La primera parte es comprender la definición del término de felicidad laboral, pasar a conocer algunos casos empresariales aplicados, entender la diferencia entre bienestar laboral, felicidad laboral, y finalmente relacionar con la productividad de las empresas.

The central objective of this paper is to define the concept of competence and from there develop a critical approach to expose the two points under discussion, on the one hand, the theoretical and practical difficulty stems from the prediction of behaviors that ensure high performance and on the other, the high cost of developing a model of competence management and leading to most companies to copy dictionaries containing powers that have nothing to do with the culture and needs of the organization. We conclude therefore that, scientifically identify and validate the skills is the only way to ensure compliance with the objectives of the organization. Therefore, it became important and a review was made on the subject and its context in Colombia during the period 2010 to 2016, in order to find various studies and investigations, which allowed to have a wider view among these variables on the veracity of the exposed relationship. The problem that refers to this article is due to the relationship that has business innovation and that this influences the management of human talent to have a qualified human capital, qualified and valued for the development of both social and economic objectives. We have found the need to analyze the changes that have occurred in the administration and management of human talent in the face of process innovation in Colombian companies that tend to be more competitive every day.
