The theoretical review is intended to serve as a reference for research on "characterization of criminogenic environments in the city of Armenia Quindío" Methodology. We proceed to carry out a search, review and analysis of documents to address concepts and central aspects of the aforementioned research. Thematic development. The review addresses background and history of criminology and crime, definitions of criminology, crime, social security and control, urban planning, criminological psychology, causes of criminal behavior, theories of crime and criminogenic environment. Conclusions. Concepts are exposed as a reference for the objectives of the research. For the development of the study, criminal behavior is explained from the theory of routine activity and the ecological theory of crime, describing the characteristics of the environment where criminal behavior occurs.

It generates losses of person, families and social group creating violation in the human rights, cruel treatment to the survivors of this crime and some psychological impacts. Secondary victims are those who suffer psychological injuries in the face of the loss of their relative, because they do not perform the mourning since they do not know about the whereabouts of their relative. This research was carried out from a psycho-juridical perspective to inquire through interviews and psychodiagnostic instruments such as: SCL 90, Posttraumatic Stress Scale and Traumatic Experiences, on the damages caused to the secondary victims left by this criminal act; According to the results within the possible sequels include psychic injuries generated by the terrorist act experienced since they live as a negative event and in turn endanger their physical or psychological integrity leaving them emotionally affected.

For the granting of arguments, it will be necessary to resort to the extensive bibliographical framework existing on the subject of juvenile criminality in Colombia and the existing proposals by the political constitution and judicial bodies, in order to corroborate the criminal estates in infants or Adolescents who have committed criminal acts, committing acts of violence and transgression of Colombian laws. It is necessary, the analysis of policies that consolidate the progressive development for the evaluation of risks and guarantees for the minors who are involved in criminal acts, taking as reference and protection the current norm of Childhood and Adolescence The importance of consolidating terms and tools to intervene in cases where criminal acts have been committed by minors, which in response to the rights of the child as a minor fact, is important; Exonerating the guilt and consequences not by the act committed or the insults, but by its chronological or minority condition. That is, the crime is evaluated not under the traditional legal or operational parameters of the sentence, but is appealed by the minor's age of the infant, allowing an abysmal criminal situation where in many cases is released from responsibility Minor or its consequences are minimal, to differences of having committed a crime being of age. This ambiguity motivates the objectives outlined in the present investigation and, with more specific terms, exposes failures to the evaluation of Crime and Punishment mentioning Dostoyevsky in Colombian justice.

This article seeks to review the implementation of Law 1826 of 2017 in the city of Medellín in order to determine the usefulness of transforming the public prosecution into private, taking a look at the impact that the aforementioned law has within the Colombian legal system through a national and local diagnosis. In the face of consultation about the purpose of this law, it is necessary to remember that beyond trying to create a procedural tool for decongestion, one should inquire about the side effects that consume this standard due to the regulatory impact that goes beyond a modification in the Code. Criminal, it is also necessary to assess whether the same representation is useful based on data measured by the victim's records of interest to the new abbreviated criminal procedure.
- PublicaciónRestringidoRasgos de personalidad y delincuencia en reclusas de Colombia: revisión bibliográfica(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2021-11-13) Martínez Vitola, Audreys; Castillo Barraza, María José; Muriel Ruiz, Yariluz; Rivadeneira de Ávila, Melissa Esther; Grupo de Investigación Psicología (GIPSI) (Cartagena)En este estudio se identifican las semejanzas y diferencias de los rasgos de personalidad de las reclusas en Colombia, basado en las investigaciones que fueron desarrolladas en la última década (2009-2019) con el objetivo de encontrar una presunta relación entre los rasgos de personalidad y el delito cometido. En Colombia no hay un número significativo de investigaciones orientadas a estudiar el conglomerado de las investigaciones desarrollas al respecto, en busca de las diferencias y similitudes de las reclusas en los rasgos de personalidad. En este estudio se cuenta con una revisión bibliográfica de las diferentes investigaciones realizadas en el país, dirigida a mujeres, enfocada en los rasgos de personalidad y dentro de las bases de datos; que permitieran la obtención de información que serán analizadas y comparadas que ayude a profundizar en la temática de los rasgos de personalidad de las reclusas.
