    Concepciones de desarrollo existentes en los procesos de formación para el trabajo en el SENA, en el periodo de 1957-2014

    Este trabajo de investigación se denomina “Concepciones de desarrollo presentes en los procesos de formación para el trabajo del SENA” y se articula a la línea de investigación que tiene la maestría en Desarrollo Humano y Contextos Educativos; de este modo se intenciona en este proyecto el abordaje del tema de desarrollo humano identificando el punto diferenciador entre las concepciones de desarrollo en el marco del discurso de progreso y la concepción de desarrollo humano que asume una postura crítica frente a las lógicas del progreso ya instaladas y naturalizadas. El análisis del desarrollo va más allá de su análisis semántico, se llega más allá, ya que mira desde un análisis histórico-hermenéutico las prácticas formativas del SENA y como desde su quehacer se ha dado por supuesto que el desarrollo hace parte de la realidad, y que, incluso, para ser parte de la realidad actual (política y económica) se debe ofrecer formación profesional a la futura masa laboral que tendrá como tarea aportar para alcanzar el “desarrollo” del país, sin que se cuestione realmente el porqué de ello y desde cual enfoque de desarrollo se debe hacer. Desconociendo la posibilidad de construir sujetos sociales conscientes, críticos, subjetivados y con intencionalidad de ciudadanía y construcción de procesos más humanos desde el discurso del desarrollo

    The actual labor market is highly qualified and demanding, Accounting professionals have a great responsibility and commitment with their education and the performance in labor area. It is important that the students and graduates count on the accompaniment of their university before the labor market insertion. The aim of this project is to identify the accompaniment strategies or training programs that Universidad de San Buenaventura (Medellin) offers for the graduates. It is implemented the descriptive methodology because it used the interview to recognize the strategies or programs of the Universidad San Buenaventura for to provide support to students and graduates for selection process. These programs have a low impact among the students but the graduates know the tools of the University for the Job training.

    Identidad profesional de la educadora infantil de la Universidad de San Buenaventura seccional Medellín

    This project is centered on professional identity of the early childhood educator. This appear from a macro project which is set out to four headquarters of San Buenaventura University, but this project has been focussed only in Medellin’s headquarter, like the result of educational process identification that the University provide to students. The main objective of this project is recognise the professional identity of the Bonaventuriana early childhood educator of Medellin’s headquarter based on social representations, The project also has like purpose to do a constructive critique to pensum which is offering by the University in the program. The project depart of different techniques like interviews and life stories which are apply on tenth semester students, graduates and employers, to gather appropriate information to analyze , reaching to get the objectives.

    The present work aims to identify the importance of quantitative areas in the occurrence of each person, however, will develop arguments where the relevance of quantitative areas and how they influence the professional development of both undergraduate and graduate students is demonstrated. postgraduate in the Faculty of Business Sciences of the University of San Buenaventura. Based on a background which facilitates the understanding of why quantitative areas represent a considerable percentage of the country's economic development, and professional development for those who access careers such as: Public Accounting, International Business, Business Administration, among others in where quantitative knowledge represents a considerable part of professional growth. Therefore, after the presentation of the background, the justification is given, in which it is intended to make the reader aware of the focus and scope of the investigation, with the objective of a more complete understanding of why it was developed and defined. only to the University of San Buenaventura. And finally the presentation of some conclusions and recommendations on the developed topic
