    This article emphasized a particular sector of tourism: cruise tourism. In order to perform an analysis of this sector in the city of Cartagena de Indias during the period 2010-2014, in this order was demonstrated with reliable data concerning tourism indicators for the industry during the aforementioned time, they met the conditions in which the port was and answered the following question ¿What is the real impact that generate the cruise tourism industry in the city of Cartagena? To develop this article, documentary research was used, based on documentary sources found on the websites of the entities involved with the tourism product and electronic databases. In short, make relevant articles like this one, as cruise tourism is part of one of the most dynamic economic sectors in the world and is one of the main tourist offers of the city

    Estrategia del rendimiento de la calidad como factor competitivo en educación a distancia y educación superior Universitaria

    Se ve, a lo largo de la evaluación como algunos criterios de rendimiento académico, considerados como los más avanzados en el proceso de aprendizaje, indicadores por lo mismo de mayor cualificación, presentan logros inferiores por parte de los estudiantes de EDI (Educación a Distancia). Esto no es gratuito y tiene origen en la orientación pedagógica de la educación primaria y secundaria preocupada más por informar y desarrollar destrezas elementales, que por generar en sus alumnos capacidades de observación, análisis, síntesis y desarrollo del pensamiento divergente, de conciencia social y de capacidad de liderazgo para orientar el proceso de cambio social.

    Implementación parcial del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el Taller Industrial “TIM S.A.S” ubicado en Miranda Cauca

    The Occupational safety and health management system for the Taller Industrial Miranda SAS, was partially implemented to fulfill the minimum legal requirements stablish by the decree 1072 of 2015. The implementation process started with a diagnostic of the initial state of OSHMS in compliance with the NTC OHSAS18001:2007, accordingly with the diagnostic’s results a design a subsequent implementation of the OSHMS is done. This research is done as a descriptive revision with a quantitative focus. The main sources used are the minister of labor, containing every normative and requirements for the OSHMS and ARL crucially supportive in such implementation. At the beginning of the research the fulfilment rank facing the OSHMS was of 23% and ended with a fulfillment level of 90%, the implementation emphasis in the design and update of the committees, plans and sub-plans that mandatory by law. In this process limitations were shown manly by the lack of economic resources causing delays in the times initially stablished.

    The purpose of this research is to provide to the San Buenaventura Cali University Planning office the proposal of an Integral Scorecard seeks to be an articulator between the organizational strategy and the already existing Quality Management System, seeking that senior management have a holistic vision of the institution and can facilitate decision-making at the strategic level. Through this work+ will seek to reduce the measurements through indicators necessary to achieve the strategic objectives of the institution, presenting only 14 of these; It should be noted that the measurements of the other indicators belonging to the Quality Management System should also continue to be carried out in order to obtain the level of compliance of the processes individually and that they serve to take decisions specific to the process.

    Roles de los Centros Universitarios Municipales (CUM) en el desarrollo local de los municipios cubanos

    Se conceptualiza en el aporte de la Educación Superior al Desarrollo Local en los municipios, cómo se inserta en el proceso, las amenazas a su participación y las oportunidades generadas por su inclusión. Se analiza la situación actual y perspectiva y las Estrategias a seguir por la Educación Superior en los municipios. Se define como se trabaja la seguridad alimentaria en función del Desarrollo Local, la superación de Postgrado en el CUM, la formación y superación de los cuadros, la participación en proyectos pertinentes en energía, medio ambiente, servicios a la población, industrias locales y problemas socio - comunitarios y la formación vocacional y articulación pertinente con la Enseñanza Técnico Profesional. Por último se hace una propuesta de Indicadores y herramientas para medir el impacto de la Gestión del Conocimiento y la Innovación dentro del Programa de Desarrollo Local dividida en 2 grupos: Indicadores de funcionamiento interno del CUM e Indicadores de funcionamiento del CUM hacia el Desarrollo Local del Municipio.
