A documentary review was carried out in the main databases such as Dialnet, Scielo, Viref, Ebsco, etc. around search criteria such as management, management, administration and direction of sports organizations, which yielded a total of 25 articles that are found at international, national and local level, including the national, departmental and municipal development plans of Caldas and Amagá, which were the reason for formulating the general objective, which was to recognize the current administrative development conditions of the sports clubs of the municipalities of Caldas and Amagá in the department of Antioquia, the methodology used for the research was of a qualitative nature based from a descriptive field (Hernández Sampieri, Fernández Collado & Batista Lucio, 2014), with an exploratory level, non-experimental cross-sectional design and documentary review, a documentary review and semi-structured interview with the leaders of the different sports organizations, both municipalities, leaving as result or the lack of clear knowledge, at the time of administering, managing and managing, since it was not evidenced enough clarity, of how to access resources so that their clubs are sustainable organizations and with greater projection

En cuanto a la industria textilera, las condiciones de un entorno incierto están demandando una especialización cada vez más eficaz y acorde a los tiempos, adecuándose, día a día, a los nuevos requerimientos y restricciones como un factor crítico para el éxito del negocio Textil y de Confección. Así, a medida que se plantean nuevos requerimientos, se abren interesantes oportunidades de negocios para las empresas especializadas en confección de prendas para el sector que exigen, de igual forma, que estas firmas se preparen para nuevos y mayores retos. A partir de la definición de la Visión y la estrategia de la empresa, se identificaron los objetivos y las iniciativas estratégicas. El paso siguiente fue construir la propuesta del mapa estratégico y el cuadro de mando integral con todos sus componentes: objetivos, indicadores, metas e iniciativas.

The company Representaciones Turisticas ALTA CALIDAD S.A., located in Santiago de Cali, Colombia, by a design of a strategic management plan, wants to analyze the actual, past and future situation of the company and touristic sector, defining fortitudes, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, establishing its needs and challenges, which let make a balance score card, looking for sustainability and profitability. The development of this project is based on the use of diagnostic tools, such as market research, working environment and competence analyze, which let design strategies aimed to the realization of the mission and vision proposals.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoFactores que impactan el direccionamiento estratégico en la Institución Educativa Rosa Lía Mafla de Jamundí(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2018) Herrera Arcila, Ana Marcela; Moreno Orejuela, Marco Julio; Grueso Romero, Merlyn Maritza; Carvajal Panesso, Alberto ElíasIntroduction: A school becomes successful as long as its direction has been aligned with the educational participants (teachers-students, parents, community and productive sector), a very well developed plan and factors that influence the strategic direction such as leadership, institutional environment and empowerment.Objective: To identify the factors that impact on the strategic direction at Rosa Lia Mafla school from Jamundi-Valle. Justification: This thesis is mainly going to be focused on how to involve all institutional personnel in daily activities in different ways as well as how they get into internal processes being carried out in the institution. Method: Three techniques were implemented in order to gather information: surveys, interviews and observation. The type of investigation is exploratory since it is pretended to provide a general reference in regards to the strategic direction in order to come up with conclusions and suggestions, by taking into account key aspects by authors such as Ken Blanchard, Goleman, Idalberto, Chiavetano, Michel Porter among others. 12 teachers, 4 coordinators, a principal and a tutor were involved for this purpose. Conclusions: There should be a municipal educational policy which supports different processes since the presence of authorities is very important not only to impose regulations, but to guide, this is a suggested aspect by the ones who have been working on this thesis.

Its main problem is the lack of planning and organization both internally and externally, to help solve it, a general objective was set which is the formulation of the strategic plan of the organization starting from its current situation, to reach this objective, the conditions were diagnosed current business, strategies were proposed and an action plan was developed, finally proposed an organizational system supporting the strategic plan, after doing this it was concluded that strategic planning is a fundamental tool for the organization, in In this case it was observed how this allowed to determine the objectives and the strategies for its fulfillment, at the end of this investigation the organization is recommended to put into practice the aforementioned suggestions since they will bring notable benefits in the short and long term.
