not necessarily end up being a conflict. Once the SILAP is formed, some contradictions begin to be generated when carrying out conservation processes due to the way in which the conservation strategies were being implemented in the municipality, and that is precisely why protection areas have been thought of as untouchable areas, unusable and impenetrable, so that the conservation processes do not consider communities in some cases as a factor to integrate and this has generated some displacement to communities in their territories. One of the limitations is that the scale with which strategies are planned and maps are made is a very wide scale with which it is not allowed to visualize the territory in more detailed ways.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoImplementación de un sistema de apoyo a los procesos de conservación de conocimiento en empresas, aplicando estrategias de mejora basadas en principios de gamificación(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2017) Smith Alvarez, Leuner; Jurado Muñoz, José LuisThe project proposes to develop a web application, to resolve the different types of questions, perform daily activities raised by the different personnel of the process that is taking place and thus support problems such as those described in this section. Where the dynamics of the game is to solve the greatest amount of doubts and make the greatest amount of requirements that are nominated by their peers and thus convert the exchange of knowledge as a virtual, which will be the primary element in the development of skills transfer of knowledge through virtual goods, this will lead the processes of conservation of knowledge. The purpose is to motivate the employees the habits of safeguard, publish and use the knowledge, in the development of their common practices within projects that are being carried out within the company. Thus an enrichment of the quality of the projects, while safeguarding the knowledge acquired for the rest of the employees, improvement in the efficiency of the products and a better social environment in the company.
