- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAlgunos aspectos críticos sobre el proceso de convergencia a normas internacionales de información financiera [NIIF] para pymes en Colombia(2019) Córdoba Rodríguez, Jorge Alberto; Ríos Yepes, John JairoThe objective of this work is to elucidate some critical aspects that have been evidenced by the process of convergence to international financial reporting standards [IFRS] for SMEs in Colombia, taking into account as a frame of reference Law 1314 2009 and its regulatory decrees. as an object of research SMEs because they are the ones that make up the bulk of the Colombian economy, and therefore require their greatest importance because they are called to carry out this process of convergence in the terms established in these laws and decrees. An analysis is also carried out on the best known implementation methodology proposals, as an example we find convergence, harmonization. Adaptation and adoption, with the aim of defining what can be the best methodology to apply in our country taking into account the economic, social and political environment, it is also necessary to differentiate each of these environments in the understanding that they are very different in each one of the countries that have implemented IFRS

The article seeks to answer the questions of what would be the procedures to cultivator, producer, exporter and which governmental entities are those in charge of exercising control. In this way determine if the small growers will have the possibility of undertaking crop projects that are already regulated and legalized by the state, it also aims to recognize the target markets that would be prospects for export, classifying those that already have free trade agreements with Colombia, and finally determine how this regulatory process can help improve the unemployment of the inhabitants of the capital and of the municipalities that are part of the department of Antioquia
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoConexiones Urbanas(2020) Agudelo Rave, Cindy Milena; Valencia Valencia, Juan Pablo; Sepúlveda Gil, Laura Cristina; Marín Herrera, Carlos AlbertoGreiff Avenue, between the Antioquia Museum and the Jose Maria Villa Retail Plaza, is a sector marked by history; First, it was the nucleus of the beginning of the Villa de Medellin, in which there was a population and urban growth on the banks of the Santa Elena gorge, which led to constant floods andunsanitary conditions, since all the waste went directly to the gorge santa Elena. These problems provided sufficient arguments to cover the ¿ ravine, a project that was carried o ut in the 1950s. Then, with the demolition of the old Villa Station, with a view to the construction of thenew Retail Plaza, newdynamics come to the sector,the families who lived there move, and the merchants, endors and homeless arrive; as well as thefts, insecurityand unhealthy returns. Already for the year 1995, with the inauguration of the metro, the sector was segregated, and the social and economic differences stood out more, and in 2005, with the construction of the metroplus, there were new inadequate dynamics in the area, such as drug addiction, prostitution, micro-trafficking and vice houses; activities that reflect a forgotten, divided and fragmentedsector. The purpose of this investigation is to answer the questions that have arisenthrough the Santa Elena gorge. Some like: Why did they cover the ravine? Was covering it up a solution? What would happen if it was uncovered? That is why this exploration focuses on thedesign, implementation and development of urbanplanning, which always has the Santa Elena gorge as its connecting axis, promotinguses and activities from the economic, social and cultural sectors
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEconomy, psychology and stock investment: analysis of variables that participate in the process of decision making(Editorial Bonaventuriana, 2012) Pascual Ezama, David; Gil-Gómez de Liaño, Beatriz; Scandroglio, BárbaraLa escala ININBE, recientemente validada, ha dado respuesta a la necesidad de un instrumento de medición de las variables que utilizan los inversores individuales en su proceso de toma de decisiones, ya que en la mayoría de los estudios no se detalla la metodología empleada para la selección de los ítems que conforman los cuestionarios ni las propiedades psicométricas de los mismos. Además, no se muestra, en términos generales, el cuestionario utilizado ni, en su defecto, la totalidad de los ítems incluidos en el mismo. En este trabajo hemos aplicado el cuestionario ININBE a 257 inversores individuales obteniendo interesantes resultados sobre el papel de las variables “psicológicas” y “económicas” en función de las características los inversores.

Additionally, it makes a general study of the export sector through data and real experiences, that allow to get closer to the reality of Colombian international trade; with the final conclusion that the Colombian economy still bases its export supply on primary products that don’t offer a differentiating factor and that is necessary for the country, to promote efforts to technify the processes and train the workforce, to achieve innovating through products with added value that can be competitive in the international scene and that represents a better future scenario for the Colombian economy in general

Desde la base de la sociedad se erigen nuevas conductas y formas de hacer en tanto se descentraizan las funciones del Estado para darle vida al sector privado o no estatal de la economía: el llamado “cuentapropista”, portador de una lógica que si bien se aspira sea controlada por nuevas leyes, tiene en sí características propias que requieren un mayor análisis. De su correcta valoración por parte del Estado cubano, podrá emerger la reactivación de la economía del país. Para ello prima, entre otros factores, que se haga un espacio dentro del derecho laboral cubano para llevar por buen cauce los avatares de esta nueva masa trabajadora, que pudiese ser considerada como la génesis de la pequeña y mediana empresa en Cuba.

This has resulted in the disintegration of the identity of the municipalities dairy, tradition and the decrease of peasant labor. The need to create a complex of rural accommodation to rescue the values of the cultural landscape of dairy and establishing the relationship between production and tourism was born. The project aims to develop a cultural landscape that celebrates the heritage values of the municipality, 6 hectares are arranged to contain applications aimed at the building, the livestock use where cattle is located, the forest that proposes a wetland artificial for recycling the sewage from the complex, an area of rainforest to lessen the impact of scents between the dairy plant and the wetlands and create a line of separation between applications, and an agricultural area that encourages farming as part of the quality of the life d the peasant
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoImpacto de la implementación de una zona franca de servicios universitarios en Medellín(2017) Bustamante Ospina, Andrés Felipe; Garavito Córdoba, Alexis de Jesús; Patiño Chaverra, Nelson Augusto; Otálvaro Taborda, John JairoThis article shows the impact of the implementation of a free zone of university services at the University of San Buenaventura, in Medellin, so that relevant aspects such as definition, regulation, benefits, among others, are made stronger. Later, it argues about the possible impacts that would result from the implementation of a free zone of university services in Medellin. These impacts would be principally positive , in view of the fact that the economy would grow , the region’s development would increase the country’s competitiveness, the formation of future professionals would be strengthen with high levels of quality, encourage investment, generate jobs and help Colombian agriculture. A negative impact would be the language barrier, in case the programs were develop in foreign language. From the above it is inferred that there are more positive impacts than the negative ones because the proposal to implement a free zone of university services in Medellin would be feasible.

El sector agropecuario ha sido –históricamente hablando– uno de los más estratégicos y de mayor incidencia en el desarrollo económico y social del país, cuya evolución ha venido decreciendo en las últimas décadas y en consecuencia ha modificado la estructura económica y variado internamente los productos agrícolas y pecuarios de mayor peso en el desarrollo de la economía colombiana. La información se analizó con base en las cifras del Dane de los años 2002 a 2010 y mediante consultas de bases de datos especializadas en información relacionada con el tema.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoOportunidades, sostenibilidad y riesgos de los negocios informales de la comuna 10 de Cali(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2014-01) Ramírez Reyes, Julio César; Vergara Mesa, Gerardo AlexánderEsta investigación se desarrolló con el propósito de analizar los negocios informales que se llevan a cabo en la comuna 10 de la ciudad de Cali y cumplen con la condición de tener baja inversión inicial, ser autosostenibles en un futuro y estar en capacidad de trascender responsablemente hacia la formalidad. La metodología se fundamentó en juicio de expertos y en el diseño y aplicación de una encuesta, teniendo en cuenta el último censo del Sector Industrial, Comercial y de Servicios realizado por el Dane y Cámara de Comercio de Cali en el año 2005. Se encontró que el 40 % de los microempresarios encuestados realizan actividades en la División 15 Elaboración de Productos Alimenticios y Bebidas como elaboración de productos de panadería, lácteos, molinería. Entre tanto, el 17 % en la División 19 Curtido y Preparado de Cueros, como fabricación de calzado y el 10 % en la División 20 Transformación de la Madera, como fabricación de muebles para el hogar. Se concluye que el instrumento diseñado permitió identificar cuáles de los microempresarios cumplen con la condición de bajo costo y autosostenibilidad para trascender a la formalidad.

One of those strategies is to look for goods and services at a lower price and to sell or rent the things they're no longer using. This is part of a new economic model known as shared economy; which differenciate from regular ecomomy because of the way the offer and the demand are ruling the market. It is all about sharing goods and services and generating income mainly through digital plataforms, in order to meet different needs and to stock up with goods and services that can be obtained through other consumers. This new economy is not regulated in Colombia yet, because it's a model that is just begining even if a lot of consumers and companies are using this strategy to lower costs and generate profitability and extra income. Shared economy also represents some risks which can generate positive and negative effects on the economic system. This degree work has a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope and it's based on documented reasearch that has, as a main topic, the shared economy and it's different characteristics and risks
