Conceiving and producing sustainable cities is the urban or architectural form that implies a series of changes, above all political and economic. The construction of civil and urban works are the factors that most drive a greater impact on the environment and what most are concerned about as they affirm (Alavedra, 2018) “climate change, greenhouse gases, and the possibility of that drinking water, which is 12%, runs out.” The study population is the reference of the works and articles that have been selected by project management, sustainable architecture and sustainable economic model in Colombia as their research topic. The sample framework included five works and those found in the bases of data (random or backup). In the construction of civil works in Colombia, the quality and the possibility of a healthy and sustainable space must be imposed as ordered by Decree Law 2811 of 1974. The objective of this article is to analyze the application of the fundamental principles adopted by architecture to become a sustainable architecture through project management. Among the recommendations, it is assumed that in Colombia old practices continue to be used for the issue of sustainability in civil and architectural works, it is necessary to manage project management for these new practices in innovation and thus use regulatory instruments on architecture. and sustainable urban planning.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoHerramientas de gestión de las comunicaciones en las etapas de planeación y seguimiento de proyectos(2015) Lasso Guzmán, Gloria Patricia; Ramirez Santa, Santiago; Urmendiz Sánchez, Alonso; Granada Aguirre, Luis Felipe; Rojas Alvarado, Ronald JoannyEste trabajo tiene como propósito el análisis de cada una de las herramientas utilizadas en la gestión de las comunicaciones en las etapas de planeación y seguimiento de proyectos. La metodología utilizada fue un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental transversal descriptivo. La recolección de la información se realizó a través de la generación de una base de datos digital y física; la información se obtuvo mediante documentos físicos y páginas de Internet. Una vez completada, fue clasificada y analizada, lo cual permitió empezar a redactar la narración de las herramientas de gestión utilizadas. Con todo lo anterior se procedió a realizar el marco teórico y a conocer en detalle las diferentes herramientas de apoyo manejadas en cada etapa de la gestión de la comunicación. Los resultados muestran que existen herramientas para apoyar tareas puntuales, pero no se encuentra una especializada que permita abarcar todas las necesidades y actividades requeridas para llevar una buena gestión de las comunicaciones. Este trabajo entrega una base de conocimiento sobre los procesos de la comunicación que no cuentan con herramientas de soporte para sus interesados. Se deja planteada la necesidad de construir una herramienta encargada de apoyar únicamente la gestión de la comunicación en un proyecto.

This is a qualitative and quantitative study where it is proposed a set of criteria to support the project managers in the selection of software; initially conducted an array of selectivity to choose which of the software that there are currently meet the minimum characteristics when speaking of project management, from the 10 software found an analysis was carried out under two of the standards of project management on the PMBOK and Prince2; finally generated a weighted matrix of criteria for each of the software in order to determine what are the most appropriate software for the type of need that you have. At the end you can see that the software that meet requirements for most of the activities carried out in all types of projects are Microsoft Project, Spring and ITM Platform taking into account that the results reveal opportunities for choice depending on the characteristics of the user, the development process, ease of use, as well as communication and collaboration to support in the management of projects. This proposal arises as a basis for the establishment of models for selection of project management software for managers that apply to this area.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPropuesta metodológica para la elaboración de bussiness case en gerencia de proyectos con la metodología de marco lógico y el pmbok(2013) García Cuellar, Carolina; Cruz Caicedo, Luis FernandoEl presente trabajo de grado, basándose en la metodología de marco lógico pretende ofrecer un modelo donde se concibe un hilo conductor entre la formulación de proyectos con la metodología del marco lógico y el marco de referencia de buenas prácticas en Gerencia de Proyectos (PMBOK ¿ Project Management Body Of Knowledge) propuesto por el Project Management Institute (PMI). La articulación o interfaz entre estas dos concepciones se logra con un mapeo entre la Matriz de Marco Lógico y el Business Case de un proyecto que a su vez origina o es la entrada para especificar la carta de autorización (Project Charter) del mismo de acuerdo a lo que plantea el PMI.

Found risk management consists of four variables that are planning, identification, risk assessment and treatment, these in turn include their respective covariates. The purpose of this research is to perform a procedure to perform this assessment based on the information collected. It is a descriptive study; a base of digital and physical data was performed; the information was obtained through the Internet, books, works of degree, international standards and national adaptations, and other specialized documents on the subject of risk assessment literature. two instruments to collect, classify and analyze the common information in the literature were designed; Finally, we proceeded to draft the degree work with the analysis of the variables and covariates consulted in the risk assessment. The results of the consultations of specialized international standards literature covering risk management in their latest versions, ISO and PMI standards agree that should cover four variables: evaluation planning, risk identification, analysis risk and risk treatment.
