    Análisis a la eficiencia de las fuentes de energía renovable

    A pesar de tener el apoyo del público y numerosas ventajas sobre otras fuentes de energía, a las tecnologías renovables se les ha caracterizado repetidamente de no poder satisfacer nuestras necesidades energéticas, y se han presentado sólo como una opción entre los combustibles fósiles convencionales y la energía nuclear. En este trabajo se muestra que esto es una falsa opción, ya que la energía renovable puede generar de forma segura la misma energía que los combustibles convencionales, y puede hacerlo sin producir las emisiones de carbono o los residuos radiactivos que contaminan el medio ambiente

    Diagnóstico sobre la atención a la mujer víctima de violencia de género en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali

    En este artículo de investigación se expone el resultado de un estudio de sondeo realizado a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, usuarias de instituciones estatales, tales como ICBF, Defensoría, Fiscalía y Procuraduría, con el fi n de verifi car el nivel de cumplimiento en la aplicación de la normatividad interna que busca garantizar el ejercicio pleno de los derechos humanos de las mujeres, así como su derecho de acceso a la justicia.

    Eficiencia de la gestión financiera en las instituciones educativas oficiales del distrito de Cartagena de Indias

    Los recursos financieros, hacen parte de la gestión administrativa y obligan a un proceso de planeación para que se pueda dar una buena inversión de ellos. Las instituciones educativas, hoy día, por mandato del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, deben llevar contabilidad, con los respectivos libros. En el presente estudio, se llevó a cabo una investigación descriptiva, de tipo cualitativo y cuantitativa, donde se describe la situación actual de cuatro instituciones educativas oficiales de Cartagena de Indias, con el fin de determinar la eficiencia de su gestión financiera, lográndose identificar que éstas realizan su presupuesto como un simple agregado de ingresos y egresos sin que se tengan en cuenta las necesidades reales de la comunidad educativa (docentesestudiantado-padres de familia). Sus ingresos, dependen, generalmente de los aportes del Estado y de la cafetería, sin que exista un compromiso de la comunidad Su proceso financiero, al igual que toda la gestión de la institución, se encuentra en etapa de desarrollo, sin ser aún lo suficientemente eficiente, que faciliten la toma de decisiones acorde a las realidades de la comunidad educativa y del entorno en el cual se encuentran,

    Estado del arte de las tecnologías más utilizadas en las refinerías de América para el tratamiento de aguas residuales

    The high environmental pollution requires petrochemical processes make changes to try to mitigate environmental pollution. This paper analyzed a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) where different sources of wastewater were identified and defined, such as process water, cooling water, condensate drainage, raw water treatment, wastewater from laboratories and sewage from various parts of the industry. All these types of wastewater containing contaminants very dangerous and difficult to manage, therefore, over time, studies have been carried out in the treatment processes of this water in the industry. Various types of processes were identified which vary depending on the need of the industry and the pollutants to be treated. For this purpose, an exhaustive analysis of the processes most used at the Latin American level was carried out using databases, indexed journals, data provided by the main Latin American refineries such as Ecopetrol, Pemex and Petrobras. This state of the art technologies used more allowed to propose an optimal process WWTPs, which divide in several stages: Pretreatment, physical primary, secondary treatment - flotation and tertiary biological of water residua

    This case study is part of the qualitative paradigm and focuses on knowing what skills makes a high director effective, efficient and productive within a scholar organization. Through this mixed non-experimental study, which means qualitative - exploratory and quantitative based; the relevance of the work of educational high directors is rescued, which requires excellent leadership and management skills to direct, plan and implement successful strategies, taking responsibilities for social development within an organization and positioning it in the educational community and beyond. It is essential to accept that the dynamics of management focus on raising productivity, competitiveness and quality, in relation with the work done with human capital, which constitutes a key role. To achieve it, human, technical and conceptual skills are required, where the primary purpose of the policy action of the high director is to obtain results through the work of others. Every organization needs to have a director, manager, organizer and strategist of open, alive and dynamic educational services that meet the current needs of the community, enhance the value of human beings at work in organizations and promote the generation of proposals for the offer of high quality educational services as a model to study at the Educational Institution Álvaro Echeverry Perea.

    Innovación para la optimización de los costos en fletes en el proceso de despachos del área de logística en Cosmoagro

    Innovation monograph for optimizing freight costs in the process of the logistics offices in Cosmoagro is the study and practice of an opportunity for improvement in the process. Improvement took place in the process of offices by the 4 fundamental objectives of the Just in Time which are: a) attack the fundamental problems, b) Eliminate waste, c) in search of simplicity and d) establish systems to identify problems. These 4 goals were met by a diagnosis, an elaboration of an innovative proposal and finally validation of the system applied. The diagnosis identified the lack of control in the handling of freight and the time lost in such activity, therefore rates of suppliers involved in order to facilitate the provision of information and increase the capacity of analysis to improve decision-making. Following the diagnosis databases were created in order to strengthen the dynamics of work and implement an Excel tool called Freight Cotizador V 1 reduced the occupancy rate of offices coordinator. Once taken the diagnosis and databases created proceed with the configuration and implementation of the system for processing needs during the second period of 2015. Finally, data implementation Cotizador freight V1 validated And the result is that the operating load is decreased by approximately 80 % and the optimization of freight costs presents a saving of $ 50.000,000 for the last 6 months 2015.

    El modelo de conversión de servicios en unidades de gestión clínica que se presenta en este trabajo, pretende orientar las organizaciones hacia las excelencias de la gestión clínica-modelo organizativo centrado en el cliente externo, a fin y efecto de responder mejor a sus necesidades y expectativas. Se parte de una doctrina de conocimiento que ha sido perfeccionada mediante las implantaciones in situ en diversas organizaciones sanitarias y que utiliza la gestión clínica como medio para el cambio radical de modelo de hospital.

    The objective of this work is to create a procedure manual for the General Services Division of the Biblical Seminary Foundation of Colombia. This work is guided by the guidelines of quantitative, descriptive research, and for the collection of information, a mechanism of action is created to identify the considerations that heads of dependencies, divisions and areas have in relation to the General Services Division's theme. of the institution. When analyzing the results of the survey, it is found that the heads of each of the dependencies and divisions consider the general services important since they are support for the management of all other areas in the fulfillment of the institutional mission. They are not clear if there is a General Services Division in the institution and they do not have documented / implemented / certified processes. From there arises the recommendation to describe processes, demarcate functions of officials, develop protocols, establish procedures, flow chart, manuals and others to structure the said Division. The procedure manual will allow the appointment of a head to direct this Division
