    Guía para la prevención del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas: apuntes para el trabajo con la infancia

    This work intends to serve as a guide for the prevention of the use of psychoactive substances in childhood, two phases were implemented for its construction; the first one stablished the literature review and systematization of the information and the second one presents a proposal to apply a promotion and prevention program. Through the literature tracking you could find some key elements that allowed reconsider the initial proposal, because it had not taken into account the importance to include the relevant actors (family and educators) in the prevention program. The playful features and meaningful learning are emphasized like basic elements oriented toward the prevention in childhood.     Impacto del abordaje psicodinámico en relación al consumo de drogas

    The following research aims to describe the main elements characterizing the clinical interventions of dynamic psychologists regarding the approach to the use and abuse of drugs, with a view to developing a clinical guide psychodynamic approach to help guide the actions of practitioners of psychology University of San Buenaventura Medellin, also seeks to examine the impacts of psychotherapy and psychodynamic interventions in drug users. This study was conducted through qualitative which allows examination of the social world, in this process a coherent theory with what you see happening, develops reality is defined through the interpretation of research participants about their own realities; the scope of the research is exploratory and descriptive, initially was reading a history of some degree works where clinical interventions addictions studies, among the techniques used are the semi-structured interview, sampling snowball and finally triangulating the information gathered, some categories were analyzed, the results obtained are described and some conclusions among which is the psychodynamic approach to the clinical approach of addiction does produce therapeutic benefits are left.     Percepción de soledad en la mujer

    El propósito del presente estudio fue establecer el estado de la cuestión de las investigaciones sobre la soledad y la percepción de la misma. La soledad, en sí misma es considerada como factor de riesgo para trastornos del estado de ánimo, consumo de drogas y suicidio, entre otros, pero también como opción de vida que expresa cambios socioculturales de la época contemporánea. La transformación del rol de la mujer en la pareja, la familia, y la sociedad, conlleva modificación de conceptos sobre el fenómeno de la soledad; para comprenderle no solo, desde una perspectiva negativa, sino también como opción de vida en la mujer. Se concluye a partir de la revisión de antecedentes investigativos, la necesidad de estudiarla junto con otras variables como la a u t o e s ti m a , e l a p o y o s o c i a l y l a p e r s o n a l i d a d , l a s c u a l e s p u e d e n determinarle como riesgo o como factor protector.

    Perfil de los pacientes que asisten a un Centro Universitario de Atención a las Adicciones

    This article discusses the characteristics of patients who go to an addiction treatment center in 2014 and a comparison is made with patients who were at the center four years earlier. Information from more than 500 patients was obtained studying demographic data, along with their drug abuse and mental illnesses. For this purpose, the digital patient data system known as the centers-services based system for psychoactive substances consumers (SUICAD) was used to determine the typical patient´s profile who comes to the center, giving as a result that most users are teenagers, male gender, on average high school graduates or current students, with a significant father figure absence, and mostly using marijuana.
