    Daño psicológico en mujeres víctimas de desplazamiento forzado, Cartagena - Colombia

    The following investigation sought to know the psychological damage of women victims of forced displacement in the city of Cartagena. In order to know all these aspects, the degree of adaptation, traumatic experiences and stress symptoms were taken into account, all of them evaluated on a previously recognized and validated scale. The research worked through a quantitative approach of type of expo- facto study, this makes reference that first the fact occurs and then the possible causes and Daño Psicológico en mujeres víctimas de desplazamiento forzado del barrio Bicentenario, Cartagena consequences are analyzed, with a sample of 12 women victims of violence by forced displacement. As a result of this investigation it was observed that in the maladaptive and psychopathological symptoms there was little presence of symptoms while in posttrauma stress a high and very high presence of symptoms was found with the sub-scale of increase of activation with a 58,33 %, in the sub-scale of reexperience with a high and very high with 66.66% and in the sub-scale of avoidance with 58.38% of presence of symptoms.

    En el presente proyecto se realiza una investigación documental sobre el daño psíquico en mujeres víctimas de violencia física de pareja. Se hace una revisión de los factores de riesgo, características de las víctimas, fases del daño psíquico y ciclo de la violencia. Se señalan las leyes que sancionan las acciones de maltrato en Colombia. Por último, se comentan las implicaciones de este estudio para las investigaciones futuras.

    This research project focuses on the description of psychological damage, as well as identify the presence of psychopathological symptoms and the presence of PTSD in women victims of domestic violence. To this end a sociodemographic and hetero way Study Checklist of Symptoms or SCL-90-R and Symptom Severity Scale from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in women using the House of Justice of Chiquinquirá, was held 2- Location Cartagena. The focus of this research is quantitative descriptive cross-sectional and non experimental design. The results indicate a clear presence of psychopathological symptoms and PTSD.

    Daños psicológicos en victimas secundarias de desaparición forzada en el municipio del María La Baja-Bolívar

    In Colombia, enforced disappearance is a political strategy that will be used in the past and present; However, the term refers to a criminal offense in Colombia where the person has been deprived of his will, generally has been identified in the context of crimes of a socio-political nature. It generates losses of person, families and social group creating violation in the human rights, cruel treatment to the survivors of this crime and some psychological impacts. Secondary victims are those who suffer psychological injuries in the face of the loss of their relative, because they do not perform the mourning since they do not know about the whereabouts of their relative. This research was carried out from a psycho-juridical perspective to inquire through interviews and psychodiagnostic instruments such as: SCL 90, Posttraumatic Stress Scale and Traumatic Experiences, on the damages caused to the secondary victims left by this criminal act; According to the results within the possible sequels include psychic injuries generated by the terrorist act experienced since they live as a negative event and in turn endanger their physical or psychological integrity leaving them emotionally affected.

    This research focuses on the psychological damage to some secondary victims of homicide, through exploration history of these people registered in the Bolívar branch victims unit. It is made from some important concepts for the identification of the subject to be investigated, such as are: damage, psychological damage, victim, victimization and murder classes. From the review of SCL-90 scale instruments and PTSD it is concluded that the results affirm the theories raised in various research on psychological harm, on the other hand, differential aspects will also be recognized in the same investigation, which will be later in the results presented.

    El presente proyecto investigativo brinda una descripción de los daños psicológicos presentes en mujeres víctimas de violencia conyugal usuarias de una comisaría de familia en la ciudad de Cartagena, identifica y describe la presencia de síntomas de estrés postraumáticos y síntomas psicopatológicos, para tal fin se tomó una muestra de 30 mujeres realizando un análisis de los datos sociodemográfico, y aplicando los instrumentos Escala De Gravedad De Síntomas Del Trastorno De Estrés Postraumático, diseñada por Enrique Echeburúa, Paz de Corral, Pedro Javier Amor, Irene Zubizarreta y Belén Sarasua (1997), y El SCL-90-R o Listado De Comprobación De Síntomas, desarrollado por Leonard Derogatis y asociados (1975,1994).
