    The investigation named: “Effect of a thoughtful supervision program in the decision making of ball throw in mid field situations in the representative male team of University of San Buenaventura” was maked with the objective of decide ¿what is the effect of the thoughtful supervision program in the representative basketball team of the University? Was carried out the protocol in an experimental group conformed by six athletes students of the University that be representatives of this in the male basketball team; this protocol was carried out with restlessness that we have about ¿is possible have sports expertise or have an increase of decision making capacity during the competition; having as results that the differences between both groups, control and experimental, are significantly for the statistics and we conclude that the thoughtful supervision program have an positive effect in the decision making in the ball throw of the male representative team of basketball of the University of San Buenaventura

    La ética profesional en la toma de decisiones gerenciales en proyectos arquitectónicos

    Professional ethics applied in managerial decision-making is one of the aspects that determine the proper development of an architectural project, which ensures the social, economic and environmental responsibility of its execution. This article aims to describe the impact that this entails, from two perspectives, ethical and non-ethical behavior, based on organizational and individual principles. This type of research corresponds to a descriptive documentary exploration with a qualitative approach. It is divided into three phases, the first deals with professional ethics and management, the second relates these concepts to the management decision-making of architectural projects and the decision process in conflicts generated by ethics. Finally, a count of three Colombian accidents is made, where a lack of ethics by professionals in architecture is evident. We conclude that the manager is the central axis of a project, in which the guidelines for codes of ethics and principles depend on whether his functions keep ethics in mind, this largely means avoiding legal problems and damages to all the actors in the project, which can be disastrous.

    Ética: directriz para toma de decisiones en universidades

    El propósito de este estudio fue analizar la ética como directriz para la toma de decisiones en las universidades, y para ello acudió a en autores como Cortina (2005) y Daft (2004), entre otros. La metodología aplicada fue cualitativa. Los informantes clave fueron seis directivos de la Universidad de la Guajira y de la Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Fuerzas Armadas. Como instrumento de recolección se aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados señalan que dichas universidades integran en sus cuerpos normativos valores, principios y reglas; sin embargo, en la práctica algunos de sus funcionarios actúan en contravía de ellos, lo que se traduce en decisiones que riñen con la ética. Pese a esto, se puede afirmar que las universidades públicas intentan que sus decisiones se ajusten a los dictados de la ética.

    Financial management is one of the fundamental areas from which the different physical and economic resources of the company are managed efficiently and it is important since the entire process is executed there for optimum decision making, in which it is collected, analyzed, classifies and raises based on the results continuous improvement project for the business, creates strategies and carries them out according to the figures analyzed; that is why financial management not only covers the economic part, it is also linked to each area of the company from inventory, budget, cost, payroll; Financial management is highly linked to making decisions regarding the assets and their financing structure. This article seeks to highlight the importance of financial management for decision making, from a purely argumentative point of view and through the analysis of financial statements.

    The information in organizations every day plays an important role, so it is vitally important to access it in a fast, accurate and timely. In that sense the prototype of a model of information management that complies with a well-designed in terms of creating Database, Dimensions, ETL, Reporting, Data Warehouses, OLAP Cubes, Balanced Scorecard and generation structure is presented reports etc. That storage technique, processes massive load that automate and accelerate the processes in the company applies. Also evaluate possible tools that can be incorporated and facilitate the dynamics of the end user to use their services. Entering more afond research project is vital to specify that arose many questions and doubts about the methodology and the model that best fits the needs of the company Entre Amigos S.A. Which at deeper into the investigation they were clearing, finding that there is no single model that can be incorporated and meets all specifications requires by the company. As a result of the above it was concluded that the model that most closely matches the wishes of the company is BI, for all its benefits, tools , support the applications, integrity in its modules, support programs, experts They transferring knowledge and advise on the different technological solutions at low and affordable costs. Besides the Business Intelligence model bases its methodology on consolidation and cross information from different data sources, using techniques to extract and transform information to generate subsequent load. Applying business rules that allow support making sound and strategic managers of the company decisions. For all these benefits offered by BI, it is not unreasonable to think develop and implement in organizations seeking react in time in terms of business opportunities, economic and financial crisis, business positioning, stability and customer loyalty.     Las transformaciones científicas originadas por el descubrimiento de la segunda ley de la termodinámica y el desarrollo de los sistemas computacionales, dieron origen a una nueva interpretación del proceso de toma de decisiones en los ámbitos económico y organizacional, en la que se prestó mayor atención al procesamiento de la información y a la forma idónea de extraer orden de un mundo en caos. La toma de decisión organizacional se transforma en el manejo de datos a partir de máquinas y en la asimilación de quien toma decisiones como un dispositivo estímulo-respuesta. La inclusión de los conceptos de optimización en la toma de decisiones —especialmente con la influencia del pensamiento económico neoclásico— ha generado nuevas corrientes de pensamiento e investigación que buscan apoyo en sistemas tecnológicos avanzados para simplificar el proceso a través de herramientas de procesamiento lógico de información.
