    Gestión administrativa en los clubes deportivos

    The research paper is exploratory mixed nature research. And its purpose is, to develop an instrument that allows us to assess the level of improvement of sports clubs recognized by Índer Envigado. To carry out this previous investigation, it will be important to start with a documentary review that allows us to show the fundamental processes of administrative sport management. In order to continue with the research, which is supported by the decree 1228 of 1995, the National Sports System created by the Law 181 of 1995 and the article 52 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, an instrument of recollecting information was created, which was established by ethical protocols and implementing guides; in addition, by 30 questions, which are set in such way that gives us clearly YES and NO answers. Those answers will be put into operation in order to be segmented in four tables that contain scores from the gathered items in the survey; afterward, the answers will be divided into three dimensions based on the main administrative processes of the clubs which are constituted as sports companies which are: planning, organization, and administrative management. Lastly, based on the previous stages of the research, it will be important to determine the level of administrative development recollected from the club. Once it is set, we will have a significant outcome at a low-level, middle-level, and high-level, establishing the measurement tool from the administrative development of the clubs recognized by Índer Envigado.
