- PublicaciónAcceso abierto160 días y 159 noches : visibilización de trastornos mentales a través del diseño de vestuario(Universidad de San Buenaventura, 2021) Mosquera Rivera, Daniela; Jiménez Cano, FelipeThe mental health situation in our country has been characterized by not being in its most optimal conditions, this is largely due to the problems presented by the health system in Colombia and the deficiency in the census process of people who have these mental conditions; this, in contrast to the new mental conditions developed for being exposed to an extensive period of confinement, such as mild depression, anxiety and stress caused this situation to worsen much further, as there is no clarity as to what could be a possible solution to this problem that has been coming for years in our country, without the people who require psychological help coming to professionals or private sector entities to initiate a treatment, which is not a viable option for all individuals. This is why, from fashion design, it was concluded that one way to contribute to the solution of this problem is to try to contribute to the generation of a consciousness in the face of the great impact that mental health problems have on people, and to exhibit how having spent a considerable period of time in quarantine worsened pre-existing conditions or even generated new ones; achieving the goal by creating a semi-conceptual capsule collection that took as inspiration the disorders mentioned above in order to generate an action of visibility of them.

The last one like that aspect who drives to a meeting with the psychology, in which it is invited not only to a look to interdiscipline, but to a panorama and collision transdisciplinar, that emphasizes the dialogue of the garment with the subjectivity, across a recognition of the production of sense that the man constructs around him; that does not limit it to a functional element, but it expands it to an aspect tied to the order of the psychological thing, which comes out the signs and the meanings that the garment could have culturally, to speak about aspects that concern the identity, the body, and the psychological universe of the subject in society and in its singularity. These considerations try to answer to the bet to a psychology, which it faces hegemonic speeches, to give place to new ways of comprising the subjectivities.
