    Calidad educativa e índice sintético de calidad educativa: incidencias de esta política gubernamental sobre los miembros de la Comunidad IE José de la Vega

    This research aims to determine the incidence of the ideal of quality education and ISQE (Synthetic index of Educational Quality) exposed by the Ministry of national education in the community members of IE Jose De la Vega, for this was a research of qualitative Court, protected from the socio-critical paradigm. To achieve this end, first discussed the concept of educational quality exhibited by the MEN (Ministry of national education) through a document review; then show the idea that about educational quality they have each one of the members in the community, through the information-gathering techniques such as interviews and focal groups. Finally, were connect the convergences and divergences that exist between the ideal of quality education exposed by the MEN (Ministry of national education) and the concepts that possess each one of the members of the community. it allowed to infer about the incidences of the speech of the State in the community members in different way, showing the need to reflect and build together one discourse of educational quality.

    La construcción de objetos de estudio. Un metarrelato de la configuración de sentido en la investigación educativa

    Aun cuando pueda afirmarse que el diseño y la construcción de un objeto de estudio dentro de las ciencias sociales incluyen un proceso metodológico en el que están presentes las experiencias personales, no es frecuente hallar una labor que tenga como finalidad la recuperación de estas experiencias en particular. El propósito de este artículo se centra en el análisis de las trayectorias de los investigadores dentro del campo de las ciencias sociales, relacionadas con la configuración de objetos de estudio. En este proceso el investigador obtiene diferentes experiencias que involucran componentes cognitivos, sociales y culturales, donde se pueden analizar fragmentos del recorrido académico, disciplinar y personal del sujeto que investiga, al igual, que la historia institucional que lo arropa. A manera de ejemplo, se incluye en este artículo el análisis de cómo las configuraciones sociales del trabajo académico y de la vivencia de los académicos al interior de las instituciones de educación superior, están siendo mediadas y orientadas por el concepto, las políticas y los procedimientos de la calidad educativa.

    Formación de sujeto en la Institución Educativa Lucrecio Jaramillo Vélez del municipio de Medellín, desde sus discursos pedagógicos y de calidad educativa

    The research is presented as an opportunity to understand the formation of subjects in the Lucrecio Jaramillo Vélez Educational Institution of the municipality of Medellín; located in recent years in the first five positions at the local level, with better results in tests Saber 11, is positioned as a benchmark for educational quality among public sector institutions and actively participates with their educational projects in different academic spaces among which stand out the Fairs of Science, Technology and Innovation, at local and national level. Therefore, the research is based on the reading of pedagogical pedagogues of the Educational Institution - IE, prioritizing in them, both those who do it and the conceptual component of their Institutional Educational Project have the teachers. Likewise, it is necessary to recognize and read the courses of educational quality, of which the Institution supports the part of the teaching and learning processes and the possibility of achieving the training of the subject proposed from the PEI. From the above, the research is developed under a methodological design with a hermeneutic approach, qualitative methodology and research techniques, such as; surveys, focus group and documentary analysis, which through their triangulation offer information that serves as a reference to carry out their analysis around pedagogical discourses and educational quality, of the Lucrecio Jaramillo Vélez Educational Institution

    Impacto del sistema de gestión de calidad en los procesos de evaluación del aprendizaje y el seguimiento académico de la Institución Educativa Las Nieves de la comuna tres de la ciudad de Medellín

    Analyze the impact of the Quality Management System on the evaluation processes of learning and the academic follow-up of the educational institution Las Nieves de la Comuna three of the city of Medellin, part of the recognition of quality management systems of educational institutions and the way they impact on continuous improvement. For this it is necessary to identify elements from the conceptualization of Quality Management System and the impact on educational institutions, specifically in the evaluation processes. What is intended in this article is to review all the documentation and formats of the institution to be able to do a reconstruction and feedback of the utility and impact that these have on the educational institution the snow starting from the continuous improvement. As a methodology, a compilation from the different authors about the macro concepts of the research will be carried out and a critical analysis of these will be considered

    Representaciones sociales sobre calidad educativa de docentes y directivos docentes de instituciones oficiales de educación básica y media del distrito de Cartagena

    More than two decades after the enactment of the General Education Law (115 of 1994), and two decennial plans (1996-2005 and 2006-2015); each educational agent understands educational quality in a different way, even if it seems to be a common goal. The result: a country unhappy with its educational system. In this sense, from the process stream (Denise Jodelet, 1986), under a qualitative approach, and epistemologically grounded in the interpretive-hermeneutic paradigm, the Social Representations on Educational Quality that have the school agents (Teachers and Executives) of Institutions were investigated. Official Educational Basic and Middle Education in the District of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia), within the framework of the educational policy of the Ministry of National Education, using as a methodological strategy the multi-case study; including the design and application of different information gathering techniques to sixty-six (66) participants: questionnaire, Jacobi letter and semi-structured interview; analyzing the information from the founded theory (Glasser and Strauss, 1967). The analysis differentiates ten (10) focuses on which they construct their representation, supported in three axes (evidence, means, and context or functional); evidencing the majority a positive orientation (favorable) towards the term Educational Quality, but negative (unfavorable) towards the ministerial proposal. Finally, without pretending to find causal relationships, and following BergerLuckmann (2001), differentiating elements are proposed that can drive policies based on the opportunity that each educational institution has according to its interrelation with the context, starting from what really It is feasible, according to its potential: its reality!
