    Algunos aspectos críticos sobre el proceso de convergencia a normas internacionales de información financiera [NIIF] para pymes en Colombia

    The objective of this work is to elucidate some critical aspects that have been evidenced by the process of convergence to international financial reporting standards [IFRS] for SMEs in Colombia, taking into account as a frame of reference Law 1314 2009 and its regulatory decrees. as an object of research SMEs because they are the ones that make up the bulk of the Colombian economy, and therefore require their greatest importance because they are called to carry out this process of convergence in the terms established in these laws and decrees. An analysis is also carried out on the best known implementation methodology proposals, as an example we find convergence, harmonization. Adaptation and adoption, with the aim of defining what can be the best methodology to apply in our country taking into account the economic, social and political environment, it is also necessary to differentiate each of these environments in the understanding that they are very different in each one of the countries that have implemented IFRS

    Análisis de la competitividad del maestro del distrito: sinergia entre la educación y la economía

    La intervención económica, que un país debe hacer en el aparato educativo debe ser significativa, puesto que la formación docente, adecuación de instalaciones, uso de recursos, investigaciones pedagógicas, entre otros, serán eficientes en la medida que contribuyan al desarrollo de la misma nación. Este trabajo sólo pretende observar el quehacer del maestro como eje central de la investigación, al ser un actor principal del diálogo educativo y del cumplimiento de algunas premisas económicas, puesto que aquellos países que invierten en la calidad de su educación, como por ejemplo en la formación de los docentes y en la dotación de recursos que permiten mejorar sus metodologías de enseñanza, logran generar altas tasas de crecimiento económico y un mejoramiento en la calidad de vida de sus habitantes.

    Análisis de la prefactibilidad en la creación de una inmobiliaria para la empresa Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A

    La investigación se realizó en la empresa, Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, una empresa dedicada al diseño, construcción, remodelación e interventoria, durante 24 años consecutivos. A lo largo de estos años de trabajo la empresa, ha recopilado un importante record de obras, además se ha caracterizado por tener una amplia gama de servicios y se propone ser una empresa integral desarrollando los dos grandes campos de acción dentro de la propiedad raíz, que son: la construcción y la comercialización de inmuebles, adicional a esto, la empresa busca producir unos ingresos adicionales a los generados por los departamentos de diseño y construcción. Es por esto que se realizó una investigación para analizar la prefactibilidad de la creación de una inmobiliaria dentro de la empresa de arquitectura y construcción Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, con el ánimo de generar más ingresos a esta compañía. En búsqueda de desarrollar la idea principal del presente trabajo, se analizó el comportamiento del mercado inmobiliario, datos de otras inmobiliarias y empresas de construcción que tienen dentro de sus características la venta de inmuebles, y la evolución de la empresa Vásquez Arango Arquitectos S.A, ante los cambios.

    Análisis del impacto económico para Antioquia con la legalización de la marihuana como uso medicinal

    In this article is done a descriptive and informative analysis is made about the possible economic effects that can present in the department of Antioquia with the law and decrees that legalize and regulate the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. The article seeks to answer the questions of what would be the procedures to cultivator, producer, exporter and which governmental entities are those in charge of exercising control. In this way determine if the small growers will have the possibility of undertaking crop projects that are already regulated and legalized by the state, it also aims to recognize the target markets that would be prospects for export, classifying those that already have free trade agreements with Colombia, and finally determine how this regulatory process can help improve the unemployment of the inhabitants of the capital and of the municipalities that are part of the department of Antioquia

    Este informe hace un recorrido por el Municipio de Bello, iniciando en sus generalidades, en las que se dimensiona desde una mirada global el modelo de ocupación del territorio, basada en la información cartográfica y estadística que se tiene del Municipio como del análisis del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de 2000 y de su posterior revisión y ajuste en el 2009, llegando a generar una caracterización de cada polígono Suburbano del Municipio y creando un diagnóstico dimensional, donde se describen estos suelos desde su enfoque social, físico espacial, ambiental y económico.

    This paper compiles the most relevant aspects that measure competitiveness in the international space, showing from an objective point the areas of greatest weakness or strength for the colombian economy, encompassing a series of regional comparisons that allow interpreting results and arriving at concise conclusions. Also, an internal study is carried out that gives rise to the logical explanation of the international results presented by Colombia in its economic performance and its role as an emerging economy, where the administrative capacity of resources is questioned and its logistics competence of the nation.

    Greiff Avenue, between the Antioquia Museum and the Jose Maria Villa Retail Plaza, is a sector marked by history; First, it was the nucleus of the beginning of the Villa de Medellin, in which there was a population and urban growth on the banks of the Santa Elena gorge, which led to constant floods andunsanitary conditions, since all the waste went directly to the gorge santa Elena. These problems provided sufficient arguments to cover the ¿ ravine, a project that was carried o ut in the 1950s. Then, with the demolition of the old Villa Station, with a view to the construction of thenew Retail Plaza, newdynamics come to the sector,the families who lived there move, and the merchants, endors and homeless arrive; as well as thefts, insecurityand unhealthy returns. Already for the year 1995, with the inauguration of the metro, the sector was segregated, and the social and economic differences stood out more, and in 2005, with the construction of the metroplus, there were new inadequate dynamics in the area, such as drug addiction, prostitution, micro-trafficking and vice houses; activities that reflect a forgotten, divided and fragmentedsector. The purpose of this investigation is to answer the questions that have arisenthrough the Santa Elena gorge. Some like: Why did they cover the ravine? Was covering it up a solution? What would happen if it was uncovered? That is why this exploration focuses on thedesign, implementation and development of urbanplanning, which always has the Santa Elena gorge as its connecting axis, promotinguses and activities from the economic, social and cultural sectors

    Desarrollo de autopartes aplicando conceptos de economía circular para la industria automotriz en la ciudad de Medellín

    Currently one of the most important and contributing industries for the country is the automotive and auto parts industry, particularly the growth of this sector in relation to motorcycles, according to ANDI (2018) as of March 2018, 125,794 motorcycles were registered, of which 95 % is CKD (Completely Knock Down) material assembled in Colombia, the remaining 5% are CBU (Completely Built Up) motorcycles; This industry has a great responsibility that is not dealt with in a decisive way, which is the environmental issue related to the excessive disposal of solid waste resulting from productive activities. Given this panorama, it is appropriate to propose solutions that address comprehensive models of environmental impact reduction such as the circular economy, accompanied by initiatives related to the development of products for the mitigation of the carbon footprint that they leave at the end of their life cycle. This implies integrating in an objective way the development of new products designed as systems that are formally and functionally consistent for each motorcycle to which it is designed, without neglecting that they are redesigned so that their useful life is much longer. The project is based on the experiences observed in a local company responsible for the design and production of motorcycle accessories from national integration (Percentage of locally manufactured parts that go on a motorcycle assembled in Colombia). The project involves the category of motorcycle accessories scotters (Agility 3.0 and GO) such as windbreakers, sliders and side shields. Regarding the selected material, it is evident that (i) the elastomeric material (rubber) wasted in the production cycles is presented in considerable quantities in these industries and (ii) the benefits obtained from the properties of the material are compatible with the functional needs of the current auto parts accessories, needs found since the investigation, where it is observed that many of these accessories have a limited cycle and with the use of this reintegrated material, it is intended to prolong the useful life much longer. In addition to reintroducing auto parts waste and providing economic benefits to industry and users, it is also intended to raise awareness among potential buyers

    Desarrollo y validación de métodos para evaluar la eficiencia energética de electrodomésticos

    Actualmente en el Ministerio de Minas y Energía se está desarrollado un reglamento técnico de etiquetado de consumo y eficiencia energética de electrodomésticos y gasodomésticos (proyecto RETIQ; última versión publicada con fecha del 15 de Enero de 2015) con el que busca fomentar el ahorro de energía en el marco de la ley de Uso Racional y Eficiente de la Energía (LEY 697 de 2001) [3]. En la ley 697:2001 se declara el Uso Racional y Eficiente de la Energía (URE) como un asunto de interés social, público y de conveniencia nacional, fundamental para asegurar el abastecimiento energético pleno y oportuno, la competitividad de la economía colombiana, [1]. Una investigación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo indica que América Latina y el Caribe en su conjunto pueden reducir el consumo de electricidad en un 10% durante la próxima década invirtiendo en tecnologías y equipamiento que hoy se encuentran ampliamente disponibles. Alcanzar ese objetivo costaría aproximadamente US$ 17.000 millones, lo cual reduciría el consumo total de energía anticipado para el 2018 en cerca de 143.000 Gigavatios hora. ¿Y qué ocurrirá si la región no mejora su eficiencia energética? En ese caso, América Latina y el Caribe necesitarían invertir cerca de US$ 53.000 millones para construir el equivalente a 328 turbinas de gas de ciclo abierto (de 250 MW cada una) que se necesitan para producir la misma cantidad de 143.000 gigavatios hora de electricidad. En otras palabras, América Latina tiene dos alternativas para generar 143.000 gigavatios hora en 2018. Una cuesta US$ 16.000 millones; la otra, US$ 53.000 millones.

    Economy, psychology and stock investment: analysis of variables that participate in the process of decision making

    La escala ININBE, recientemente validada, ha dado respuesta a la necesidad de un instrumento de medición de las variables que utilizan los inversores individuales en su proceso de toma de decisiones, ya que en la mayoría de los estudios no se detalla la metodología empleada para la selección de los ítems que conforman los cuestionarios ni las propiedades psicométricas de los mismos. Además, no se muestra, en términos generales, el cuestionario utilizado ni, en su defecto, la totalidad de los ítems incluidos en el mismo. En este trabajo hemos aplicado el cuestionario ININBE a 257 inversores individuales obteniendo interesantes resultados sobre el papel de las variables “psicológicas” y “económicas” en función de las características los inversores.

    El siguiente artículo recoge algunos aspectos de la investigación que sobre el Goce Efectivo de Derechos (Informe GED) elaborara el O b s e r v a t o r i o D e p a r t a m e n t a l d e Desplazamiento Forzado de Antioquia en 2011. En esta entrega, la tercera de una serie de cuatro, se recogen algunos contenidos, metodologías de la medición, diseño de indicadores y resultados que arrojara el informe GED. En particular, en este aparte se exponen aspectos relativos a la atención de la población víctima del desplazamiento en términos del respeto a su integridad y las garantías para obtener un tratamiento acorde al enfoque diferencial. Así mismo, se tratan los diseños y resultados de la medición de los indicadores sociales sobre garantías de subsistencia mínima y alcance de la cobertura de ingresos económicos y educación en la población de estudio.

    This article addresses the issue of Colombian exports, with the main objective of analyzing through the updated information review, the state of the export sector in terms of diversification of export supply and added value that offers the country in the international market, based on an emblematic product of the nation such as banana. Additionally, it makes a general study of the export sector through data and real experiences, that allow to get closer to the reality of Colombian international trade; with the final conclusion that the Colombian economy still bases its export supply on primary products that don’t offer a differentiating factor and that is necessary for the country, to promote efforts to technify the processes and train the workforce, to achieve innovating through products with added value that can be competitive in the international scene and that represents a better future scenario for the Colombian economy in general

    In this article the basic aspects of the franchise model will be announced, as it operates in our environment, thus providing a basic knowledge for anyone who wants to invest in any sector of the Colombian economy. In such a way the valuation of this business model will be addressed, considering the essential elements that differ from a business of its own, establishing generalities, approaches from different perspectives "franchisee-franchisor", types of franchise, describing the rights and obligations of each party, advantages and disadvantages, its evolution in Colombia and what is considered successful and what models of franchises are successful and why.     La génesis de la pyme en Cuba

    Cuba vive un proceso de cambios. Desde la base de la sociedad se erigen nuevas conductas y formas de hacer en tanto se descentraizan las funciones del Estado para darle vida al sector privado o no estatal de la economía: el llamado “cuentapropista”, portador de una lógica que si bien se aspira sea controlada por nuevas leyes, tiene en sí características propias que requieren un mayor análisis. De su correcta valoración por parte del Estado cubano, podrá emerger la reactivación de la economía del país. Para ello prima, entre otros factores, que se haga un espacio dentro del derecho laboral cubano para llevar por buen cauce los avatares de esta nueva masa trabajadora, que pudiese ser considerada como la génesis de la pequeña y mediana empresa en Cuba.

    Economic globalization has influenced the transformation of the labor market, through integration into the economy and promoting new jobs for society, which ultimately led to include new forms of employment contracts where labor outsourcing results, and product is, the cooperative. Topics that have been included in the International Labour Organization through its International Standards. We therefore start by defining what is meant by globalization, what impact has this on the economy and how from it have been changes or transformations in labor, reflected in the International Labour Organization. And finally will discuss the cooperative product of the change.

    Producers reducing the municipal economy. This has resulted in the disintegration of the identity of the municipalities dairy, tradition and the decrease of peasant labor. The need to create a complex of rural accommodation to rescue the values of the cultural landscape of dairy and establishing the relationship between production and tourism was born. The project aims to develop a cultural landscape that celebrates the heritage values of the municipality, 6 hectares are arranged to contain applications aimed at the building, the livestock use where cattle is located, the forest that proposes a wetland artificial for recycling the sewage from the complex, an area of rainforest to lessen the impact of scents between the dairy plant and the wetlands and create a line of separation between applications, and an agricultural area that encourages farming as part of the quality of the life d the peasant
