    The main objective of this research is to recognize the socio-demographic characteristics of students of Centro de Educación Laboral Sinergia Suba in Bogotá. More specifically with regard to the demographic, economic, labor and welfare. In order to bring the exercise of management in making right decisions regarding various institutional aspects, whether wellness, administrative or curricular greater importance. It is carried out through a study with quantitative approach from descriptive design of an instrument of 50 items applied to a sample of 140 students out of a population of 249 who are currently enrolled in the institution.     Comprensión: condiciones y posibilidades de desarrollo humano

    This investigation project has the proposal to build a theoretical path with the necessary aspects to ensure that the educational process is aimed at learning and understanding, for this, it start with a theoretical and epistemological construction of the concept of understanding, learning, among others, and it´s purpose is to present the method Teaching for Understanding EpC, as an alternative for the direction of educational training, in the way that all the knowledge learned is understood and applied in life, this from pedagogical approaches that relate to intellectual construction, emotional, social and spiritual knowledge and it´s transformation into other types of space that do not obey the traditional notion of learning and memorization within the classroom, and it has the Bethlemitas community as its focal point. In the first part the autobiography is presented, in which the author exposes the arguments that guided the author to choose the master's degree course, and the interest in the subject of education, later the research problem is presented and the theoretical foundation of the EpC, then it presents the antecedents and some reviews on related researches, and finally a statistical development is presented and the results disaggregated by components.

    En su contenido, el artículo busca una aproximación conceptual y discursiva en relación con lo que es y significa formar para la investigación, las concepciones y estrategias de formación para la investigación y las capacidades y habilidades que potencia. Para el logro de lo propuesto, los autores se han apoyado en las discusiones que alrededor del tema se han llevado a cabo dentro de las reuniones de la línea de investigación “Currículo” y en los desarrollos parciales del proyecto de investigación “Articulación curricular de la formación investigativa entre los niveles de educación media y superior en instituciones de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali”.

    Epistemes del presente y saberes locales. Provocaciones y alternativas: cognición y metacognición

    La información se sitúa en un lugar subjetivo; es decir, se encarna en un complejo de valores, creencias, lenguaje, deseo, saberes previos, sueños y memoria humanada del trasegar vital para devenir conocimiento como consecuencia de su elaboración, aprehensión, apropiación, aplicación, transferencia y uso crítico y pertinente. Este tránsito sin embargo, es apenas una parte del proceso inteligente de conocer, no basta conocer sin hacer visible la dinámica mental que hace posible tal experiencia. Cuando sabemos que conocemos, qué conocemos y cómo sucede esto, no solamente desde la particularidad de las disciplinas (metodología/epistemología) sino desde la particularidad de la mente que conoce (gnoseología/episteme) disponemos de alternativas y estrategias para producir conocimiento y nos liberamos del hábito sistemático de reproducir información. Aquellas preguntas por la naturaleza del conocimiento humano y la evolución de las ideas acerca de cómo es posible el conocimiento, por la naturaleza del desarrollo humano y por cómo contribuyen a él la herencia y el medio ambiente, y por la naturaleza del mundo y su funcionamiento, se traducen en: ¿cuáles son mis rutas de conocimiento?; ¿cómo puedo usar estas rutas cognitivas en otros contextos? y ¿cómo puedo configurar pautas/hábitos para conocer diferentes contenidos en múltiples contextos? es decir, ¿cómo diseño estrategias cognitivas de orden mayor que se puedan transferir y generalizar?

    This article presents an analysis of reflection on the concept of globalization and how this leads to different changes in the organizations, today companies operate in a competitive market, which forces them to acquire advantages that help create value in their goods and services, differentiating itself from others existing on the market, allowing an expansion of their horizons. In this context the human factor is simply perceived as a mean of production; annulling its own growth and self-realization. However, this article attempts to demonstrate how human resources can become the key factor in the organizations, this if companies manage to stimulate it by employee motivation and a pleasant working environment. The motivation within a workplace is defined as the process that activates, guides and encourages the actions and behavior of employees; This is where the challenge for business leaders arises: to understand how the current economy works and dynamically manage the needs of each employee in order for them motivated to give every day their best.

    Significados atribuidos a la relación pedagógica por parte de los jóvenes inscritos en los programas de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano

    This qualitative research aimed at understanding the meanings that young adults ascribed to programs of Education for Work and Human Development attributed to their pedagogical relationships as a way to contribute to the resignification of the commitments and responsibilities of this type of education. The method used in this research was biographical method or life history, which suggested the use of in-depth interviews as the main data colection instrument. The analysis facilitated the identification of three units that helped to undestand the meanings that are recognized from the life stories of the participants. These units emerged from the data analysis categories, which were grouped in the following points: (a) Meanings attributed to the pedagogical relationship, (b) the pedagogical relationship constructs a theoretical bridge with Education for Work and Human Development, and (c) commitments and responsibilities of Education for Work and Human Development.

    El teatro como estrategia de desarrollo humano en el centro penitenciario Villa Cristina, de la ciudad de Armenia, Quindío, Colombia

    This work of knowledge emerges from the need to consider how theater plays offer us the opportunity to carry out process of resocialization inside the penitentiary and prison establishments nationwide. We know that theatre gives us the opportunity to discover potential, return confidence to inmates, to undertake substantial changes and recovery of their self steam; involving not only other inmates, but also their families.The investigative process took place in the seclusion of women of the city of Armenia Quindio, as a consequence of the participation of the inmates in the theater play “Our Natacha”, of Alejandro Casona, which was the winner of the II Festival of theater by inmates, in which participated 14 inmates, with ages between 25 to 48 years of age, all of them detained for various offences. Opportunity that woke up in them the immense wish to continue and transcend what they had attained to the date. Achievement that has encouraged many of them to initiate professional studies in theater, seeking to improve job opportunities once they gain their freedom.
