    Caracterización del currículo del Colegio Gimnasio los Pinares para la construcción de una propuesta de direccionamiento estratégico de la gestión académica

    This research defined how the different elements from the curriculum work, to make a strategic direction proposition from Gimnasio los Pinares’ academic management. To achieve this goal a descriptive investigation was made with a qualitative phenomenological approach, following Hernández et al. (2014, p. 511), exploring, describing and understanding the experiences from Pinares’ community related to the curriculum. Because this was a shared design, the route was clear and it had minimum variations in the process. There were personal interviews, focus groups with opened, semi-structured and structured questions. At the end of this project, there were some conclusions made, associated with Pinares’ curriculum, showing coherence in many aspects from strategic and mission processes. Others were left opened in a reflective way, remarking the fact that they could keep working on them. Finally, gender differentiated education as one of the cornerstones of the School’s approach as a result of being objected and left behind. Consequently, there was a proposition responding to added value asked by the quality management. This could be similar to other schools, but in this case there is a theoretical foundation, in coherence between the pedagogical approach and the curricular design, in order to embody the objectives of this project.

    Deconstrucción de la identidad de la mujer negra: formas otras de sentipensar desde la Escuela Normal Superior de Cartagena de Indias

    The title of this study is deconstruction of the identity of black women: other ways of thinking from the Escuela Normal Superior of Cartagena de Indias. From the perspective assumed by the investigative process, there is no possibility of considering identity as a static process, but on the contrary, it is studied as a dynamic process that is permanently deconstructed. Such a perspective, characteristic of the line of research, leads us to question and reject any cultural stigmatization based on colonial power that denigrates black women. A relevant purpose of this research was to inquire into those cultural practices that make it possible to dignify and vindicate the cultural richness of black women, who told their stories with great passion. Hence the need to start telling other stories, those that invite us to feel like black women in school, in the Normal of Cartagena or any other school in which black is, rather than a social marker of an ethnic one, it dazzles with the colours of its cultural practices. By bringing school as a social and cultural space closer to what happens in other spaces, less burdened with colonial norms that make possible the liberating and transformative action of the school. Perhaps in this way, the possibilities of other pedagogies arise, called decolonial, intercultural, emancipatory or critical.

    Hace ya varios años que empezó este interés académico por los asuntos interculturales, posiblemente en el segundo o tercer año de formación en el pregrado de antropología. Justo en el momento en el que la pregunta por el otro, poco a poco fue adquiriendo un efecto de búmeran y regresó a mí desde varias direcciones, inundándome de interrogantes sobre responsabilidades y aportes de esa condición hegemónica que representa Occidente y por su puesto de la antropología como parte de este particular contexto.

    Educación superior e interculturalidad: inclusión y diversidad o éxodo de jóvenes nasa

    The present research called Intercultural Education: inclusion and diversity or exodus of young Nasa people, sought to investigate through the narratives of three young indigenous Nasa students of the Intercultural Indigenous Autonomous University (UAIIN); the relationship of the intercultural educational offer, its vital project and possibilities of social and labor inclusion in its indigenous community or in the majority culture. In particular, their focuses in his attention on the ways in which these young people are placed in front of this offer and the educational and pedagogical function that the university fulfills in order to unite relations of subjective constitution between individual, society and cultural identity.To fulfill this objective, the research is inscribed from a culturalist perspective and nurtures its perspective with conceptual contributions from the anthropological-pedagogical perspective. The research mode is inscribed in the qualitative biographical-narrative approaches, with a methodological design of the case study.From the analysis and systematization of the information collected in the in-depth local interviews, three emergent categories of the narratives of the participants are identified, namely: Relationship formation-education and political subject, individuation and social collective, and project of life and emancipation. The findings reveal the existence of an interrelation between the own and Western education, the importance of decentralization and deconcentration of the current western educational offers against theory and practice, and the recognition of the generational path as the transmission of cultural features.

    This research wok aims to show a childhood lecture of the 60s and 70 through the photography analysis of Cromos magazine, and re-construct the childhood that existed during those years, theoretical support was used to strengthen the work which consisted in eugenics practices, the tensions, the social, politic and economic changes and the government support devices from health to education. As a result of this it was achieved to discover several childhoods such as the ideal, the marginalized and the compared, which were permeated for the previous mentioned aspects and for the same relations that were weaved between them. On the other hand, it is important to highlight that the methodology used in this work, was visual history which is part of the new cultural history stated by Peter Burke, which allowed to visualize in a more concrete and clear way what was showed in the Cromos Magazine

    El encuentro con la diversidad funcional en la escuela

    Growing up near a human who has very different with respect to peer characteristics, it allows experiencing exclusion to which they are exposed people with disabilities. One of the spaces of socialization par excellence is her school and the teachers are responsible for encouraging the meeting of everyone and especially to think and make possible the convergence of diversity. A process of inclusion in school is mediated by the needs, expectations and emotions of the subjects that converge in it. Recognize the difference is part of the skills of the teacher, but how to approach the opposite poles, the visible and the invisible is built day by day in the development of our vocation. The ability to move relative to the life of the child or young person with functional diversity allows teachers to open up opportunities for all and all converge at school, but at the same time so that everyone can learn from and to the difference. This is made possible by the political action of each teacher.

    Etnografía de los mediadores y las mediaciones de la crianza en familias afrodescendientes de la Colonia Esfuerzos de Paz, en la comuna 8 de la ciudad de Medellín

    La etnografía “Los mediadores y Mediaciones de la crianza en las familias afrodescendientes de la colonia Esfuerzos de Paz en la comuna ocho (8) de Medellín”, hace referencia a los mediadores y mediaciones practicadas en la crianza de los niños que pertenecen a la cultura afrodescendiente que se encuentran viviendo en la ciudad de Medellín y cuyas prácticas de crianza cambian notablemente gracias a los procesos de interculturalidad, inculturación e hibridación al cual está sometida dicha cultura por la fuerte influencia del contexto. Las observaciones en el trabajo investigativo se desarrollaron a través de las diferentes visitas realizadas a la colonia Esfuerzos de Paz, la participación en eventos propuestos por la comunidad afrodescendiente y la realización y posterior análisis de una entrevista a profundidad aplicada a un alter, una madre afrodescendiente. En la entrevista se profundiza en los aspectos que hacen parte del proceso de crianza, y que finalmente está inscrito en todo el proceso de mestizaje cultural del cual participa la cultura afrodescendiente.La investigación arroja tres grandes categorías, donde se agrupan los aspectos relacionados con la crianza: Entre el dolor y el anhelo por su tierra; Mediación, tejido entre inculturación, interculturalidad e hibridación y La crianza como mestizaje cultural.

    La danza ha estado presente en la historia de la humanidad y es mediante esta que el ser humano puede expresar y comunicar lo que siente, lo que piensa, lo que cree y lo que sueña. La danza como parte del proceso formativo de los estudiantes puede abarcar todas las posibilidades artísticas y culturales que ofrece la expresión corporal. Va mucho más de lo que podemos observar a simple vista ya que en cada movimiento el estudiante da y deja un poco de sí mismo en el otro. La danza acerca a comprender y conocer otras culturas ofreciéndoles a niños, adolescentes y jóvenes nuevas experiencias de aprendizajes que aporta a su formación integral. Es necesario reflexionar frente a esta práctica en la escuela, ya que el estudiante a través de la danza, los movimientos y el cuerpo da cuenta de su personalidad, su identidad.

    Este trabajo busca mostrar el desarrollo de una idea llevada a la realidad mediante un proceso de Alta Dirección de Servicios Educativos, proponiendo el proyecto y desarrollo de LA ESCUELA DE IDIOMAS DLS “DISCENTER’S LANGUAGES SCHOOL” como nueva unidad de servicios de la IFT DISCENTER’S, además de establecer y ejecutar un plan de marketing adecuado, utilizando la herramienta “EXPO EDUCACIÓN DISCENTER`S 2014” como base y elemento innovador en el marketing de servicios educativos para la región centro del valle. El trabajo se desarrolla dentro de los lineamientos del Marketing de Servicios Educativos, con el diseño y ejecución de un Plan para la apertura y puesta en marcha de una escuela de Idiomas. Se indagó sobre la alta Dirección que se requería para determinar la viabilidad de la idea , y lograr su ejecución para hacerla realidad, desde la Lógica Occidental de la sostenibilidad económica y la competitividad frente al mercado específico, con la convicción que las competencias en el manejo de más de una lengua, impulsa el intercambio cultural entre civilizaciones que permita mejorar la visión del mundo de la población regional.

    La mujer afrocolombiana, tejedora de convivencias interculturales

    This investigation supports the necesity of interculturality. The cultural diversity is evidenced everywhere in cities, streets, churches, etc., but the co-existence with people of other cultures is still a problem. The cultural diversity in Colombia is a big challenge that frequently causes tensions and frictions in coexistence. This situation ends up causing confrontations, displacements, and discriminations, among others. Even though the minority groups are more affected by this phenomenon, the Afrocolombian woman is the most struck by the consequences of not assuming the cultural diversity in Colombia. This unfortunate reality does not impede the afrocolombian woman from striving for a better society where the intercultural co-existence may be experienced among all the people. Through her daily activities, she weaves intercultural relations with people of other ethnic groups; her striving and determination for a better world inspires this investigation. This investigation is a qualitative one, based on documents, observations, meetings and interviews with different groups of afrocolombian women from different parts of Colombia.

    In Colombia, educational processes in Afro-descendant communities have begun to worry about building a proposal for theoretical-practical intercultural education, where the recognition of cultural identity directs the daily practice of Pedagogical practices in the schools of each territory, which is well collected in the concept of ethnoeducation, which is offered to groups or communities that integrate the nationality and that has a culture, a language, some traditions and some own and native fueros. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect from the teaching task the pedagogical practices, so, this research work, analyzes the perceptions of cultural identity in the Educational Institution Benkos Biohó de Palenque, which presents the description of the aspects that make up the cultural identity and direct the educational processes in the Educational Institution under study, in addition, the theoretical perspectives of the Ethnoeducational Pedagogical proposal of the Institution are identified and the perceptions of identity and cultural traditions that guide the educational and pedagogical practice of the teachers represented from their worldview and other elements that shape the reality of the territory in the school.

    This work of degree titled Remembranzas de saberres. A lived experience, has proposed talking about the process of systematization of experiences that were lived within the diploma Coexistence and Interculturality: Voices of the Territory at the University of San Buenaventura Cali in the academic period 2017-2, training scenario where different actors of the Municipality of Santiago de Cali. For the realization of this written production the following concepts were fundamental: systematization, experiences, coexistence, interculturality, organizations, they direct it. Taking into account the planned objectives, the systematization initiatives of the participating organizations were recognized, which, from their work, bet on the systematization of experiences around coexistence and interculturality. The content of the degree work was developed in its entirety in the subject Project grade II in 2018 with the teacher Ana Lucia Rosero Prado.

    El presente libro pone en la mesa de trabajo el reto de otra interculturalidad alejada de la clásica visión étnicorracial y abierta a la coexistencia y al diálogo entre mundos posibles y diferenciales. Diálogo y coexistencia en un contexto de mercantilización de lo étnico −etnobusiness− desde la tradición capitalista –etnocapitalismo− y de exacerbación de las diferencias que tensionan y generan conflictos. Gestar otra interculturalidad es política vital como filosofía de mundo. Por ello insisto en otro proyecto político a partir de la multiplicidad de modos de producción, conservación y reproducción de mundos posibles y diferenciales alejados del orden y del control de la civilización occidental. Entiéndase esta propuesta como proyecto político de filosofías de mundo.

    This research, collect important elements of the urban population of the town hall conception of the municipality of Santander de Quilichao, municipality of Mondomo, is associated with the program of the Nasa community, Luu'cx'lexkwe (awakening of the seed) ranging from the history of life, from conception to age 7.Returning to the uses and customs of the indigenous communities giving sense to the time of life ranging from conception in the cycle of life to age 8. When young people are trained (s) to participate and responsibly integrated into community life the community concern is not having an educational program that teaches them self Yuwe nasa, which should start from the conception of pregnancy until the age of 7 years old, where children are already prepared to start school age, in addition to this concern, also afflicts them not having teachers who speak their own language, their culture and seeing blurred, for more precise information from this research, interviewing the traditional doctors, the life-giving or midwives and mothers of the community, the methodology used from the dialogue with Luuc'xLexkwe stage is qualitative, which allows a descriptive study that aims Luuc'x the notion lexkwe, the equivalent of our sense of childhood.

    Sistematización de la experiencia etnoeducativa del instituto de educación e investigación Manuel Zapata Olivella como Institución de Educación Superior Intercultural. Identidad Afro

    Este documento expone los resultados de la sistematización de experiencias del Instituto de Educación e Investigación Manuel Zapata Olivella como institución de educación superior intercultural en María La Baja – Bolívar, cuyo objetivo central fue sistematizar la experiencia de 14 años de creación y puesta en marcha de dicha entidad como Institución de Educación Superior Intercultural, comunitaria y de carácter privada, a partir de las dificultades económicas, logísticas, legales y de infraestructura en su implementación. Metodológicamente se realizó con enfoque de investigación cualitativa y participativa de los diferentes actores de esta comunidad educativa a partir de técnicas de entrevistas individuales y recolección de documentación interna de funcionamiento. Los resultados tienen que ver con la documentación y publicación de los trabajos de investigación sobre etnoeducación y método de Consulta a la Memoria Colectiva; conformación de cinco grupos de investigación avalados por Colciencias; incremento del nivel de conciencia étnica de la población en el área de influencia; matricular y graduar más de mil jóvenes en distintos programas con enfoque etnoeducativo y de educación propia. Revisión de los procesos administrativos y financieros que arrojaron debilidades en esos aspectos dado que los estudiantes de la entidad son de bajos recursos; se establecieron lecciones aprendidas en torno a la valoración positiva de la implementación del Instituto y se anotaron experiencias que no se deben repetir y que es necesario ajustar para garantizar la sostenibilidad del proyecto.
