- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis de los cambios del decreto 390 de 2016 en el proceso aduanero de importación desempeñado por la Agencia de Aduana MCA Nivel 2(2018-10-03) Correa Cardona, Dayana; Solorzano Guzmán, Eliana; Muñoz Rodríguez, Jairo MiguelThe present investigation was carried out with the purpose of evidencing the requirements of the Decree 390 of 2016 on the import customs process, taking MCA Level 2 Customs Agency as a case study, and proposing the search of the results from the qualitative classification of the investigation according to Martínez (2011) and the analytical typology according to Hurtado (2010), so the fundamental purpose is to gather information related to the problem to obtain the results, which will contribute to the generation of new knowledge for the scientific and academic community . In short, the Customs Framework Law and its regulatory decrees are products of the updating of practices related to foreign trade for Colombia, because the purpose of the national government is to belong to international and multilateral organizations that promote the development of nations, in order to maintain macro-economic stability. To conclude, the present research allows the updating of researchers as future professionals of administrative sciences and who will be faced with a totally changing and full of challenges context, so for the business sector it is important to have updated professionals.

Where the dynamics of the game is to solve the greatest amount of doubts and make the greatest amount of requirements that are nominated by their peers and thus convert the exchange of knowledge as a virtual, which will be the primary element in the development of skills transfer of knowledge through virtual goods, this will lead the processes of conservation of knowledge. The purpose is to motivate the employees the habits of safeguard, publish and use the knowledge, in the development of their common practices within projects that are being carried out within the company. Thus an enrichment of the quality of the projects, while safeguarding the knowledge acquired for the rest of the employees, improvement in the efficiency of the products and a better social environment in the company.
