    The education is a knowledge facilitator and of the integral formation of the humans, it has been frequently thought over and evaluated to the light of the society changes in his multiple scopes, even juridical and legislative; understood the last one like the engine or legal structure that gives form to the Educational System, seeking to guarantee the education right in conditions equality for the citizens. In view of the previous thing, it is necessary to give a look to the formation of the teachers, and how these are being prepared to face his responsibility of educating in the middle of constant changes that they need of constant update to face to the demands of the context. For such a reason, by means of the present investigation headquarters try to do an analysis to him on the influence of the formation in Educational Colombian Legislation in the professional performance of gone away from the different programs of master, offered in San Buenaventura's University, Medellin. The previous thing, assumed from the in force regulation and the different processes evaluative that are carried out in the professional area.

    Prácticas discursivas y pedagógicas docentes en educación superior de modalidad concentrada en las regiones de Antioquia

    The research was conducted on discursive and pedagogical practises of teachers in higher education in the regions of Antioquia. The delivery of teaching was to provide a course of many hours, in several consecutive days in sub-regions of the department, called concentrated presentiality. The teachers who are part of the programs move from Medellin and deliver a curriculum built for the program independent of where it is offered; this may result in teaching practises that adapt to regional differences and influence the learning process. The practises used by teachers are described and the changes generated in the student learning experience. Following a descriptive case study methodology, it was found that the visiting teacher retained control and considered the level of education of students to be lower in the regions secondary to the quality of high school education. The intensity of the teaching was exhausting both for teachers and students which lead to adjustments to the educational programme in order to enhance the education and learning. The opinions and feedback from the teachers who visit the regions can enhance the delivery of educational material that applies to a regionally specific context.

    Rendimiento académico, causas de deserción y cambios personales en los estudiantes del programa cobertura con equidad en la Universidad San Buenaventura de Medellín

    El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar y describir el rendimiento académico, las causas de deserción y los cambios personales en la autoestima, la asertividad y el autocontrol, en los estudiantes del Programa Cobertura con Equidad en la Universidad de San Buenaventura (U.S.B). Se trabajó con datos cuantitativos, aplicando cuestionarios con preguntas abiertas y cerradas y cualitativamente se realizaron grupos focales, auto-reportes y entrevistas. Se describieron las relaciones con sentido que se des-cubren en la lectura de recurrencias y tendencias y se precedió hacer los análisis y dar respuesta a los interrogantes planteados, los cuales permitieron describir las características de la población y hacer análisis, a partir de un estudio de las variables de interés. Además, se presentó una propuesta formativa de inclusión para los estudiantes del programa.
