    Competencias gerenciales para la sostenibilidad en la gestión de residuos de la construcción y demolición RCD

    This work of managerial competencies for sustainability in solid waste management (RCD). Its objective is to describe the methodology for managing materials derived from construction and demolition in this way mitigate the environmental impact of said solid waste in cities. Given the problem of solid waste generated by buildings in their process of construction and demolition in the city of Cartagena, it can be said that it is practically a need to have a real use and manage this waste for the different areas that need it. In this article, the different works that have been carried out and their solution tools to dispose of RCD solid waste from construction derivatives and their contribution to the solution of different environmental problems are evaluated in a documentary way. Having said the study problem for the investigation, the qualitative research approach was used, at the descriptive level and once the study problem was certain, an exploratory documentary-bibliographic investigation was started. As a collection technique, documentary review was used using newspapers and the internet, virtual libraries and using digital databases

    Evaluación técnica de los residuos de la construcción y la demolición de concreto como un potencial cementante

    he residues that are generated in the structures of construction processes of buildings and architectural spaces, or in demolition of the same could be reused in different ways, such as: mortars, concrete or prefabricated elements. This project was developed based in the recidue originated from the casting of structures made out of concrete in developed works in the municipality of Bello, Antioquia; made in a process of dying with different equipments and machines until reaching a pulverized material. The characterization of the recycled cement was made as a potential cementing for the generation of mortars; according to the NSR 10 there have been different samples elaborated with different types mixture designs in order to obtain the optimal sample, which is made with this material and portland cement

    El objetivo del presente documento es analizar y evidenciar el común denominador de las principales causas de los retrasos en la entrega de obras de infraestructura, así mismo, identificar las mejores prácticas para mitigar la ocurrencia de los retrasos, que actualmente se constituyen como la fuente de mayor relevancia e impacto negativo en la gestión y desarrollo de proyectos de construcción y obras civiles en general. De lograr identificar las principales causas por las cuales se generan retrasos en la construcción de obras civiles, se podrá realizar una adecuada gestión de riesgo, en la cual se pueda llegar a planificar presupuestos, personal, recursos, cronogramas, logística y planes de contingencia que deriven en un impacto de eficiencia en la ejecución del proyecto, como lo son: imagen del personal, imagen corporativa, imagen del contratista, constructora e interventoría y en general todos los actores involucrados en llevar a cabo la culminación de la obra.

    Este escrito es un informe final de investigación sobre Retórica y concepciones de salud en las relaciones familiares en la ciudad de Cali, Colombia (año 2007). Más que describir o representar mecanismos, estados o esencias interiores, las maneras como los sujetos nombran las relaciones en la vida cotidiana familiar están vinculadas a particulares usos del lenguaje y a construcciones discursivas histórico-sociales en los cuales los géneros narrativos y las retóricas utilizadas tienen un poder persuasivo, hacedor y productor de realidades, con el cual determinadas voces sociales se naturalizan y legitiman particulares experiencias y saberes prácticos sobre las emociones en los cuales se afianzan concepciones hegemónicas de bienestar. De manera paradójica, junto a estos discursos hegemónicos se camuflan, anudan o solapan maneras culturales sobre el saber vivir, susceptibles de producir lecturas divergentes.

    La sostenibilidad, un camino seguro para la industria de la construcción en Colombia

    This article presents pre-existing information as a result of a review of articles. It is titled: "Sustainability, a safe path for the construction industry in Colombia". The main objective is to know and show the growth of the processes of "clean construction" in Colombia; aiming at sustainability, as the main axis of this vital exercise in the creation of quality infrastructure and buildings; In addition, to know the positive impact that this activity has been generating in the environment, in the construction union and in the improvement of the quality of life of people. The topic of study was sustainable construction and applied projects in Colombia that were carried out using sustainable application techniques during the period 2010-2020. That allows us to conclude how viable it is as a way forward for the construction industry in the country.

    This work makes an approach to the understanding of the construction of sexuality in a subject, how culture, history and biology are involved in the process of choosing sexual orientation, and the importance of the different situations that occur throughout life, which leave exceptional marks in the psychic structure and how these are related in the determinations established by each subject, without leaving behind the importance of the previous and new narratives around the different sexual orientations as a life choice, and the role played by the mental health professional in the different ways of intervening in each person, respecting his or her particularity, although nowadays for the health system these clinical criteria are not of major importance, since it seems that the ideal of mental health does not allow people to function from their rarity and particularities but rather obliges the subject to fit into an idea of mental well-being that seems increasingly impossible to achieve, leaving the subject without the possibility of recognizing himself or herself, in order to reach the established illusion of mental health. Leaving in the background the perspective that our rarities and choices do not represent, nor do they point to any kind of pathology or abnormality, therefore, they are themes that are inscribed in each subject based on singular representations. It is important to highlight that the case study you will read below attempts to approach Freudian thought, drawing on Freud's enormous intellectual work on the subject.
