    Estudio de factibilidad para el montaje de una arrocera (transformadora y comercializadora) de arroz (oryza sativa) en el municipio de Nechí, departamento de Antioquia

    The present project aims to study the feasibility of assembling a rice in the municipality of Nechí, department of Antioquia through guidelines established as a market study, administrative and financial, to provide an efficient service to farmers in the area . In Colombia, rice is one of the most important short cycle crops. Rice with husk is the raw material of the rice chain in the country. In the municipality of Nechí 5000 hectares are sown, representing 2.67% of the total production of Bajo Cauca, where the plant has the capacity to cover 10% of the production made in the mentioned municipality. Taking as a reference the results obtained according to the technical and administrative market study, the financial study results in a VPN equal to 801,444,251, a TIR equal to 103% and a cost benefit ratio equal to 1,13 indicating that the project is leasable.

    Estudio de mercado para la comercialización de un licor de fruta en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, Colombia

    El mercado actual impone nuevos desafíos a las industrias en cuanto a la satisfacción de las nuevas tendencias de consumo, debido a esto las industrias deben estar en constate innovación de su portafolio de productos ofrecidos. El diseño de un estudio de mercado es utilizado como herramienta de exploración de nuevos productos en el mercado, por lo que en el presente trabajo se plasma un estudio de mercado que contiene la información sobre la viabilidad de comercializar un licor de frutas en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali. Se realizo un análisis del mercado donde se determino que existe una aceptación del 67,8% de los establecimientos a consumir el licor de frutas propuesto; se llevo a cabo en establecimiento de estratos 5 y 6 de la cuidad de Santiago de Cali-Colombia, utilizando como instrumento una encuetas de doce preguntas de opción múltiple.

    Exploración de mercados para la confección textil de Antioquia-Colombia en los países Nórdicos

    The general objective of the following research is to explore the different opportunities that the textile sector of Antioquia-Colombia has in the market of the Nordic countries, the idea of this research arose from a problematic that involves the Colombian exports, these are mainly directed to Latin American countries leaving behind opportunities like treaties and alliances that we have with Nordic countries. The Nordic countries are distinguished because his HDI (human development indexes) are the highest and also for having one of the wealthiest economies in the world, his consumption level is also higher in comparison to the other European countries when we talk about what their population spend in fashion, they are part of economic integrations like AELC (European Free Trade Association) and some of them of the EU (European union) which offer benefits for the entry of textiles into their territories with tariffs from 0%. With the help of different bibliographical sources and a market preselection matrix we collect information that allow us to determinate in which of the five Nordic countries the textile sector has greater export opportunities. Denmark stands out among all Nordic countries because has it has a good qualification in terms of quality in its customs processes, it is also the Nordic country where fashion and the textile sector in general have a great role.

    This paper presents the process of implementing a knowledge based system to support decision-making during the prediction of new areas of influence for a product or service in a specific population, all this based on existing information in the social network Twitter. The process of acquiring knowledge for system modeling is done through CommonKADS methodology in its most significant stages, integrating software modeling and software engineering using the unified modeling language and agile development methodologies.

    Through the development of a market research, we propose a venture called Beachwear, specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of multipurpose swimwear in the city of Cali, Colombia, and with online coverage for the entire country. For the study we have resorted to a research -with a survey as the main instrument of data collection-, supported by techniques and tools commonly used in market studies such as consumer profiles, brand development, the DOFA matrix and the CANVAS model. The main finding of the research is a high degree of interest of potential clients in the venture, which supports the next phase of implementation of the venture
