    Adopción : una maternidad sin cuerpo. Estudio de caso sobre unas madre adoptante

    La capacidad de la mujer de gestar un hijo en su vientre y llevarlo en ella para luego convertirse en madre, es la característica que con mayor relevancia se le otorga a la mujer para definirla y diferenciarla del hombre. El presente estudio realiza un análisis detallado de un caso en donde una mujer decide hacerse madre a través de la adopción, dejando por fuera del deseo el paso por su propio cuerpo. Encontrándose que las conclusiones más relevantes, permiten comprender que la relación primaria madre e hija fundamenta la fantasía de maternidad de Diana; así como el inicio de su vida matrimonial marca un momento determinante en el deseo de maternidad. Siendo la Adopción, el proceso que le permite negociar con el deseo y la culpa.

    Un análisis del capital de trabajo en el sector minero.

    This work tries to announce the benefits and limitations of working capital management, through studies and measurements of the financial situation of companies such as: Mineros SA, Mineros Frisco, Buenaventura SA and Barrick Gold, which belong to the mining sector, dedicated especially to the exploitation of gold; verifying if in the last 5 years, the internal administration of each of the companies had contributed to the growth and development of these. The used methodology, it was based in evaluating the elements and technologies for a suitable management of the capital of work, using technical processes applied for the exploitation of this type of goods and services, achieving to determine that when current assets exceed current liabilities, the company has a positive net working capital and, on the contrary, when the current assets are lower than the current liabilities, the company has a negative net working capital. The used methodology, it was based in evaluating the elements and technologies for an adequate management of working capital, using technical processes applied for the exploitation of this type of goods and services, achieving to determine that when the current assets exceed current liabilities, the company has a positive net working capital and, on the contrary, when the current assets are lower than the current liabilities, the company has a negative net working capital.

    The Programs that are aimed to overcome extreme poverty in the world, they need to be valued in order to identify its effectiveness in eradicating this phenomenon; As part of this need was carried out a study of socio spatial character supported in geographic information systems to analyze the results in the medium term has had the Medellin Solidarity Program in the city of Medellin, these in relation to households promoted extreme poverty in 2013 according to the methodology of Multidimensional poverty Index.

    This work was carried out in order to identify the teaching strategies implemented by preschool teachers in the ark for the recognition of diversity from the capacities of the student body. For the development and execution of this work, we agreed to carry out a non-participant observation process, having as an instrument an observation guide and a structured interview guide. The type of research is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach and the type of study is unique, the aforementioned allowed us to participate to analyze, observe and enter the preschool and in this way identify the strategies used by the teacher. To finalize our research, a structured interview was conducted with a teacher with open questions that will fulfill the objective of the research

    Atención psicoterapéutica de orientación psicoanalítica con un paciente que consume sustancias psicoactivas

    El presente texto expone el caso de un paciente en situación de consumo de sustancias psicoactivas que es atendido bajo un proceso de escucha con orientación psicoanalítica. Se hace un análisis de los elementos de la historia del sujeto que surgen y se relacionan los mismos con asuntos propios del campo de la drogodependencia. El espacio clínico que se ofrece al paciente X permite develar elementos asociados al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas asociados en este caso con experiencias traumáticas en la infancia y con acciones compulsivas también respecto a la sexualidad.

    Esta investigación es una invitación a situarnos en la última década para conocer cuáles han sido las configuraciones de nuevos sentidos y significados de mundo, que ha tejido la comunidad educativa, a partir del proceso de inclusión escolar, vivido en dos Instituciones de básica primaria y secundaria, de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali; desde la divulgación del Decreto 2082 de 1996, de la Ley General de Educación Colombiana (Ley 115 de 1994); el cual reglamenta la atención educativa de las personas con limitaciones, ya sea de orden físico, sensorial, o cognitivo, promoviendo su integración académica en una escuela regular abierta a la diversidad. Conocer estas configuraciones, nos da la posibilidad de darnos cuenta en qué está, dónde está, cómo va el proceso de inclusión educativa, sus aciertos y desaciertos, en nuestra ciudad; porque nuestra manera de operar en el mundo está relacionada con el tipo de realidad que configuramos y con lo que creemos que es posible realizar dentro de ese marco.

    This document sets out the proposed studies of the case and their reports in development processes software engineering, with reference to the work done by Per Runeson and Martin Host, where they explain step by step model, the proper way conduct a case study, being the basis for proposing a standardized model, looking for that software development companies and researchers to have a base model with a step by step explaining how to fill out a case study guide, and the development of a web application that guides the investigator in carrying out their case studies, culminating in the generation of a report in PDF format, with the possibility of having a backup database where the researcher may retain their reports.

    Elaboración del duelo tras el divorcio. Una perspectiva psicoanalítica

    The following is a qualitative research of constructive and interpretative nature of the process of elaboration of the duel of four divorced persons, approached from the field of reality of a scientific investigation and from the psychoanalytic perspective, of authors like, Sigmund Freud, Dorian Leader, Otto Kernberg and Igor Caruso, who allowed to understand the mourning after the loss of an object of love as an event that has implications in the psychic apparatus of the one who suffers it, since in losing its object of love, it is as if it lost a part of Itself generating particular ways of carrying out their loss, nonetheless, other cultural variables were taken into account, since rites, celebrations reveal many things about a family and their particular ways of relating and coping with the various situations Of life, specifically with the couple. Also, a series of symbolic resources appear that facilitate the assimilation of the loss. According to the above, a series of questions were generated that were used as a guide for research. What does the culture provide for the divorced? What role does divorce play as a legal act? What are the attitudes of those who surround the divorced? And what is the role of these symbolic elements in the psychic elaboration - in the psychoanalytic sense - of such a loss?

    Espacios de formación política, sujetos dueños de una voz

    Pensar en consolidar la experiencia pedagógica en relación con la academia, posibilita visibilizar un sinfín de propuestas, en las cuales se establece la necesidad de encontrar la constatación de la teoría con las dinámicas existentes en el aula de clase, permitiendo de esta manera la construcción y análisis de un estudio de investigación. A partir de esto, surge la importancia de centrar la atención en los discursos de los jóvenes, frente a los procesos que se disponen al interior del aula de clase, esto, en una institución educativa pública ubicada en un barrio de las periferias del municipio de Medellín, allí, retumban unas cuantas voces de estudiantes, los cuales dirigen irrumpiendo en la capacidad de otros, cerrando la posibilidad de disertar y concertar diferentes puntos de vista, convirtiéndose en voces que pueden ser determinantes para el cambio social, personal y formativo.

    Estudio comparativo de tres casos clinicos de mujeres con intento de suicidio

    El presente informe da cuenta del estudio y análisis de tres casos clínicos, de tres mujeres jóvenes (15 a 26 años) quienes fueron remitidas o solicitaron asesoría psicológica. Se siguió la metodología de estudio de casos, y se codificaron los motivos de consulta, la historia de vida, la problemática del intento de suicidio, que no en todos los casos fue el motivo de consulta.

    This case study is inscribed in thé área of psychology and its analysis is based on psychoanalytic principies from the theory of Freud and Lacan. This case study is related to a 27-year-old girl who has been diagnosed by an Institute specializing with weak mental retardation. In such analysis may show as this young, neurotic structure has built a special relationship with his mother ¡n relation to the other. The pro duct of that other discomfort which form the subject in this case a neurotic structure. Finally may reveal as on the floor effects occur ¡n the subject, i.e. how in love Loren object can check, manages to turn around which a subjective correction occurs, this mark and has great impact on the life of Loren.

    Factores sociodemográficos, médico-clínicos y psicológicos que explican la adaptación a la enfermedad en mujeres con cáncer de mama

    Breast cancer is recognized as a health problem, which causes an impact on the lives of people who suffer from it. This study sought to discriminate socio-demographic, medical-clinics and psychological variables that explain the adaptation to the disease in women with breast cancer. Descriptive-explanatory type of cross-sectional study, Date were recollected from 116 participants with breast cancer. The instruments for gathering date were ad hoc demographic and medical-clinics questionnaire data, Quality of Life by Font, was applied to obtain the secondary measure of the disease adaptation index, Coping Strategies Scale Revised (CSS-R), Medical Outcomes Study- Social Support Survey (MOS), Resilience Scale of Wagnild and Young, Life orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD). The results showed significant diference among patients by provenance, age, seeking social support, emotional avoidance coping, seeking professional support, autonomy, anxiety and depression, were the only ones related to the adaptation to the disease (p <. 05). The explanatory model of regression indicated that the summation of socio-demographic variables, medical-clinics and psychological has the capacity to explain a 62.4% of the variance in adaptation illness in the sample. The findings found with respect to variables regarding age and provenance are contradictory to other studies probably related to cultural and sociopolitical characteristics of the sample. The development of coping strategies is related to the ability to adapt to the disease, decreased levels of anxiety and depression related to the disease as an adverse situation

    El fenómeno religioso en la psicosis: un análisis desde la perspectiva psicoanalítica Lacaniana

    In this monograph, an analysis was made from the Lacanian psychoanalytic perspective on the religious phenomenon and its main characteristics, for which several Freudian texts were taken that sought to explain the incidence of religion in the subject's life and how it is capable of transforming and structure the psyche of the subject. Then, Seminar III and V were taken to explain from the theory what is related to psychosis, the Name of the Father and the non-inscription of that name in the psychotic structure, in such a way it is tried to show by means of two cases of paranoia how the religious phenomenon is assumed and structured and how the psychotic subject acts in the presence of the religious phenomenon in relation to the stabilization or trigger in the symptoms. Finally, a compilation is made between the Lacanian psychoanalytic theory and the study of two cases showing the relationship and the analysis made

    The purpose of this work is make a diagnosis about the formation and infrastructure of entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of San Buenaventura - Medellin. For this, is performed an analysis of the enterprise, its importance and its condition at the global, national, departmental and university level; also is performed a study of different theories and research related to the theme developed in this project as the Creative Destruction of Werner Sombart, the Entrepreneur, by Joseph A. Schumpeter, Strategic Cluster initiatives to Antioquia and the Triple Helix of Innovation; through It, it seeks to explain clearly in this document the proposed research topic. In this way the main contribution of this project is to determine the need for increased the formation in entrepreneurship transversely to the curriculum and the development of an entrepreneurship unit.     Gesto técnico del pateo a balón detenido en el futbol: estudio de caso, un análisis descriptivo de la distancia de pie de apoyo con futbolistas juveniles

    Analyze the distance from the support foot to the ball and the angle of inclination of the trunk when kicking stopped ball with your soccer players from the municipality of Guarne. Method: descriptive analysis in 2d with a population of 6 youth athletes (Age 18.6 + - 0,8, Experience 10.6 + - 2,6). For data capture, a Go pro Hero 5 (249 FPS) is used, and a 6-coordinate reference system in the horizontal and vertical in order to convert units from pixels to meters. The videos were edit in the Mepg Streamclip Software and digitized in the free Access software Skillspector 1.2.3. The variables analyzed, standing distance (APD) and angle of inclination on the hip towards the opposite side of the ball (IA) were processed in the SPSS edition 23 software. Descriptive and correlative analyses (Pearson´s correlation, all variable with normal distribution Shapiro willk 0.05). These variables were executed in order to identify correspondences. Results: On average, the DPA at the moment of the stopped ball impact was 0.36m. In a relation to AI, the average value was 145.2°. Pearson´s correlation between APD and AI and Spearman for ADP and experience Showed a low and non -Significant correlation between both. Conclusion: the Skillspector free Access tool is very useful and low cost for the analysis and the characterization of technical gestures in sports activities, determining factors in the monitoring and evolution of athletes

    Implementación del sistema de evaluación del aprendizaje en la Institución Educativa San Felipe Neri, de Cartagena de Indias: estudio de caso.

    Learning evaluation is a much relevant topic when aiming to get high standards for quality of education. However, a review of Colombian situation shows that many public policies have been designed in order to achieve quality with participation of evaluation systems in schools. These institutional evaluation systems are meant to be designed according to the needs that are present on the context where schools exist. However, progresses does not comply with This research is designed as a study case in order to determine how these public policies are being implemented in the Educative Institution San Felipe Neri, specifically the 1290 Decree stablished in 2009. This approach contained document analysis, surveys and focus group, and according to the results, the global analysis detected improvement opportunities in the organizational processes that interfere with the design and implementation of the Institutional Evaluation System (SIE) in the classrooms.

    Intervención cognitivo conductual en un caso de ansiedad

    The present paper introduces the case of study conducted to a 11 years old patient with Generalized anxiety disorder, which in often depicted by tachycardia, hands sweating, headache, dizziness, stomach ache, restlessness, poor impulsive control, isolation, and avoidance, at the moment of taking a test, play a baseball championship and/or socialize. The evaluation was made through semi-structured interview to the patient and his family circle and the application of evaluation instruments. Lastly, a cognitive behavioral intervention were made, divided in five phases formed by: Psychoeducation, relaxation, cognitive restructuring, and monitoring, giving as a result a significant improvement in the patient.

    Generally, amide-type analgesics (lidocaine 50mg, bupivacaine 20mg) are safe in medical practice, however, our case lies in the analysis of the alterations of cognitive and executive processes after the procedure of blocking the adductor canal of the leg. left guided by ultrasound, however, the scientific evidence supports the transitory neurological syndrome (SNT), there being no clarity in the duration of the problem at the cognitive level, which is classified from mild intoxication, moderately and severely, generating in our patient a prefrontal syndrome characterized by apathy, mutism and akinesia, becoming the first case that establishes the causal relationship between the intoxication of amide-type analgesics and the prefrontal syndrome, illustrating the reader's knowledge of the neuropsychological profile and the importance of neuropsychology before and after a medical procedure with analgesics type amides

    Prácticas sexuales de riesgo, una aproximación desde la idea del cuidado de sí desde Foucault

    Las conductas sexuales de riesgo se han estudiado y abordado en mayor medida en relación a las enfermedades e infecciones de transmisión sexual, pero han sido poco vinculadas o comprendidas desde el sentido ético y subjetivo que involucran para los sujetos la elección por dichas prácticas. Este estudio de corte cualitativo por medio del estudio de caso, pretendió comprender el sentido de las prácticas sexuales de riesgo desde una ética de lo sexual, y para ello se retomó la idea de cuidado de sí desde Foucault la cual, desde la dietética y erótica, permite analizar aspectos como las relaciones amorosas, las prácticas corporales y el placer en las prácticas sexuales. Los resultados evidenciaron que la elección por estas prácticas se encuentra relacionado con lo que el riesgo le ofrece para la vida de la sujeto, convirtiendo el riesgo en la última y única opción de cuidar de sí, lo cual no se encuentra orientado hacia un cuidado corporal sino hacia un sentido de preservación que se relaciona con la existencia misma.
