To this end, the perception was addressed through the meanings, attitudes and experiences that emerged in the relationship with their bosses and colleagues. The method used to develop the article was the qualitative - descriptive study, the information collection technique was semi - structured interviews carried out with four (4) women from different positions in the City of Cali. Regarding the results, it was possible to identify that the meanings of labor discrimination are related to subjective, social and cultural aspects that women have built in their interactions with their co-workers and bosses. Attitudes towards labor discrimination are related to the scale of values, the context and the experiences lived at work in relation to gender, academic training, as well as salary, when comparing the difference with their male colleagues.
