    This research work is part of the project <> lead by the Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado of the postgraduate degree in Integral Management of Projects of the Industrial Engineering program from the University of San Buenaventura Cali. The purpose of this research is to design a procedure that allows to carry out the economical evaluation of projects in the formulation stage to any person who requires, It is a descriptive quantitative study, made methodologically through consultation of specialized sources such as books (digital and physical) and Manuals or documents (digital) made by theorists worldwide featured; The consulted literature, taking as shown to fifteen recognized authors, let us to define the base line of the proposed procedure, because of the use of the following four suggested tools of analysis: The net present value (NPV), the internal rate of return (IRR), the cost-benefit ratio (RCB) and the pay back (PB); the application developed may be used in any project like economic evaluation, regardless the nature of it.
