It seeks to contextualize the environment Bancolombia are described and determine strategies for corporate social responsibility that Bancolombia has undertaken, in this case some business RSE initiatives, focusing on its development and impact are described. Bancolombia within their corporate social responsibility strategies has focused on establishing a relationship of trust with the customer and with the community itself, for it has made use of new information technologies such as mobile banking, besides modalities and non-banking correspondents which have enabled more geographically distant access to financial services areas.
