    El arte de dirigir para humanizar lo humano en tiempos de una productividad acelerada

    In the first chapter the interest lies in analyzing what is the "having to be" that characterizes the senior director of our times as well as exposing the challenges and defiances that the socioeconomic context imposes on him. This, in order to understand that the economic context has had a significant impact on the direction of the organization. From this socioeconomic point of view, the second chapter shows that the productivity and profitability of the organization depends on the way in which the senior director impacts on the staff of his organization, which is why it is necessary to differentiate the skills that characterize the work of the senior director (Leader) the managing executive (manager) in order to motivate the reflection of why the having to be of the mastery will be related in senior management and not in upper management. Finally, to present in the third chapter how the Senior Director uses his skills and competences to lead the organization from a humanizing treatment that inspires the organization to be profitable and sustainable.

    Según Scoppetta & Rodríguez (2006), es en la infancia donde el niño adquiere las habilidades primarias necesarias para iniciar procesos de comunicación con el mundo que lo rodea y de esta forma explorarlo aprendiendo a confiar en aquellas personas que le sirven de apoyo y de guía en este proceso. Desafortunadamente es en esta etapa donde pueden emerger actos sexuales abusivos hacia NNA, a través de los cuales son obligados a experimentar situaciones y vivencias que podrían alterar su desarrollo físico y emocional e incidir en su proyecto de vida. Por consiguiente se considera relevante realizar este estudio que permita señalar los aspectos psicosociales característicos que se encuentran en el grupo, y que facilite la revisión de la relación de estos factores con la problemática que vivencian los niños, niñas y adolescentes que son víctimas de algún delito sexual; y de esta forma poder a futuro plantear programas de promoción y prevención estructurados acordes a las necesidades específicas de la población que puedan generar un alto impacto en la protección de niños niñas y adolescentes que pertenecen al Instituto Colombiano De Bienestar Familiar. Para llegar a ello, es importante conocer la relación que tienen los delitos sexuales en el contexto personal, familiar y social.

    Competencias gerenciales para el liderazgo en organizaciones del sector de la construcción y el diseño

    En el desarrollo de este artículo, se indaga las diversas competencias y habilidades que deben desarrollar los líderes y Gerentes de las organizaciones, teniendo como base que las organizaciones de hoy pero en específico las de diseño y de la construcción. Es decir son empresas muy cambiantes, exigentes y competitivas, esto debido a la globalización, apertura de nuevos mercados, crecimiento económico, adquisiciones, nuevos sistemas de gestión, tratados de libre comercio, entre otros. Resultado de este objetivo, es que los líderes empresariales se deben preparar de manera especial con cualidades y habilidades gerenciales debidamente explicadas a lo largo de este apartado. Los gerentes de hoy se deben mantener alerta a los diferentes cambios y transformaciones que trae la competitividad y la producción en la organización. Por tanto, se pregunta por cuales son estas competencias gerenciales y que categorías aborda y su conceptualización desde diversos textos, artículos y bases de datos y el internet. Los líderes de hoy se preparan cada vez más para enfrentarse al cambio. Así mismo, son recíprocos con su gente, se preocupan por temas como la motivación, realización personal, calidad humana, entre otros factores que son determinantes a la hora de realizar sus labores y de tener sentido de pertenencia con la organización. En suma se puede especificar un manual como guía para las competencias gerenciales realizada como resultado de este artículo

    The objective of this study is the development of potentialities in early childhood; In this sense the central objective of the research is to understand the current context of skills development processes in children from 0 to 5 years.The work contains preliminary aspects to the analysis of the findings, such as the problem approach, the formulation of the problem, which is established by the question: why is there so much practice that increases the skills of children from 0 to 5 years? And justification.In the theoretical framework, the themes and concepts of analysis that are taken into account in research are constructed, including massification, empowerment, early childhood empowerment and massification of empowerment in early childhood. In this theoretical process, authors such as Nuñez (1980), Peña (2010), Saldarriaga (2010), Mills (1970) and Vigotsky are recognized.The methodological strategy used in the investigative process is qualitative; Through the narrative technique the findings of the investigation are established.The findings obtained during the research phase, collect some reflections on what was analyzed in scenarios where strategies or aids for the potentialization of skills are presented.Finally the conclusions, in a concrete way, contain elements that allow us to present how the question of inquiry was answered through the course. In the conclusions are collected the results of the process and the final reflections that can be provided as a result of the research.

    Desarrollo de un aplicativo web para el análisis de competencias Semat de un equipo de desarrollo de proyectos de Sistemas de Información Geográfica

    There are certain conditions in the work teams, which is important to keep in mind to allow effective performance. One of these conditions is the set of skills, knowledge and personality characteristics of each individual. During the development cycle of the Geographic Information System (GIS) projects, the intervention of different people is evidenced, which individually or in groups have certain roles and specific tasks within the work team in the development of the phases. Therefore, it is important to consider the different characteristics of each individual (personality, skills, knowledge), because these characteristics guide teamwork and how they complement each other. In addition, better technical cooperation and work agility is presented. Semat (Theory and Method of Software Engineering) includes a core of accepted and proven elements of good software development practices, including the competencies of members of the GIS project development team. Regarding the use of Semat in the formation of work teams for the development of GIS projects, use should be made of a dictionary characterized within Semat, which allows recognizing the skills sought in each individual for a specific position within of the team, this in order to get more benefit in terms of the personal skills of each member, which will increase the ease with which teams are formed to develop GIS projects that meet the characteristics you need and allow more results efficient and higher productivity

    Estado del arte de los modelos de gestión del talento humano y algunos casos de Colombia en el periodo de 2000 a 2015

    Objective: Identify the state of the art of human talent management models in Colombia in the period from 2000 to 2015. In this article, we could highlight cases of companies in Colombia that have understood the importance of human talent management making efforts to implement a management model that allows them to respond to these new challenges, after making a broad tour of the conceptual elements of this topic. This ends up analyzing the cases of Plesco Industry, the National Police and Ecopetrol, comparing their management with other companies in the sector, each case shows us that, although every day the benefits are greater, some indicators of the systems will continue to identify personnel not satisfied. The results are consistent with the world literature, so Human Resource Management becomes a crucial aspect, because the success and competitiveness of organizations depends largely on what people do and how they do it, then invest in people can generate great benefits, therefore, regardless of the size of the organizations we can guarantee a human resource satisfied and competent. Conclusions: the human talent management models applied in Colombia are in accordance with the state of art and define clear guidelines for the strategic success of the organization

    Enriquecer el desarrollo motriz de las niñas entre los seis y ocho años de edad, de la Institución Educativa Samuel Barrientos Restrepo, Sede Monseñor Perdomo, es el propósito planteado en el presente trabajo, centrado en el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices básicas. Para el efecto se seleccionó una muestra de este grupo a quienes se les aplicó un test para determinar el estado del desarrollo de reptaciones, equilibrio, postura para la carrera y deslizamientos. Al final del mismo se propone una guía para el desarrollo motriz de dichas habilidades con los indicadores que dan razón del logro de dicho desarrollo.

    This article part of a review of the existing literature about the epistemology of emotions since its inception to the present day, also different contributions taking into account the anthropological, biological and psychological background of the same and how these have been developed from different theoretical positions, set out from what have picked up and studied the different authors about emotions taking into account the different points of view; also emphasis on the understanding of the meaning that has intelligence (IQ) contrasting it with emotional intelligence. Taking into account the above given clarity to the meaning of social skills and how they open a starting point to get human beings to be skillful emotionally.

    Habilidades y actividades académicas priorizadas por los estudiantes de medicina en la Universidad del Valle

    Este anteproyecto de investigación, es un documento que recoge la fundamentación teórica y metodología, para realizar un trabajo de investigación en la línea de Educación superior y currículo de la Universidad de San Buenaventura de Cali. En el anteproyecto se plantea la necesidad de un análisis profundo de las bases curriculares de la educación en medicina. Un análisis que genera un interrogante acerca de cuáles son las prioridades de los estudiantes de medicina de la Universidad del Valle, según sus percepciones con respecto a sus habilidades y actividades que les permitan llegar a un desarrollo adecuado las competencias de la profesión. Se desarrolla para este fin, un instrumento de recolección de la información que evalúa estas prioridades, y bajo una fundamentación epistemológica de la investigación cuantitativa en ciencias sociales, se plantea un método cuasi experimental, por medio del cual se analiza la información buscando establecer si hay diferencias entre las habilidades y las actividades priorizadas por los estudiantes en los diferentes niveles de escolaridad. Con la información obtenida se realizarán pruebas de significancia estadística y partiendo de las definiciones de competencias y habilidades, se establecerá si los estudiantes de los primeros niveles, priorizan habilidades y actividades de forma diferente a los estudiantes de los últimos niveles, pudiendo esto desarrollar una análisis posterior acerca de la necesidad de priorizar las mismas necesidades a lo largo de toda la carrera de medicina. Por último, este anteproyecto de investigación es un ejercicio metodológico para optar al título de especialista en Investigación Educativa en Contextos de Docencia Universitaria de la Universidad San Buenaventura, y aunque no incluye la aplicación del instrumento, ni el análisis de los datos, si es una base sólida para desarrollar esta investigación con el cuerpo docente de la escuela de medicina de la Universidad del Valle.

    Understand what are the skills and competencies that a teaching director must develop to strengthen spirituality in the processes of integral formation within an educational organization. The skills and competencies that the teaching director must have in the management of a school organization, with the purpose of achieving continuous improvement and strengthening the spirituality that leads to the integral formation of the student within the educational establishment, implies a great knowledge of the institution. In the educational organization, the role to be assumed by each actor in the community must be determined, but we are going to refer to one in particular, the Educational Manager. The perception of the different levels: Directors, administrators and teachers of the managerial processes developed by the teaching director, brings us closer to the reality that is closest to the processes carried out (competences and skills). Over time, educational models have been transformed, observing an evolution that day by day, according to the context, the investigative process that is being managed by the Educational Manager to innovate and improve the quality of education, must formulate strategies that strengthen the process of integral formation in the establishment, taking as a foundation the spiritual orientation and of the ethical and moral values.The research carried out in this specialization project, and which is done in a controlled interview way, by the IAP method (research, action and participation), using as an instrument the focal group, to seek to collect experiences perceived by different active actors of the institution, such as: Members of the board of directors, academic council and quality committee; It is necessary to clarify that the aim is not to quantify the sample, but to make an exhaustive analysis of the opinions obtained from the aforementioned population. In the genesis of the research, is observe the conceptual and theoretical part on which the project is based and will be developed. Followed is the reference to the methodology used, to progress gradually, following a methodically designed model that allows knowing the thinking of the focal group; As a third part of this process, the aim is to demonstrate that the Educational Management Specialist must be clear about the skills, responsibilities and competences to be developed, in view of the strengthening of spirituality in the integral training processes. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations and observations made by the working group and the project advisor will be presented.

    La inteligencia vial como parte de la enseñanza para el desarrollo de habilidades para la vida

    The period 2011/2020 has been pointed out as the Decade of Action for Road Safety, according to the UN; if it does not carry out strategies, this problem could become the fifth cause of death by the year 2030. It is then how it is posed as a public health problem; the institutions involved in the subject of road safety, such as the Fondo de Prevención Vial (FPV) and today the ANSV (Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial), have not been able to generate efficient results; that is why the society has the obligation to bear its part of the responsibility; accidents, according to various researches has become clear that can be avoided and it is our social and political responsibility to stop it with concrete actions that allow the significant reduction of daily victims. That is why the National Government issues the Plan Nacional de Seguridad Vial 2011 – 2021 through the Ministry of Transportation with a legal framework that includes of compulsory nature the education in this area. Road safety education is an issue that concerns everyone, therefore, it has become increasingly important to educate on these issues into the classroom. In favor of this, in the world and in Colombia, a series of regulations has been generated regarding the issue, which also requires that the Ministerio de Educación Nacional to pay attention to this issue from the so-called cross-cutting projects, where the incidence of regulations is reflected in the processes of teaching, assuming this from a process of training in road intelligence as a skill for life in students of all grades of schooling.

    La presente cartilla es el resultado del proyecto de aula, titulado: Lenguajes artísticos expresivos como estrategia de sensibilización pedagógica para el fortalecimiento de habilidades y destrezas en niños y niñas con necesidades educativas especiales de la Fundación socio educativa Bucarelly, como resultado del trabajo realizado en el curso: Trabajo de grado líneas, apoyado por Proyecto Pedagógico II de la Licenciatura de Educación Artística y Cultural, de la Universidad de San Buenaventura, culminado en noviembre de 2014. Dicho trabajo se apoyó en la investigación realizada con una población de 52 infantes, entre ellos, ocho con necesidades educativas especiales, cuyas edades oscilan entre los dos y cinco años de edad, pertenecientes a estratos 1 y 2. Estos pequeños viven en situación de vulnerabilidad a causa de diferentes factores, entre ellos, el conflicto armado presente en estos sectores, el maltrato, la desnutrición, entre otros; desvirtuando el proceso formativo de niños y niñas de la comuna 8 de los barrios Vallejuelos, las Margaritas y el Olaya.

    Nowadays, the technologies of information and communication have a significant role in the education of today, things like that generate the teachers put aside traditional teaching, and besides, development of student’s skills be generated through the participatory methodologies and based in troubles of the real life. This monograph its analyzed the importance, strengths, weaknesses, active methods of learning and the concepts who are related with this methodology, as well, the document investigation and the questions of the knowledge input to elaborate proposals of the educative intervention centered in the develop of skills where it be necessary the collaboration of students to promote this type of learning. Active methodologies its understood nowadays like those methods, technics and strategies that uses the teacher to convert the process of teaching in the activities who invited to active participate of the student and finished in learning. The methods of learning to analyze will be: collaborated learning – cooperative, Projects –oriented learning “POL”, Problems based in learning and Significant Learning Through Problems Resolution. (SLTPS). At the time of university institutions do an integral educative programming to prepare the students for their professions, must be to consider what are the needs of the working market, professionals with skills like autonomy, develop of little multi-disciplinary work teams, participate attitude, communication skills and cooperation, problems resolution, creativity, and others., aspects that have to be contemplated in the resume.

    La re significación de la pertinencia y la flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar, desde las capacidades y habilidades de los niños y niñas

    El presente texto cuestiona y propone un análisis a la re significación de la pertinencia y la flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar, desde las capacidades y habilidades de los niños y niñas; teniendo en cuenta la gerencia educativa como eje transversalizador desde la gestión del currículo. La re significación al currículo desde las perspectivas presentadas ha sido relevante; puesto que, es un eje que atraviesa las prácticas que se llevan a cabo día a día, tanto en las instituciones públicas como en las privadas. Además, resalta la importancia que tiene la gestión educativa en el desarrollo de los procesos pedagógicos y curriculares, especialmente, en el nivel preescolar. En el primer núcleo temático, se desarrolla toda la parte legal y conceptual del currículo, enfatizando las miradas desde la pedagogía y la psicología en educación inicial. El segundo núcleo, ahonda en la conceptualización de lo que hace referencia al nivel de educación preescolar, es decir, lo que lo conforma desde los antecedentes históricos, orientaciones curriculares, pedagógicas y su normativa desde sus inicios. En el tercer y último núcleo temático, se conceptualiza la gerencia educativa y la relevancia de esta en el quehacer cotidiano de las instituciones educativas. En adición, se incorpora una mirada socio antropológica que permite una visión holística desde el ser; para concluir con una reflexión en torno a la pertinencia y flexibilidad curricular en el nivel preescolar.
