Do family dynamics influence for a person to become in alcoholic? For this end, two strategies were carried out that allowed approaching the response. The first one was semi-structured interviews, that were divided into four areas (family, own, emotional and about addiction), with them we tried to know a little more about the interactions, feelings and family dynamics concerning alcohol consumption. The second was the ESFA test (Family Satisfaction Scale by Adjectives), this acronym is in Spanish. This test aims to evaluate the different aspects about how respondents feel when they are at home with their families. Then, the results were contrasted with the evidenced discovered in the interviews, to know their influence with alcohol consumption. These interviews were applied to two men’s over 30 years old, with ten years of difference between them they consider themselves alcoholics and have spent more than half of their lives dinking. Both with family disorders and apparently respectable relationships, but conflicting. It should be noted that these two participants do not belong to any institution and that they agreed to collaborate voluntarily, there wasn’t economic incentive to obligate them, and they could decide not to answer to some questions. Finally, a correlation was made between some theoretical background, the results of the interviews and tests, this allowed to expand the panorama about the alcoholism problematic

The research methodology that is implemented is qualitative since it produces descriptive data. Some results that the investigation showed were that enrollment has decreased for the following reasons: form of payments and financing, lack of development of ICTs, low costs of other universities, social problems and environment for youth

For the development and execution of this work, we agreed to carry out a non-participant observation process, having as an instrument an observation guide and a structured interview guide. The type of research is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach and the type of study is unique, the aforementioned allowed us to participate to analyze, observe and enter the preschool and in this way identify the strategies used by the teacher. To finalize our research, a structured interview was conducted with a teacher with open questions that will fulfill the objective of the research

The goal is to describe the different situations dealt with during the administrative management and identify the management experiences with which those situations described where overcome. To achieve the close analysis, the qualitive method as used, due to the fact that its use allowed a strict aproximation to the goals of this study. A non-probable sample was taken in five subjects whose institute’s membership, knowledge of the administrative management from the last period (2010-2013) to the most recently analized (2013-2016), the institute stuggled with a financial imbalance as a consequence of the crisis born in the preceding period (2011-2013). As a consequence, different organizational and academic processes were affected, for which the administration developed strategic management for handling of those situations, achieving stability for the institutional processes.

It seeks to contextualize the environment Bancolombia are described and determine strategies for corporate social responsibility that Bancolombia has undertaken, in this case some business RSE initiatives, focusing on its development and impact are described. This degree work corresponds to a descriptive. Bancolombia within their corporate social responsibility strategies has focused on establishing a relationship of trust with the customer and with the community itself, for it has made use of new information technologies such as mobile banking, besides modalities and non-banking correspondents which have enabled more geographically distant access to financial services areas. RSE experiences in one of these it became clear that the target population was children through an education program in another experience seeks to reduce the pollution load was documented. In both cases from the institutional projects to focus either on a specific population or a particular environmental issue in both cases is made clear from the project design its objectives and expected outcomes are designed.

Then the legal part of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Colombia is introduced, because they are characterized and the contribution of these to the economic growth of the country; The environmental and competitive responsibility of these companies is also mentioned. Likewise, it is argued how these companies need to develop a competitive management of their productive activity in their different processes; Such as supply, production (economy of scale), storage and sales; With a view to achieving an important participation, starting from a national market towards the international one. - PublicaciónAcceso abiertoComponentes cognitivos, metacognitivos, motivacionales y de autocontrol del aprendizaje autorregulado y su relación con el rendimiento académico(2014) Cano Álvarez, Isabel Cristina; Tilano Vega, Luz MagnoliaLas exigencias que plantea actualmente el proceso educativo requieren un análisis exhaustivo de sus componentes, entre ellos se encuentra el aprendizaje como un componente central del mismo. Específicamente el aprendizaje autorregulado se ha convertido en un tema que en los últimos años ha sido bastante estudiado como proceso activo, cognitivo, constructivo, significativo, mediado y autorregulado, es decir, se concibe de manera integradora en relación con anteriores teorizaciones. La presente investigación pretende establecer la relación existente entre los componentes metacognitivos, cognitivos, motivacionales y de autocontrol del aprendizaje autorregulado y su relación con el rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios. El tipo de la investigación es no experimental, transversal de nivel correlacional. Se utilizaron instrumentos estructurados tipo Autoinforme. Para el estudio se tomó como referencia 157 estudiantes universitarios de segundo semestre, divididos en tres tipos de carreras y de diferentes universidades. Los resultados indican que el rendimiento académico, medido a través del promedio no tiene relación con las estrategias de aprendizaje, ni con el autocontrol directamente, pero si muestra relación positiva con el autoconcepto académico, el cual parece asociarse a las estrategias metacognitivas, el autocontrol y el autoconcepto familiar. Se requiere para siguientes estudios tener en cuenta aspectos pedagógicos y curriculares de las carreras, al igual que las formas evaluativas

Universidad de San Buenaventura, Facultad de Educación, Medellín, 2021) Espinosa Bedoya, Laura Mercedes; Torres Restrepo, Carolina; Aguinaga Carmona, Danely Esneidy; Gallego Tobón, CatalinaThe Hidden Curriculum: Teaching Attitude and Strategies to Prioritize the Non-linear Evolutionary Processes This undergraduate paper was carried out in order to characterize the attitudes and strategies that were implemented from the hidden curriculum to prioritize the evolutionary processes of Children for Kindergarten in La Salle school, Envigado. During this research, a structured non-participant observation process was developed, also, a rubric as an instrument for observation and a semi-structured interview. It was a qualitative research with a narrative hermeneutical approach. This allowed it to identify, analyze and record the conceptions about the non-linear evolutionary development of the hidden curriculum on the kindergarten teachers’ strategies and attitudes. To conclude this thesis, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the kindergarten teachers and non-participant structured observations during the meetings in grade B. Some categories were structured and taken into account in order to respond to the research objectives, where through a narrative, the obtained answers were reflected.

Objective: to know some strategies that encourage the teachers to perform teaching exercises, so that the children explore their environment, as the result of their searches and their own interests. Method: the proposal is based on the qualitative paradigm; and it is also based on a methodological design Participatory Action Research; the pedagogical and didactic innovation is the Institutional research line. These aspects allow a collaborative and coherent work. Findings: it could be noted that the exploration of the environment is lost throughout the school system, because the areas of knowledge tend to have more attention than the experiences of the children. Conclusions: the exploration of the environment is very important to achieve a meaningful learning, since it allows the children to have experiences and to learn from them and it reinforces the concepts obtained in the classroom

The research work pretend to address the articulation academic program of AUNAR which impact students aged 9, 10 and 11 of the district 21 in Santiago de Cali city improving the life project through the ludic and the ´´motriz´´ expression. We first address what lead to the articulation program by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses then the given situations on the retention of students in this program of AUNAR are determined finally a strategic proposal that positively affects the actors of this program, students, teachers secondary education institutions and parents.

Reflexión práctica desde lo humano y lo empresarial(Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cali, 2016-01) Robles García, Lina TatianaCon el presente artículo se pretende hacer una comparación entre dos términos esenciales en la actualidad de la ciencia administrativa: dirección y estrategia. Se efectúa una descripción teórica del concepto dirección y los elementos que lo integra y se identifica la conceptualización de la estrategia desde diferentes perspectivas teóricas y su importancia en el origen de la administración estratégica. Al exponer los resultados del estudio en forma de discusión, se devela cómo la estrategia afecta el funcionamiento eficiente de la dirección y desvía la concepción propia del término enfocada en el ser humano, para conducir la atención solo a los resultados materiales de las estrategias y objetivos de las empresas. Sin embargo, como conclusión de este escrito, se lleva a cabo una reflexión acerca de la importancia de introducir con mayor rigidez el factor humano en la enseñanza de la administración, como temática y énfasis principal del programa de estudio impartido por las instituciones educativas.

The research analyzed the data of the tests carried out inside the educational institution. The sample was 120 students from grades 10 and 11, who were tested on their occupational interests, professional and primary skills, then it was proposed to collect data through virtual surveys, with regard to the concept they had about collective intelligence or co-creation and their preferences regarding the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) as the main parameter in the development of an interactive teaching strategy. The interactive teaching strategy will be developed within the institutions through a mobile application. This will provide them, within any context (educational, social, domestic) the interaction with it, in order to achieve a profile according to their interests to make the best decision in the academic field. In the validations carried out, users showed great interest in the academic options presented to them, taking as a starting point their economic future and the time spent searching to find options that resemble their personal interests and tastes

Also, they have the right to be visited with restricted schedule and an almost full time companion to assist this process, staying with him when good care is needed, contributing to reduce critic moments and hasting the patient’s recovery. During this investigation, it is important to question all lacks of the environment that might affect directly or indirectly the companion’s stay based on the changes of daily habits; the colors, the smell and the energy this could contain. Since the companion’s experiences at hospitals have not been investigated deeply, the idea is shaping a strategy through a system that solves out the needs that the companion might have during his stay, which makes necessary a system that contributes to the solution, providing needed information and making communications easier in this context; promoting simple and common actions from the companion to enhance the patient’s care and self-care. The project concludes with the configuration of the strategy for the practice and care supported on digital media that will also allow to show some other points that will strengthen the experience from a more human perspective that will bring benefits for the companion as well as for the hospital

Fruto de esta fase del trabajo fue el estudio de cuatro casos empresariales, entre ellos el de la pastelería alemana Gourmet Selva Negra, que está inscrita en la escuela cognitiva, de acuerdo con las teorías administrativas analizadas con base en el compendio de las diez escuelas de pensamiento estratégico de Mintzberg, Ahlstrand y Lampel y en el trabajo de autores como Herbert Simon y expertos en la teoría organizacional como James Gary March.
